AIRTEL AWOOF data is now live on our websites. Find attached plans and prices. Validity can be checked on the page before purchase.
Click on “Buy Data” choose “Airtel” as network and “Gifting” as data type. Then select the plan you need. You can also see the different validity there.
Note: Just like Airtel Gifting data, do not send Airtel Awoof data to a sim that is owing Airtel either Airtime *or Data. Airtel will take it as debt and will not refund.

Important Info: Please send money for wallet funding only to your Monnify account details currently displaying on your dashboard when you click on fund wallet. If you make a transfer to your old accounts after you have regenerated new accounts the money will NOT reflect in your wallet.

All Airtel CG data transactions that didn’t deliver and not automatically refunded between 6-7pm yesterday 18th, July have been refunded in bulk. There’s no need submitting complaints for such transactions anymore.

Please note:
Generating new Monnify accounts is not compulsory. Do so only if your old account stops working as only sterling bank will be affected. Other banks like (Moniepoint, Wema, Fidelity and GT bank) will continue working. Furthermore, after generating new accounts please do not send money to your old monnify accounts anymore. Such payments will not reflect in your wallet at all.

Inter bank transfers is generally down. This has affected AUTO-WALLET FUNDING (MONNIFY) transfers as inter bank funds transferred is not been credited. Transfer only from WEMA to WEMA, Moniepoint to Moniepoint, Sterling to Sterling, etc. for now.

Good morning all,
Following the recent changes circulated by Monnify on Sterling bank account number change for some users. Here’s what you will do on Easyaccess.
New Update!
If your Easyaccess Auto-funding Accounts are not working anymore. Especially (Sterling Bank Accounts) Kindly click on “Fund Wallet” on your dashboard and choose “Bank Deposit- Auto Wallet Funding”. On that same page displayed scroll down below and click on “Generate New Accounts” to Generate New Unique Accounts.
Use those new accounts for transactions afterwards. Note that you can only generate new accounts twice only.

Goodnews,
MTN has finally fixed issues with numbers not linked to NIN. They have stopped debiting for it. Here’s the new response;
“Transaction failed; recipient's number is barred due to NIN. Ask the recipient to link number at https://nin.mtn.ng/nin/ or visit any MTN store for assistance.”
Orders with this response is failed automatically. Happy sales!!
