A 36-year-old man died on the spot, a 23-year-old victim died in a nearby hospital the same evening.
Law enforcement officers detained the suspect, who turned out to be a 57-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the victims were military personnel undergoing rehabilitation.
