At least three back-and-forth flights between Moscow and Bamako have been registered on public flight trackers. The plane used for those trips, an Ilyushin Il-76TD, belongs to the Ministry for Emergency Situations and very likely doesn't only contain humanitarian supplies. Earlier this year in February, Russia sent undeclared military supplies alongside humanitarian cargo to Madagascar.
The current third return flight, SUM76362, has re-entered Russian airspace a few hours ago.

🇷🇺 Drone Attack on Moscow
Moscow Mayor Sobyanin reported that air defense units destroyed a total of 47 UAVs approaching the capital today. The tally includes 37 drones shot down during the night and morning, plus an additional 10 later in the day.
Emergency services are currently working at sites where debris fell. No casualties have been confirmed so far.

— In Pavlovsky Posad, on May 1st Street, a drone hit a multi-story building. There is no fire, but windows were broken in eight apartments. Residents are currently being evacuated.
