7. SCHOOL EVENTS AND EDUCATIONAL TRIPS
7.1 Students must represent the school positively by demonstrating respectful and responsible behavior at all times.
7.2 During trips, meetings, competitions, educational visits, and other school activities, students must follow the instructions of teachers and supervising staff.
7.3 Students must use school property and facilities properly during school events.
7.4 Students must wear the appropriate uniform for school events and maintain good behavior both inside and outside the school premises.
8. RESPECT FOR SCHOOL PROPERTY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
8.1 Students must take care of school property, including desks, chairs, walls, books, and other facilities.
8.2 Students must not write, draw, carve, or make marks on school walls, furniture, books, or other property.
8.3 Students must participate in assigned cleanliness campaigns and classroom cleaning activities and must always use designated waste bins.
9. USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Bringing or using personal electronic devices of any kind on school premises is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by school management.
10. INTERACTION WITH PEERS AND OPPOSITE-SEX PEERS
10.1 Students are expected to interact with peers of the opposite sex respectfully and appropriately.
10.2 Students must refrain from inappropriate physical contact, excessive romantic attachment, or inappropriate relationships.
10.3 Students should report any uncomfortable, inappropriate, or concerning interaction to a teacher and/or parent/guardian.
10.4 Students are not permitted to engage in boyfriend/girlfriend relationships or other inappropriate romantic relationships while enrolled at the school.
11. ETHICAL BEHAVIOR
11.1 Students must take responsibility for their actions and learn from their mistakes.
11.2 When a student makes a mistake, they are expected to sincerely apologize and make a genuine effort to improve their behavior.
11.3 Students should serve as positive role models for others through good conduct and ethical behavior.
The above standards represent the behaviors and values that all students of Ozone School are expected to respect and practice.
# OFFENSES THAT MAY RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM SCHOOL
If a student is found to have committed one or more of the following serious offenses within the school premises, the student may be subject to dismissal from the school in accordance with the school's disciplinary policy and applicable rules:
1. Possessing dangerous sharp objects, weapons, or other dangerous instruments on school premises.
2. Using a mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic device on school premises or during examinations; engaging in any inappropriate activity that disrupts or compromises the examination process; or transmitting false or misleading information related to an examination.
3. Fighting with, physically assaulting, or violating the rights and dignity of another student, whether male or female.
4. Engaging in sexually inappropriate kissing or sexual activity on school premises.
5. Conducting religious or political activities on school premises without authorization.
6. Participating in group fights, gang-related conflicts, riots, or acts of violence.
7. Organizing, participating in, or celebrating activities or events that violate Ethiopian values, school standards, or applicable laws, including activities such as Water Day, Crazy Day, Naked Day, or Color Day.
8. Intentionally damaging, destroying, or deliberately exposing school property to damage.
9. Sexually assaulting or raping a female student within the school premises, or being convicted by a court of law for the rape or sexual assault of a female student of the school. | 1 358 |
| 3 | 35. Students must avoid insults, gossip, shouting, and offensive or vulgar language.
36. Students must refrain from physical violence, fighting, bullying, intimidation, or threatening others.
37. Even during disagreements or conflicts, students must demonstrate honesty, responsibility, self-control, and respect.
38. Students should greet others respectfully and use polite expressions such as “Please,” “Thank you,” and “Excuse me.”
39. During group activities and games, students must demonstrate kindness, fairness, and inclusiveness and must not discriminate against others.
40. Students are not permitted to bring chewing gum, candy, or money to school unless specifically authorized.
41. Students must line up when going to the library, laboratory, ICT room, sports field, or other designated learning areas.
42. Students must not throw or leave food waste anywhere on the school premises.
43. If a student is engaged in exam cheating, the specific exam will be disqualified and the case will be issued for discplinary measure.
E. USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
Students must use all school facilities responsibly, carefully, and respectfully.
1. Library
1.1 Students must maintain silence and order at all times.
1.2 Students must follow all written rules and instructions provided by library staff.
1.3 Borrowed books must be returned in good condition and within the specified time.
1.4 Students must handle all books and library materials carefully.
1.5 Writing in books or tearing pages from books is strictly prohibited.
1.6 Students must help keep the library clean and orderly.
2. ICT ROOM
2.1 ICT facilities must be used responsibly and only for educational purposes.
2.2 Students must not access inappropriate websites, change unauthorized settings, or install unauthorized software on school devices.
2.3 Students must follow all ICT room rules and the instructions of the teacher or ICT staff.
3. SCIENCE LABORATORY
3.1 Students must use and handle all laboratory equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
3.2 Students must follow all laboratory safety rules and the instructions of the teacher.
3.3 Running, playing, or engaging in any unsafe activity in the laboratory is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Students must use appropriate protective equipment whenever required.
4. SCHOOL BUS
Students are expected to demonstrate the same respectful and responsible behavior on school buses as they do in the classroom. Misconduct on a school bus may result in suspension of bus privileges or other appropriate disciplinary action.
4.1 Students must use only their assigned school bus. Students are not permitted to get off at a different stop without written authorization from school management.
4.2 Students must board and leave the bus in an orderly manner. They must line up in a straight line within the school compound and proceed to their assigned buses.
Students must follow all instructions given by the bus staff.
No part of the body may be extended outside the bus.
Students must speak calmly, without excessive noise, and use appropriate language.
4.3 Students must remain seated while the bus is moving and follow the driver's instructions.
4.4 Eating inside the school bus and distracting or disturbing the driver are prohibited.
4.5 Students must follow all school bus rules and safety instructions.
5. TOILET USE
5.1 Students must use the toilets properly and maintain cleanliness.
5.2 After using the toilet, students must flush/clean with water and wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water.
5.3 Students must report any damage to toilet facilities or shortage of supplies to a teacher or cleaning staff member.
5.4 Writing, drawing, or making any marks on toilet walls or doors is strictly prohibited.
6. PLAYGROUND GUIDELINES
6.1 Students may play only in designated playground areas.
6.2 Eating or throwing food in playground areas is prohibited.
6.3 Students must not engage in dangerous games or activities such as hitting, fighting, or throwing stones or other objects. | 1 030 |
| 4 | C. HOMEWORK AND CLASSWORK
Homework, classwork, and projects are important assessment methods used to measure students' understanding and daily academic progress. Therefore, students are expected to:
1. Complete all classwork and homework on time.
2. Bring separate, clean, and well-maintained notebooks for each subject.
3. Parents/guardians are encouraged to check daily whether their children have completed their homework and sign their notebooks where required.
4. Give full attention and effort when completing homework.
5. Participate actively and responsibly in learning, classroom discussions, and activities.
6. Refrain from stealing, cheating, copying, or submitting another person's work as their own.
7. Ask teachers for assistance whenever they do not understand a lesson or academic task.
D. GENERAL STUDENT BEHAVIOR
1. Students are expected to communicate in English within the school premises, as required by the school's language policy.
2. Students must act honestly at all times and avoid cheating, stealing, and dishonest practices.
3. Students must respect the ideas and personal belongings of others and must not take anything without permission.
4. Students must demonstrate good behavior and cooperate with their classmates at all times.
5. Students must protect, care for, and responsibly use school property.
6. Students must show respect to all teachers, administrative staff, visitors, and guests.
7. Students must use respectful and appropriate language and must not insult or use offensive or abusive words.
8. Students must show respect to their parents, elders, and members of the community.
9. Students must avoid group conflicts, fighting, and physically harming others.
10. Students must handle their classmates' books, notebooks, and other belongings with care.
11. Students must always tell the truth and refrain from spreading rumors or gossip.
12. Students must not threaten, mislead, or frighten other students using false information.
13. Students must line up quietly and orderly when moving to learning areas.
14. Students are expected to help and protect younger students within the school compound.
15. Students must not copy or share answers during examinations.
16. After the school day ends, students are expected to go directly home unless they have an approved school activity or other authorized reason to remain on campus.
17. Students must demonstrate appropriate and respectful behavior on school buses.
18. Students must sit in their assigned seats in the classroom.
19. Students are expected to participate actively in classroom activities and learning opportunities.
20. Students must not move classroom furniture or learning materials, including desks and chairs, without the teacher's permission.
21. Students must keep walls, desks, and other school surfaces clean and must not write or draw on them.
22. Students may play only during designated playtimes and in designated play areas.
23. Students must bring all necessary school materials and supplies to school every day.
24. Students should not borrow materials from others during examinations unless explicitly permitted by the examination rules.
25. Students must listen carefully and attentively when teachers are speaking.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT AND EXPECTED BEHAVIORS
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The following are the expected behaviors, values, and standards of conduct for all Ozone School students.
Ozone School expects every student to demonstrate appropriate and respectful behavior that protects the reputation of the school and contributes to maintaining a safe, orderly, disciplined, and positive learning environment.
A. DRESS CODE AND PERSONAL HYGIENE
1. Students must wear the complete and proper school uniform every school day.
2. Students are required to wear only the school-approved uniform on all school days.
3. The school uniform must not be worn together with non-uniform clothing.
4. Every student should have at least two sets of school uniforms.
5. School uniforms must be of the appropriate size and fit. Short or tight skirts, skirts with side openings, and shirts with unauthorized colors, pictures, designs, or words are not permitted.
6. Students must wear the school's designated sports uniform during Physical Education (PE) classes.
7. During cold or rainy weather, students may wear the school sports jacket over the regular school uniform.
8. Students who need to wear additional clothing for medical reasons must inform the school office and provide appropriate supporting documentation.
9. Students are not permitted to wear caps, hats, or other head coverings inside the school premises unless specifically authorized by the school.
10. Female students are expected to maintain neat and appropriate hairstyles, such as braids and other school-approved styles. Makeup, inappropriate hairstyles, and excessive jewelry are not permitted at school.
11. Male students must keep their hair clean and properly trimmed (No. 2 haircut). Unreasonably long or inappropriate hairstyles are strictly prohibited.
12. Male students are not permitted to have pierced ears or wear earrings at school.
13. The school uniform must be worn properly and neatly. Tying or attaching unauthorized items around the waist, head, or other parts of the uniform is strictly prohibited.
14. Students must maintain good personal hygiene, including washing their hands regularly, keeping their fingernails trimmed, and maintaining regular body cleanliness.
15. School uniforms must be clean, neat, and properly ironed. Shirts must be properly tucked in, and trousers must be worn appropriately.
16. Students must wear clean, safe, and non-slip shoes. Slippers, flip-flops, and open footwear are strictly prohibited. Female students are not permitted to wear excessively high-heeled or fashionable shoes that are unsuitable for school.
B. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE
1. Students must arrive at school on time and be prepared for the school day.
2. At all school branches, the school gates will close at 2:00 a.m.
3.Any student arriving after 2:00 a.m. will be recorded as late. Students who repeatedly arrive late (more than three times) will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the school's rules and regulations.
4. Unexcused absence from classes is strictly prohibited. Students are expected to attend all lessons and participate properly in school assemblies and related activities.
5. After the morning bell rings, students must proceed to the assembly area within two minutes. 5. They are expected to line up properly, move quickly and quietly, and remain in their designated places. After assembly, students must remain in line and proceed to their assigned classrooms. When attendance is taken, students must be properly present in their classrooms.
6. Students must provide valid documentation, such as a medical certificate, for any absence or late arrival when required.
7. Deliberate lateness, unauthorized absence, or leaving classes without permission is prohibited, except where justified by illness or another officially accepted reason. The school may take disciplinary measures against students who repeatedly arrive late or are frequently absent, which may include suspension or other appropriate action in accordance with school regulations. | 926 |
| 6 | 10. ከተቃራኒ ጾታ ጋር ወይም ከአቻ ጋር መስተጋብር
10.1 ተማሪዎች ከተቃራኒ ጾታ እኩዮች ጋር በአክብሮት እና ተገቢ የሆነ መስተጋብር ብቻ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል፤
10.2 ተማሪዎች ከመነካካት ፣ ከልክ ያለፈ ወዳጅነት ከመመሥረት ወይም ተገቢ ያልሆነ ግንኙነት ከመመሥረት መቆጠብ አለባቸው፤
10.3 ማንኛውንም የማይመች ወይም የሚያስጨንቅ ግንኙነት ለመምህራን እና ለወላጅ ማሳወቅ አለባቸው፤
10.4 ከወንድ ጓደኛ እና ከሴት ጓደኛ ጋር ግንኙነት ውስጥ መሳተፍ ወይም በማንኛውም አይነት ግንኙነት ውስጥ መገኘት አይፈቀድም፤
11. ሥነ- ምግባራዊ ባህሪ
11.1 ለድርጊቶች ኃላፊነት መውሰድና እና ከስህተቶች መማር፤
11.2 ስህተት በሚሠራበት ጊዜ ከልብ ይቅርታ መጠየቅ እና ባህሪን ለማሻሻል መሞከር፤
11.3 በመልካም ስነ-ምግባር ለሌሎች አርዓያ መሆን።
እነዚህ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ነጥቦች ሁሉም የትምህርት ቤታችን ተማሪዎች ሊያከብሯቸው እና ሊተገብሯቸው የሚገቡ ባህሪያት ናቸው።
# ከትምህርት ቤት እስከ መጨረሻው የሚያሰናብት ጥፋት
ማንኛውም ተማሪ ከዚህ በታች ከተዘረዘሩት ጥፋቶች አንዱን ወይም ከአንድ በላይ በትምህርት ቤቱ ግቢ ውስጥ ፈጽሞ ከተገኘ በትምህርት ቤቱ ተማሪ ከመሆን እስከ መጨረሻው ይሰናበታል፦
1 አደገኛ የሆኑ ስለታማ ወይም የጦር መሳሪያዎችን በትምህርት ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ይዞ መገኘት፤
2 በትምህርት ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ ወይም በፈተና ወቅት ስልክ፣ ታብሌት፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ መሳሪያ መጠቀም፤ የፈተና ሂደቱን ሊያውክ የሚችል ተገቢ ያልሆነ ተግባር ማከናወን፤ የተሳሳተ መረጃዎች ማስተላለፍ፤
3 ሴት ወይም ወንድ ተማሪዎችን መደባደብ ወይም ሰብአዊ መብታቸውን መጣስ፤
4 ማንኛውም ወሲባዊ መሳም ወይም ወሲባዊ ግንኙነት መፈጸም፤
5 በትምህርት ቤት ግቢ ውስጥ ሀይማኖታዊና የፖለቲካ እንቅስቃሴዎችን ማካሄድ፤
6 በማንኛውም የቡድን ጸብ እና አምባጓሮ ተግባር ላይ መሳተፍ፤
7 ከኢትዮጵያዊ እሴቶች ያፈነገጡ ወይም ህጋዊ ያልሆኑ ሁነቶችን ማካሄድ ወይም በዓላትን ማክበር ወይም መፈጸም፦ (ዋተር ዴይ፣ ክሬዚ ዴይ፣ እራቁት ቀን፣ ከለር ዴይ)፤
8 የትምህርት ቤቱን ንብረት ሆን ብሎ ጉዳት ማድረስ ወይም ለጉዳት ማጋለጥ፤
9 በትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ ሴት ተማሪ መድፈር ወይም በማናቸውም ሁኔታ የትምህርት ቤቱን ሴት ተማሪ ለመድፈሩ በፍርድ ቤት የተወሰነበት ከሆነ፤
10 በፈተና ወቅት ለሌላ ተማሪ መፈተን ወይም ለራስ ማስፈተን፤
11 የተጭበረበረ የትምህርት ማስረጃ አቅርቦ መገኘት፤
12 መምህራንን ወይም የትምህርት ቤቱን ሌሎች ሠራተኞች መደብደብ፤
13 ከዚህ ቀደም ባጠፋው ጥፋት በከባድ ዲስፕሊን ምክንያት ለአንድ ዓመት ከትምህርት እንዲታገድ ቢደረግም በድጋሚ ከባድ የዲሲፕሊን ቅጣት የሚያሰጥ ድርጊት መፈፀም፤
14 የአልኮል መጠጥ ይዞ ወይም ጠጥቶ መምጣት፤ አደንዛዥ ዕፃችን መጠቀም ወይም ይዞ መገኘት፤ በቀጥታ ከትምህርት ቤት የሚያስባርር ድርጊት ነው።
እነዚህን ህግ እና ደንቦች ተላልፎ የተገኘ ማንኛውም ተማሪ በትምህርት ቤቱ ህግና ደንብ መሠረት የዲሲፕሊን እርምጃ ይወሰድበታል።

21. ግድግዳዎችን፣ ጠረጴዛዎችን እና ሌሎች ስፍራዎችን ንፅህና መጠበቅና በእላያቸው ላይ አለመፃፍ፤
22. ጨዋታዎችን በጨዋታ ጊዜ እና በተመረጡ የጨዋታ ቦታዎች ላይ ብቻ መጫወት፤
23. ሁሉንም አስፈላጊ የትምህርት ቤት ቁሳቁሶችን በየቀኑ ይዞ መገኘት፤
24. በፈተና ወቅት እቃዎችን ከመበደር መቆጠብ፤
25. መምህራን ሲናገሩ በጥንቃቄና በጥሞና ማዳመጥ፤
26. ከክፍል ከመውጣት በፊት ፍቃድ መጠየቅ፤
27. በትምህርት ሰዓት እጅ አንስቶ ለመናገር ፈቃድ መጠየቅ፤
28. መምህሩ ከዘገየ በትዕግስት እና በጸጥታ በክፍል ውስጥ መጠበቅ፤
29. የመጫወቻ ቦታዎችን ከቆሻሻ የፀዱና ንፁህ ማድረግ፤
30. ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀ ሁኔታ መጫወት እና ከአደገኛ ጨዋታዎች መቆጠብ፤
31. መፀዳጃ ቦታዎች፣ ኮሪደሮች እና ሌሎች የጨዋታ ቦታ ያልሆኑ ቦታዎች ላይ አለመጫወት፤
32. የትምህርት ቤቱን አካባቢ በንፅና መያዝ፤
33. ቆሻሻን ለመጣል ሁልጊዜ የቆሻሻ ማጠራቀሚያዎችን መጠቀም፤
34. በትህትና መናገርና ጨዋነት ወይም አክብሮት የጎደለው ከመሆን መቆጠብ፤
35. ስድብን፣ ሐሜትን፣ ጩኸትን ወይም ጸያፍ ቃላትን ማስወገድ፤
36. ከአካላዊ ጥቃት፣ ድብድብ፣ ጉልበተኝነት ወይም ሌሎችን ከማስፈራራት መቆጠብ፤
37. አለመግባባቶች በሚፈጠሩበት ጊዜም እንኳ ታማኝነትን፣ ተጠያቂነትን እና ራስን መግዛትን ማሳየት፤
38. ለሌሎች በአክብሮት ሰላምታ መስጠትና እንደ “እባክዎ”፣ “አመሰግናለሁ” እና “ይቅርታ” ያሉ መልካም ቃላትን መጠቀም፤
39. በቡድን እንቅስቃሴዎች እና በጨዋታ ጊዜ ውስጥ በሚሳተፉበት ጊዜ ደግነትን ማሳየት እና ሌሎችን ያለ አድሎ ማካተት፤
40. ማስቲካ፣ ከረሜላ ወይም ገንዘብ ወደ ትምህርት ቤት ይዞ አለመምጣት፤
41. ሁልጊዜ ወደ ቤተ-መጽሐፍት፣ ላቦራቶሪ፣ አይ ሲቲ ክፍል ወይም የስፖርት ሜዳ ለመሄድ መሰለፍ፤
42. በትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ ምግብን በየትኛውም ቦታ አለመጣል።
43. አንድ ተማሪ በፈተና ወቅት ማጭበርበር እንደፈጸመ ከተረጋገጠ፣ የተፈተነበት የዚያ ፈተና ውጤት ይሰረዛል፤ ጉዳዩም ለተገቢው የዲስፕሊን እርምጃ ይተላለፋል።
ሠ. የትምህርት ቤት መገልገያዎችን አጠቃቀም
ተማሪዎች የትምህርት ቤት መገልገያዎችን በኃላፊነት እና በጥንቃቄ መጠቀም አለባቸው።
1. ቤተ-መጻሕፍት
1.1 በማንኛውም ጊዜ ጸጥታ እና ሥርዓት ማክበር፤
1.2 በቤተ-መጽሐፍት ባለሙያዎች የተሰጡ የጽሑፍ ደንቦችን ወይም መመሪያዎችን ማክበር፤
1.3 በብድር የወሰዱትን መጻሕፍት በጥሩ ሁኔታ እና በጊዜ መመለስ፤
1.4 ሁሉንም መጽሐፍት እና ቁሳቁሶችን በጥንቃቄ መያዝ፤
1.5 በመፃህፍት ላይ መጻፍ ወይም ከመጻሕፍት ገጾችን መቅደድ የተከለከለ ነው!
1.6 የቤተ መፃህፍቱን ንፁህና መጠበቅ።
2. አይ ሲቲ ክፍል
2.1. በሃላፊነት እና ለትምህርታዊ ዓላማዎች ብቻ መጠቀም፤
2.2 አግባብ ያልሆኑ ድረ-ገጾችን ወይም ቅንብሮችን በትምህርት ቤት መሳሪያዎች ላይ አለመጠቀም፤ አለመጫን፤
2.3 ሁሉንም የአይ ሲቲ ክፍል ህጎች እና የአስተማሪ መመሪያዎችን ማክበር።
3. የሳይንስ ላብራቶሪ
3.1 ሁሉንም መሳሪያዎች እና ኬሚካሎች ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀ ሁኔታ መጠቀምና መያዝ፤
3.2 ሁሉንም የላብራቶሪ ህጎች እና የአስተማሪ መመሪያዎችን ማክበር፤
3.3 በቤተ-ሙከራ ውስጥ አለመጫወት፣ አለመሮጥ ወይም ማንኛውም ደህንነቱ ያልተጠበቀ እንቅስቃሴ ውስጥ አለመሳተፍ፤
3.4 አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲገኝ የመከላከያ መሳሪያዎችን መጠቀም።
4. የትምህርት ቤት አውቶቡስ
ተማሪዎች በክፍል ውስጥ እንደሚያደርጉት በአውቶቡስ ላይ መልካም ባህሪ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል፡፡ የሥነ-ምግባር ጉድለት ወደ መታገድ ወይም ወደ ሌላ የስነ-ምግባር እርምጃ ሊወስድ ይችላል፡፡
4.1 ተማሪዎች በተመደቡበት አውቶቡስ ብቻ መገኘት አለባቸው። ከትምህርት ቤቱ አስተዳዳር የጽሁፍ ማረጋገጫ ውጪ የተለየ ፌርማታ ላይ መውረድ አይፈቀድም፤
4.2 በሥርዓት ወደ አውቶቡሱ መሳፈርና መውረድ፤ በግቢው ውስጥ ተሰልፈው (ቀጥታ መስመር ይዘው) ወደ ተመደበላቸው አውቶቡሶች መሄድ፤
• የሚነገራቸውን መመሪያዎች ማክበር፤
• ማንኛውንም የሰውነት ክፍል ከአውቶቡሱ ውጪ አለማድረግ፤
• በዕርጋታ ያለ ጩኸት መነጋገር እና ተገቢውን ቋንቋ መጠቀም፤
4.3 በጉዞው ወቅት ከመቀመጫ አለመነሳት እና የአሽከርካሪውን መመሪያዎች መከተል፤
4.4 አውቶቢስ ውስጥ አለመብላት እና አሽከርካሪውን አለመረበሽ፤
4.5 ሁሉንም የትምህርት ቤት አውቶቡስ ህጎች እና መመሪያዎችን መከተል።
5. የመጸዳጃ ቤት አጠቃቀም
5.1 መጸዳጃ ቤት በአግባቡ እና በንጽህና መጠቀ፤
5.2 መፀዳጃ ቤት ከተጠቀሙ በኋላ በውሃ ማፅዳት እና እጅን በሳሙና እና በውሃ መታጠብ፤
5.3 በንብረት ላይ የደረሱ ጉዳቶችን ወይም የአቅርቦት እጥረትን ለአስተማሪ ወይም ለፅዳት ሰራተኛ ማሳወቅ፤
5.4 በመጸዳጃ ቤት ግድግዳዎች እና በሮች ላይ ምንም አይነት ፅሁፍ አለመፃፍ እና አለመሳል።
6. መጫወቻ ቦታ መመሪያዎች
6.1 ተማሪዎች በተመደበላቸው መጫወቻ ቦታዎች ብቻ መጫወት አለባቸው፤
6.2 በመጫወቻ ቦታ ላይ ምግብ መመገብ እና መጣል የተከለከለ ነው፤
6.3 እንደ መማታት፣ መዋጋት ወይም ድንጋይ ወይም ሌሎች ነገሮችን መወርወር የመሳሰሉ አደገኛ ጨዋታዎችን መጫወት የለባቸውም፤
6.4 በመጸዳጃ ቤቶች፣ በውሃ አካባቢዎች እና ለመጫወት ባልተመደቡ ሌሎች ቦታዎች፣ እንደ ደረጃዎችና ኮሪደሮች ላይ መጫወት አይፈቀድም።
7. በትምህርት ቤት ዝግጅቶች እና በትምህርታዊ ጉዞዎች
7.1 በሁሉም ጊዜ አክብሮት ያለው ባህሪ በማሳየት ትምህርት ቤቱን በአዎንታዊ መልኩ መወከል አለባቸው፤
7.2 በጉዞዎች፣ በስብሰባዎች፣ በውድድሮች ወይም በጉብኝቶች ወቅት የአስተማሪዎችን መመሪያ መከተል አለባቸው፤
7.3 በትምህርት ቤት ዝግጅቶች ወቅት የትምህርት ቤቱን ንብረቶች በትክክል መጠቀም አለባቸው፤
7.4 ለዝግጅቶች ተገቢውን ዩኒፎርም መልበስ እና ከትምህርት ቤት ውጭ መልካም ባህሪያትን ማሳየት አለባቸው፤
8. ለትምህርት ቤት ንብረት እና አካባቢ አክብሮት ማሳየት፤
8.1 ጠረጴዛዎችን፣ ወንበሮችን፣ ግድግዳዎችንና መጻሕፍትን ጨምሮ የትምህርት ቤት ንብረቶችን መንከባከብ አለባቸው፤
8.2 በትምህርት ቤት ግድግዳዎች፣ ዕቃዎች ወይም መጽሐፍት ላይ መጻፍ ወይም መሳል የለባቸውም፤
8.3 የንጽህና ዘመቻዎች ወይም የክፍል ጽዳት ተግባራት ሲመደቡ መሳተፍ አለባቸው፤ እንዲሁም ሁልጊዜም ቆሻሻ ማጠራቀሚያዎችን መጠቀም አለባቸው፤
9. የኤሌክትሮኒክ መሳሪያዎች አጠቃቀም
ማንኛውንም የግል የኤሌክትሮኒክ መሳሪያዎችን ወደ ትምህርት ቤት ይዞ መምጣት ወይም መጠቀም በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው። | 1 029 |
| 8 | ውድ የልጆቻችን ወላጆች ከታች የተዘረዘሩት ከአንድ የኦዞን ተማሪ የሚጠበቁ ባህርያት እና ሥነ ምግባሮች ናቸው።
የኦዞን ትምህርት ቤት ተማሪዎች የትምህርት ቤታቸውን ክብር የሚያስጠብቅና በስርዓት የታነፀ ቦታ እንዲሆን የሚከተሉትን ተገቢ እና ተስማሚ ባህሪ እንዲኖራቸው ይጠበቃል።
ሀ. የአለባበስ ህግ እና ንፅህና
1. ተማሪዎች በየቀኑ የተሟላ እና ትክክለኛ የትምህርት ቤት የደንብ ልብስ መልበስ አለባቸው።
2. ተማሪዎች በሁሉም የትምህርት ቀናት የትምህርት ቤቱን የደንብ ልብስ ብቻ መልበስ አለባቸው።
3. የትምህርት ቤት የደንብ ልብስ ከሌሎች ልብሶች ጋር ፈፅሞ መለበስ የለበትም።
4. እያንዳንዱ ተማሪ ቢያንስ ሁለት የደንብ ልብስ ሊኖረው ይገባል።
5. የትምህርት ቤቱ የደንብ ልብስ ትክክለኛ መጠን ሊኖረው ይገባል። አጫጭር፣ ጠባብ የሆኑ፣ ከጎን ክፍት የሆኑ ቀሚሶች፤ እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ቀለማትና ስዕሎች ወይም ቃላት ያሉባቸው ሸሚዞች አይፈቀዱም።
6. ተማሪዎች የስፖርት ክፍለ ጊዜ በሚኖራቸው ሰዓት የትምህርት ቤቱን የስፖርት ልብስ ብቻ መልበስ አለባቸው።
7. የአየር ሁኔታው ቀዝቃዛ ወይም ዝናባማ ከሆነ ከመደበኛው የትምህርት ቤቱ የደንብ ልብስ ላይ የስፖርት ልብሳቸውን ጃኬት መድረብ ይፈቀዳል።
8. በህመም ምክንያት ተጨማሪ ልብሶችን መልበስ የሚፈልጉ ተማሪዎች ጉዳዩን ለቢሮው አሳውቆ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
9. ተማሪዎች በትምህርት ቤቱ ውስጥ ማንኛውንም ዓይነት ኮፍያ ወይም ባርኔጣ ሊለብሱ አይገባም።
10. ሴት ተማሪዎች መደበኛ የፀጉር አሰራር (እንደ ሹሩባ፣ ቁጥርጥር...) መሰል አሰራር ብቻ ይፈቀድላቸዋል፤ ነገር ግን ከማንኛውም ዓይነት ሜካፕ ፣ ተገቢ ያልሆነ የፀጉር አሠራር ወይም ከልክ ያለፈ ጌጣጌጦችን አድርገው ወደ ትምህርት ቤት እንዲገቡ አይፈቀድላቸውም።
11. ሁሉም ወንድ ተማሪዎች ፀጉራቸውን በትክክል መቆረጥ (በ2 ቁጥር) እና በንፅህና መጠበቅ ይኖርባቸዋል። ያለአግባብ ያደገ እና ሥርዓት የሌለው አቆራረጥ ፈፅሞ የተከለከለ ነው።
12. ወንድ ተማሪዎች ጆሮዎቻቸውን እንዲበሱ እና የጆሮ ጌጥ እንዲጠቀሙ አይፈቀድላቸውም።
13. የትምህርት ቤቱ የደንብ ልብስ በሥርዓት
መለበስ አለበት። በወገብም ሆነ በጭንቅላት ላይ የተለያዪ ነገሮችን ማሰር ፈፅም የተከለከለ ነው።
14. ተማሪዎች የራሳቸውን የግል ንፅህና የመጠበቅ ልማድ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል። (የእጅ ንፅህና መጠበቅ ፤ ጥፍርን መቆረጥ እና በየጊዜው የገላን ንፅህና መጠበቅ አለባቸው።)
15. የትምህርት ቤት የደንብ ልብስ ንፅህናው የተጠበቀ ፣ ያልተጨማደደ እንዲሁም ሸሚዛቸውን እና ሱሪያቸውን በትክክል መታጠቅ አለባቸው።
16. ንፁህ እና የማያንሸራትት ጫማዎችን መልበስ አለባቸው። ነጠላ ጫማ ወይም ክፍት ጫማ አድርጎ መምጣት ፈፅሞ የተከለከለ ነው፡፡ ሴት ተማሪዎች ረጅምና ከፍታ ያለው የፋሽን ጫማ አይፈቀድላቸውም፡፡
ለ. ሰዓት አክባሪነት
1. ተማሪዎች በሰዓቱ ወደ ትምህርት ቤት በመድረስ ለቀኑ መዘጋጀት ይኖርባቸዋል።
2. በሁሉም ቅርንጫፎች የትምህርት ቤት በሮች ከጠዋቱ 2፡00 ላይ ይዘጋሉ፡፡
3. ከጠዋቱ 2፡00 በኃላ ዘግይቶ የሚመጣ ተማሪ አርፋጅ ተብሎ ይመዘገባሉ። በተደጋጋሚ አርፍዶ (ከሶስት ቀን በላይ) የሚመጣ ተማሪ በትምህርት ቤቱ ህግና ደንብ መሰረት ቅጣት ይተላለፍበታል፡፡
4. ያለምንም ምክንያት ከትምህርት ገበታ መቅረት ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው፡፡ ሁሉንም ክፍለ ጊዜ እና የሰልፍ ስነ-ስርነቶችን መከታተል ከአንድ ተማሪ የሚጠበቅ ነው።
5. ጠዋት ላይ ደውሉ ከተደወለ በኋላ ባሉት 2 ደቂቃዎች ውስጥ ተማሪዎች ወደ ሰልፍ ስነ-ስርዓት መሄድ አለባቸው፤ እንዲሁም በትክክል መሰለፍ፣ በፍጥነት እና በጸጥታ በቦታቸው መገኘት መቻል አለባቸው፤ ከሰልፍ ስነ-ስርዓት በኋላ ተማሪዎች ተሰልፈው ወደተመደቡበት የመማሪያ ክፍሎች መሄድ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፤ ከዚያም ስም ሲጠራ በክፍላቸው ውስጥ በአግባቡ መገኘት አለባቸው።
6. ተማሪዎች ለማንኛውም መቅረት ወይም አርፍዶ መምጣት ህጋዊ መረጃዎችን (እንደ የህክምና ማስረጃ) ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
7. ማርፈድ፣ መቅረት ወይም ክፍል መቅጣት (በህመም ምክንያት ካልሆነ በስተቀር) የተከለከለ ነው። ትምህርት ቤቱ በተደጋጋሚ ዘግይተው ለሚመጡ ወይም በትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ ለማይገኙ ተማሪዎች እስከ ማባረር ሊያመራ የሚችል የስነ-ምግባር እርምጃዎችን ተግባራዊ ያደርጋል።
ሐ. የቤት ስራ እና የክፍል ስራ
የቤት ስራ፣ የክፍል ስራ እና ፕሮጀክቶች የተማሪዎችን በትምህርታቸው ላይ ያላቸውን ግንዛቤ ለመለካት ከሚጠቅሙ የግምገማ ዘዴዎች ውስጥ ናቸው። የተማሪዎችን ቀን በቀን ያላቸውን ብቃት ለመገምገም እንደመሳሪያ ያገለግላሉ። በመሆኑም
1. ሁሉንም የክፍል ስራዎች እና የቤት ስራዎችን በሰዓት ማጠናቀቅ፤
2. ለእያንዳንዱ የትምህርት አይነት የተለዩና ንፅህናቸውን የጠበቁ ደብተሮች ይዘው መገኘት፤
3. ወላጆች ልጆቻቸው የቤት ስራቸውን በየእለቱ እንዳጠናቀቁ መመልከት እና ደብተራቸው ላይ መፈረም፤
4. ተማሪዎች የቤት ስራ ሲሰሩ ሙሉ ትኩረት መስጠት፤
5. ለመማር እና በክፍል ውስጥ ለሚደረጉ ውይይቶች እና እንቅስቃሴዎች በሀላፊነትና በንቃት መሳተፍ፤
6. ከመስረቅ፣ ከማጭበርበር ወይም የሌሎችን ስራ ከመቅዳት/ከመኮረጅ መቆጠብ፤
7. በዕለቱ የትምህርት ርዕስ ላይ ያለመረዳት ሁኔታዎች ሲያጋጥሙ ከአስተማሪዎች እርዳታ መጠየቅ።
መ. የተማሪዎች አጠቃላይ ባህሪ
1. በትምህርት ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ እንግሊዘኛ መናገር፤
2. ሁሉምን ድርጊቶች በታማኝነትን ማስኬድ እና ማጭበርበርን ወይም መስረቅን ማስወገድ፤
3. የሌሎችን ሃሳብ ማክበር እና ምንም ነገር ያለፈቃድ አለመውሰድ፤
4. መልካም ባህሪን ማሳየት እና ከክፍል ጓደኞች ጋር በማንኛውም ጊዜ መተባበር፤
5. የትምህርት ቤቱን ንብረት ከጉዳት መጠበቅ፣ መንከባከብ እና በኃላፊነት መጠቀም፤
6. ለሁሉም መምህራን፣ የአስተዳደር ሰራተኞች እና ጎብኝዎች/እንግዶች አክብሮት ማሳየት፤
7. መልካም ቃላትን መጠቀም እና ማንንም አለመሳደብ ወይም መጥፎ ቃላት አለመጠቀም፤
8. ለወላጆች፣ ለአዛውንቶች እና ለማህበረሰቡ አክብሮት ማሳየት፤
9. ከቡድን ግጭቶች ወይም ሌሎችን ከመምታት መቆጠብ፤
10.የክፍል ጓደኛን መጽሐፍ፣ ደብተር እና ቁሳቁሶችን በጥንቃቄ መያዝ፤
11. ሁሌም እውነትን መናገር እና አሉባልታ ወሬ ከማስተላለፍ መቆጠብ፤
12. በውሸት መረጃ ሌሎች ተማሪዎችን ከማስፈራራት ወይም ከማሳሳት መቆጠብ፤
13. ወደ መማሪያ ቦታዎች ሲሄዱ በጸጥታ መሰልፍ፤
14. በግቢው ውስጥ ያሉ ታናናሽ ተማሪዎችን መርዳትና እና ከጉዳት መጠበቅ፤
15. በፈተና ጊዜ መልሶችን ከመኮረጅ ወይም ከማጋራት መቆጠብ፤
16. ከትምህርት መጠናቀቅ በኋላ ከትምህርት ቤት በቀጥታ ወደ ቤት መሄድ፤
17. በትምህርት ቤት አውቶቡሶች ውስጥ መልካም ስነ-ምግባር ማሳየት፤
18. በመማሪያ ክፍል ውስጥ በተመደበለት/ላት ወንበር ላይ መቀመጥ፤ | 1 314 |

የተማሪዎች ደንብና መመሪያ
ለአዲሱ የትምህርት ዘመን (2019ዓ.ም)
ውድ የኦዞን የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ወላጆች/አሳዳጊዎች እና ተማሪዎች፦ እንኳን ለ2019ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን አደረሰን እያልን፣
አዲሱን የትምህርት ዘመን ስንጀምር፣ ሁሉም ተማሪዎች የሚከተሉትን ደንቦችና የባህሪ መመሪያዎች እንዲያከብሩ እናሳስባለን። እነዚህ ደንቦች በትምህርት ቤታችን ውስጥ ሥርዓትን፣ አክብሮትን፣ ኃላፊነትን፣ ደህንነትን እና የትምህርት ስኬትን ለማሳደግ የተዘጋጁ ናቸው።
1. በሰዓት ት/ቤት መገኘት
ተማሪዎች በመደበኛነት ትምህርት ቤት መገኘትና በሰዓታቸው መድረስ አለባቸው።
ተማሪዎች በሁሉም የትምህርት ክፍለ ጊዜዎችና በተወሰኑ የትምህርት ቤት ፕሮግራሞች መገኘት አለባቸው።
ተማሪ በተገቢ ምክንያት ከትምህርት ቤት ቢቀር፣ ወላጅ/አሳዳጊው ለትምህርት ቤቱ ማሳወቅ አለበት።
ተማሪዎች ያለፈቃድ በትምህርት ሰዓት የትምህርት ቤቱን ግቢ መልቀቅ አይችሉም።
2. የትምህርት ቤት ዩኒፎርምና መታወቂያ
ተማሪዎች የኦዞን የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ባጅ ያለው ዩኒፎርም በአግባቡና በንጽህና መልበስ አለባቸው።
ተማሪዎችም ሆኑ ወላጆች በሚጠየቁበት ጊዜ የትምህርት ቤቱን መታወቂያ ማሳየት አለባቸው።
3. አክብሮትና መልካም ባህሪ
ተማሪዎች መምህራንን፣ የአስተዳደር ሠራተኞችን፣ እንግዶችን እንዲሁም እርስ በርስ መከባበር አለባቸው።
መደባደብ፣ ጉልበተኝነት (Bullying)፣ መሳደብ፣ ማስፈራራት፣ ማሾፍ ወይም ሌሎችን ማስጨነቅ በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው።
ተማሪዎች ሁልጊዜ ጨዋና አክብሮት ያለው አነጋገር መጠቀም አለባቸው።
ተማሪዎች ታማኝነትን፣ ደግነትን፣ እና መተባበርን ለሁሉም የት/ቤት ማህበረሰብ ማሳየት አለባቸው።
4. የክፍል ውስጥ ደንቦች
ተማሪዎች የመምህራንን መመሪያ መከተልና መተግበር አለባቸው።
ተማሪዎች አስፈላጊውን የትምህርት ቁሳቁስ ይዘው ወደ ክፍል መምጣት አለባቸው።
ተማሪዎች ትምህርትን ማወክ ወይም ሌሎች ተማሪዎች እንዳይማሩ ማድረግ አይፈቀድላቸውም።
ተማሪዎች በክፍል ውስጥ በንቃት መሳተፍና የቤት ሥራዎችን በጊዜ ማጠናቀቅ አለባቸው።
5. ትምህርትና ታማኝነት
ተማሪዎች በፈተና ወቅት የሚሰጡ መመሪያዎችን መከተል አለባቸው። ፈታኝ መ/ንን በፈተና ጊዜ መፈታተን፣ ሌላ ተማሪ እንዲኮርጅ መርዳት፣ መኮረጅ ወይም ያልተፈቀዱ ቁሳቁሶችን መጠቀም አይፈቀድም።
ተማሪዎች የትምህርት ሥራቸውን በታማኝነት ማከናወን አለባቸው።
6. የትምህርት ቤት ንብረት
ተማሪዎች የክፍል መማሪያ ክፍሎችን፣ ዴስኮችን፣ ወንበሮችን፣ መጻሕፍትን፣ ኮምፒውተሮችን፣ የላብራቶሪ ቁሳቁሶችን፣ የስፖርት መሳሪያዎችንና ሌሎች የት/ቤቱን ንብረቶች በጥንቃቄ መጠቀም አለባቸው።
የትምህርት ቤትን ንብረት ሆን ብሎ ማበላሸት ወይም በአግባቡ አለመጠቀም አይፈቀድም።
7. ሞባይል ስልክና ኤሌክትሮኒክ መሳሪያዎች
ተማሪዎች ሞባይል ስልክና ሌሎች ኤሌክትሮኒክ መሳሪያዎችን በተመለከተ የት/ቤቱን ደንብ መከተል አለባቸው።
ኤሌክትሮኒክ መሳሪያዎች ትምህርትን ት/ቤት ግቢ ውስጥ ይዞ መገኘትም ሆነ መጠቀም አይፈቀድም።
8. የተማሪዎች ደህንነት
ተማሪዎች ሁሉንም የት/ቤቱን የደህንነት መመሪያዎች መከተል አለባቸው። ጉልበተኝነት ወይም አደገኛ ሁኔታ አሊያም ከባድ ችግር ካጋጠመ ለመምህር ወይም ለት/ቤቱ አስተዳደር ወዲያውኑ ማሳወቅ አለባቸው።
ተማሪዎች ራሳቸውን ወይም ሌሎችን ሊጎዳ በሚችል ባህሪ መሳተፍ የለባቸውም።
9. የትምህርት ቤት ሥነ-ሥርዓቶች
ተማሪዎች በት/ቤቱ የሰልፍ ሥነ-ሥርዓቶች ላይ መገኘት ፣ የሚሰጡ መመሪያዎችን መስማትና መተግበር አለባቸው።
10. ንጽህናና ጤና
ተማሪዎች የግል ንጽህናቸው የተጠበቀና የአካባቢያቸውን ንጽህ መጠበቅ አለባቸው፤

ወላጆችና አሳዳጊዎች፦
የልጃቸውን ት/ቤት መገኘትና በሰዓት መድረስ መከታተ፤
የልጃቸውን የትምህርት እድገት መደገፍ፤
ተማሪዎች ለትምህርት ቤት በተገቢው ዝግጁ ሆነው መምጣታቸውን ማረጋገጥ፤
ከልጃቸው ጋር የተያያዘ አስፈላጊ ጉዳይ ካለ ከት/ቤቱ ጋር በወቅቱ መገናኘት።
12. ዲሲፕሊን
ሁሉም ተማሪዎች እነዚህን ደንቦች ማክበር ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ነገር ግን ደንቦችን የሚጥስ ተማሪ ካለ፣ ት/ቤቱ በተቀመጡ የዲሲፕሊን ሥርዓቶችን በሚመለከት በኢትዮጵያ የትምህርት ሕጎችና ደንቦች መሰረት ተገቢውን እርምጃ ይወስዳል።
የዲሲፕሊን እርምጃ በፍትሃዊነትና በአክብሮት ይተገበራል።
በኦዞን የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ትምህርት ማለት የትምህርት ውጤትን ብቻ ማሳደግ ሳይሆን፣ ኃላፊነት የሚሰማቸው፣ አክባሪ፣ በራሳቸው የሚተማመኑ እና ሌሎችን የሚያስቡ ተማሪዎችን ማፍራት ነው።
ተማሪዎች፣ ወላጆች፣ መምህራንና የት/ቤት አስተዳደር በጋራ በመስራት አዲሱን የትምህርት ዘመን ስኬታማ እንድናደርግ እንጥራለን።
