My shibari journey has been such a rollercoaster! I didn’t like the feeling of ropes on my body when I tried them for the first time. The second time, I felt like a netted sausage in ropes and didn’t find it aesthetically pleasing, to say the least. Things changed when I found an emotional connection to rope in Kharkiv with my partner Sergiy, who is a rigger — about 5 years ago. Suddenly, ropes became an instrument for different sensations and feelings: pleasure, pain, excitement, helplessness, letting go, arousal, fun, relaxation, safety… I enjoyed being in ropes. I tried tying too, but my brain refused to remember the basic knots. Ah, I was angry, I cried, I tried again — zero result. So I gave up. But some time later, I took rope into my hands again — and somehow the knowledge of the basic knots was already there! I moved to Berlin and, highly motivated, started attending different shibari workshops. Again, I couldn’t repeat anything. For a few years, I lost interest in both tying and being tied; my attention moved away from shibari toward massages, playfights, dance… Recently, a friend asked if I could tie her, and I felt courageous enough to try. Suddenly, I was already making different rope patterns on her body and doing half-suspension 😱 Yesterday I surprised myself again. I watched a chest harness tutorial with friends, and Nadja and I decided to try it out in suspension — it turned into a whole session with transitions in the air! I don’t know where this confidence came from, but it felt so easy to do. I’m feeling really happy after yesterday’s spontaneous tying session ^^ I’m also grateful to Nadja for her trust, curiosity, and openness to explore and experiment together 🐱🧡🧡 It’s so interesting how sometimes the body needs time to learn and process new things. What’s your relationship with ropes? Have you experienced something similar in your own rope journey? 🪢 Please share 🙃

Do you love fruit altars as much as I do? 🍓🫐 These are some juicy tables I prepared for Spielwiese events. Hiii 🫶🏻 Do you still have some free space in your calendar for the festival? I will facilitate and perform at LOVE RYOT – body & intimacy festival (June 18-21, close to Cologne). Check it out! spoo.me/loveryot What will I be offering? KINKY MASSAGE Grounding, gentle, rough, teasing, scratchy, stingy… the touch can be so many things. In this workshop we will explore different ways of consensual touch: from feather-like and whisper massage to intense pressure points and playful body movement. LIQUID SELF-LOVE RITUAL (performance) It is a story of Natasha’s connection with their own naked body, movement, and pleasure — sensual, intimate, and deeply personal. This ritual is a blend of oily Lomi Lomi-inspired self-massage, improvisational dance, and authentic movement on the massage table. CREATIVE SPEED DATING It is an invitation to meet new people through short, playful experiences. Instead of classic speed dating, we create a space for silly, thoughtful, and connecting exercises in pairs or trios. Some activities involve talking, others movement, creativity, or consensual touch. You are always free to join, pause, skip, or adapt anything so it feels comfortable for you. “HOW TO USE ME” station Create a kinky manual about yourself. You’ll find a table with pocket-size books, where you can write and draw. The invitation is to reflect on and explore your desires, boundaries, the unique sensitivity of your body — and write your thoughts in these books, that you can later keep for yourself or give to someone. Hope to see you there 🤗

Save the date! Playback community gathering at our friends’ summer house near Berlin (S Strausberg) ☀️ July 3–5 (You can join or leave at any time, sleep there or go back home) We will explore the theme: “BODIES HOLDING STORIES” For playbackers and friends — no experience required 🫶🏻 The concept: We are creating a space to share knowledge, ideas, and creative practices across different fields. A space to experiment, connect, and co-create. Every evening we will gather around the fire, share stories, and do playback theater jams. You can offer an embodied exercise, a voice or movement practice, clowning methods, a discussion on empathy in the world, cook something delicious, draw a mind map of our ideas, or meditate on the tree. Please think about: 1. What would you like to offer during this gathering? 2. What would you like to learn or explore? Money: We will share the cost of food + a 5–15€ donation per person for the house. What we can do there: • move, dance, sleep, laugh, cry, sing, scream, eat, play • swim in the lake • enjoy the sauna • cook together and have picnics in the garden • share stories by the fire and practice playback jams every day Sleeping: You can sleep in the house, in a large glamping tent, or bring your own tent. Maximum 10-15 people can sleep at the location. Maximum number of people around the fire — still to be discovered ^^ If you’re interested, write me @Natalia_Kuzmina More details coming soon 🤗

“Dancing with the Stones” 26.04.2026 Nöldnerpark, Berlin Everything moves at its own speed. Time is relative. The movement of stones is almost imperceptible from the human perspective — yet fast from the perspective of the Universe. This collective movement & voice experiment explored the relationship between human bodies and stones — touch, gravity and different experiences of time. I got really into acro yoga lately. For a long time I had this idea that “girls shouldn’t lift heavy things” – that it’s somehow bad for women’s health. And ofc generally be lighter, softer. And now I discovered how much I enjoy being a base😍: I love lifting people, feeling strong in my muscles, stable in my body. There’s something deeply satisfying in it. I notice a similar feeling when I do play fights or a bit of Jiu-jitsu and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I remember a therapist years ago told me I could try boxing or any other type of martial arts, or challenging physical activity. At that time I was very connected to my softness and flexibility, and not connected to my anger or inner strength. It took me some years until I got there, and now I’m really enjoying ^^ It feels really good to lift, resist, and stay grounded 💪 Every Monday at 8 p.m. I go to an acro yoga class. And looking forward to the warm weather to practice in parks. Feel free to join me if you’re interested! 🙃

I started identifying as a non-binary pansexual person (currently in a lesbian phase 💞) a few years ago, and it came with the realization that queer culture holds so much knowledge I’ve been missing. I’m watching this really cool podcast about things I didn’t know: https://youtu.be/bjzdKN9F3Iw?is=V0Z5Nknc-yyl6Ygo Do you have any podcasts/videos/books to recommend? Please share links!

It was such a relief for me to find Contact Improvisation dance! For a long time, I thought that I was terrible at dancing. I was avoiding dance floors at all costs. Especially when my first boyfriend in my teens was good at dancing — I just wanted to disappear. Later, I tried to “work” on it, but I hated choreography — my brain couldn’t remember the steps and moves, and instead of enjoying it, I felt like I was fighting for my life trying to count them. In partnered dance, I would panic and feel envious of girls who could relax and follow. In contemporary dance, I was hyper-aware that everyone was watching me, so I was terrified of making a mistake. And when I had already given up, I found myself in a contact improv workshop — and it was surprisingly nice. It turned out, I could dance 😱 I’ve been practicing CI for 5 years now, and I really appreciate the special qualities this practice brings to my life: physical awareness of my body, being present and sensitive, enjoying movement, and the ability to go with the flow. I also love exploring different kinds of touch and sharing body weight. I just watched a short, cool documentary about contact improvisation — maybe you’d be interested as well? 😍 (3 parts) https://youtu.be/k768K_OTePM?is=okMo9oPawxr20qee Contact improvisation was developed by dancers Steve Paxton, Nancy Stark Smith, Lisa Nelson and others — and now it has spread worldwide. Are you dancing CI as well? Maybe you’ve seen or tried it once? What’s your experience with dance?

If you’re also tired of boring mainstream porn, check out this super fun genderqueer animated series 🤩 I stumbled upon it by accident, and I’m definitely a fan of Gummy and the Doctor 🔥🙃 The idea alone that the Doctor modified their own body so it is possible to swap out different genitals is already reason enough to watch 👏🏻 (Doctor has a huge collection of interchangeable genitals in every shape and size) https://www.gummyandthedoctor.com The first episode: https://www.pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=ph62061ab8c1e74 Enjoy!
