So basically, Buddhism is a religion of anti-metaphysics. It is not a "religion of truth", but a religion of paths. There's an old saying in geopolitics, "where you stand depends on where you sit" - and this is applicable here as well. For Nietzsche, one of the most famous perspectivist dialectics he proposes is the Master-Slave Morality debate. Nietzsche does not propose that one is true and one is false - but rather, that one is from a being with a certain disposition, and the other of a being of another disposition. It could be said that the master morality is that of the patrician, while the slave morality is that of the plebian. They approach the world, with different colored glasses on - they have different "truths", but because of this, neither truth is actually "true" with a capital T. Nietzsche, btw, does not propose a return to Master Morality, but instead to overcome all pre-conditioned perspectives, and to instead write your own law. Or, to put it another way, to perceive the world in your own way. To use Stirnerian language, to abandon all spooks and to live according to the (non-Freudian) Ego, which owns itself, and is not owned by these claimers of "truth" who would demand you to live as a slave to it. Moreso, and on a deeper level - it is a fundamental rejection of Platonic (and Vedanta) Metaphysics. Following Kant in his critique of pure reason, it is a rejection of the origin of certain concepts and principles, there are no transcendental ideas from which reason can ascend to, and by which we can delineate "truth". Those who believe they can do so, attempt to "step outside" of the confines of their own particularity, to have a transcedential view of the whole. But they cannot do this. We are all what Heidegger would call Dasein, beings rooted in our own perspective. Westerners tend to fuck this up, as they are Faustian, aiming for the boundless infinity of space. It is striving for a certain expression of singularity - and in this we can identify everything from our exploration of the Earth, to Calculus, to Space Flight - but also the United Nations, Neoliberalism, and Universalist anti-Racialism. But - again, this Faustian perspective, is indeed a rooted one - an inherent contradiction. It is a kind of tragic quest, one which can never be fufilled, as we can never step outside of ourselves. Buddhism is very similar to this, in that there is no statement of objective truth - indeed the world is as you condition it with your Mind. Likewise, your emanated form - your Nirmanikaya - is the perspective and particularity that the Buddha Nature (Dharmakaya) has taken form into. There is no rejection of this Nirmanakaya - and while one can rest in the radiant bliss of the Dharmakaya, one misses the point if he feels that this exists somewhere transcendent and outside of himself, as a "place to go". Rather, the Dharmakaya, Sambogakaya, and Nirmanakaya collapse into itself. "Emptiness is none other than Form, Form is none other than Emptiness". So anyways - yes, you'll often here me reject "objective morality" - and this too, is rooted in the Buddhist conception of ethics, not as universally true principles to be followed in commandment like fashion, but as general training tools, as "paths" by which one can discipline their body, speech, and mind. But these, at times, contradict (from a superficial perspective) - since, to use a different expression, "different strokes for different folks" - a path that works great for me, may not work so great for you. A training aid that I need, may not be the one you need.
