Understand that they may not have a clue about what you do or your world in business.
Just had a client of mine who needed to do a bunch of technical stuff on his side to make this system im building for him work.
Multiple errors, confusion from his end most likely etc.
But brother got it done.
I always put myself in my client’s shoes when we work together.
Explain as clearly as possible, give actual good step by steps if you need things from them.
