Ukrainian-Russian war. Day 820: Situation on northeastern front: During the last four days Ukrainian army was able to regroup and re-enter the Vovchansk area north of the Vovcha River. This area was not actually secured by the Russian Army, although it was declared under their control after the Ukrainian withdrawal. The front lies between Horkoho, Hoholia and Olesia Dosvitnoho streets. Ukrainian-Russian war. Day 819: Situation south of Bakhmut: After the capture & consolidation over the western heights the locality of Klischiivka was completely retaken by Russian Army. Ukrainian Army is currently withdrawing their forces south and westwards. Russian Army is heavily shelling Bilohorivka. As it was said, the locality is not taken.

The railway, which the Russian Federation is building as an alternative to the Kerch bridge, currently operates only on one section of the route and is not fully functional, said Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces. "It really does not yet connect Crimea with other occupied territories in the south of Ukraine; the road is just being built. It is being built quite quickly, and indeed, the Russians plan to use it primarily to ensure the military logistics of their southern group in order to supply everything they need without interruption for conducting hostilities," said Pletenchuk. He emphasized that this railway is a legitimate target for the Armed Forces and that the Ukrainian military has enough opportunities to destroy it.

There is no truth to the Russian capture of Bilohorivka. The Russian army is already fighting in the first ‘streets’, but advances are very difficult to make. The Ukrainian army still controls the two western hills, so it will be impossible for the Russians to recapture this locality if they do not take them. There is still a long way to go before this front is unblocked on one side or the other.

Day 813: Situation on northeastern front: - From Kharkov axis Russian Army continue advancing in the northern dachas of Lyptsi & made significant advances from Luk'yantsi along the Lypets river and the Pylna-Lyptsi road reaching the outskirts of the latter locality. - From Chuhuiv axis most of the town of Vovchansk above the Vovcha River has been taken by Russian troops (20-25% of the entire town). Only the area where the police station, high school No. 2 and the industrial plant ‘Volchansky agregatny zavod’ are located remains under Ukrainian Army control. As for the Israel/Palestine situation there honestly is not much here that i find to be unique. Most of the military operations and global reactions have consistently met expectations. My heart goes out to those who are suffering. The more pressing matter of global consequence is unfortunately the conflict's affects on American political discourse. The conflict is serving as an excellent catalyst to my previously predicted summer of violence in America. Take care of yourselves and stay safe.

The lack of posts is a combination of burnout, work/life events, and distress at the global situation ( trust me I don't want any of this to happen and there isn't a monetary incentive for me to report on this stuff). A new video is coming soon, a sort of "2 Month Update" it is taking some time to compile information although I have been keeping track of events so at least I am not starting from scratch here. Just as a preview to those of you that never left the channel, my measurements show now that since the end of the Ukrainian counter offensive (starting from around october 2023) Russia is +880 sqkm of Ukrainian Territory. Nearly 700 of that is in 2024 (for reference the total territorial gain last year was virtually nil as each side countered the others gains in different area's) Nearly 300sqkm of Russia's 700 on the year came in just the last 2 weeks where in the Kharkiv region what seems to be green Russian troops virtually walked right in and captured an area as large as the entire 3-4 month Ukrainian 2023 offensive, in just a few short days. Granted it appears the true Ukrainian defense lines were constructed several kilimoters behind the border, the Russians has still advanced at an alarming and unexpected rate. This is evidenced by the immediate sack and replacement of the Ukrainian commander of the northern forces
