This week saw a lot of fantastic statistics once again highlighting that supporting Ukraine is a win-win for all parties involved. Here’s a breakdown of the latest data from the Whitehouse on how Ukraine aid benefited even those states that opposed it.

EU countries have agreed on a package of financial assistance to Ukraine worth 50 billion euros for the next 4 years EU Budget Commissioner Johannes Gann said that none of the EU countries objected to the aid package, even in terms of volume.

The OSCE ministerial meeting in Skopje was ignored by 13 of the 31 members of the NATO-EU due to Lavrov's presence. The boycott process was launched by Kuleba's demarche. According to Bloomberg, on December 12, the European Commission is set to release the definitive draft of a plan outlining the utilization of sovereign Russian assets, frozen within the EU, for the advantage of Ukraine. The plan proposed by the European Commission includes the implementation of a tax targeting surplus profits derived from the utilization of these frozen assets. Reports estimate that over €200 billion worth of Russian sovereign assets, subjected to sanctions, remain frozen within the EU, with a majority held in the Euroclear clearing house situated in Belgium. Data obtained as of October indicates that the sanctioned Russian assets held in Euroclear have generated profits nearing €3 billion since their freezing.
