The government is working rapidly for the second phase of job recruitment in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The key details related to this are given below:
š Notification Release: Second Phase Job:
The government is preparing to release notifications related to the calendar on August 15.
- Total number of posts: First in this phase:
Although 3,797 posts were expected to be filled, as per the latest information, it has been limited to 3,168 posts. Out of this, There are also 91 Group-1 posts in this.
- CS Review: Chief Secretary to the Government (CS) G. Sai Prasad held a high-level review meeting with Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and Heads of Departments (HODs) at the Secretariat on Monday.
+ Reviewed highlights:
- Sending vacancy details to APPSC and other recruitment agencies.
- Giving advertisements in accordance with the local cadre organization and new local
Allocation of posts in cadres and process of preparation of reservation roster.
+ Timeline & Directions: In this process he instructed the CS officials to complete the amount within the stipulated time. He also advised them to act amicably and politely in matters related to employee transfers and promotions. He clarified that pending cases related to disciplinary actions should be resolved within six months.
The first phase of the job calendar has been released. Also, advertisements for filling up posts in universities have been issued and the application process has also been completed. The remaining job advertisements are being released as per the schedules. | 463 |

| 15 |  šDRDO conducted a successful flight-test of Pinaka Long Range Guided Rocket (LRGR-120) at the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur on July 08, The rocket was tested for a user defined minimum range of 60 kms.
Demonstrating all in-flight manoeuvres as planned, the LRGR impacted on the target with textbook precision exactly following the predicted trajectory. All the deployed range instruments tracked the flight throughout its trajectory.

Indonesia becomes first foreign buyer of Indiaās indigenously developed Astra BVRAAM. Bharat Dynamics Ltd signed the deal with Indonesiaās Republikorp; Astra (Mach 4.5) has an engagement range of ~80ā110 km (extendable to ~160 km) and will be integrated on Su-30 and Su-27 fighters. Alongside, India and Indonesia agreed cooperation on the BrahMos system, maritime safety (coast-guard ties, domain awareness, SAR), and integrated development of Sabang Port ā a move with strategic importance for Indian Ocean security.
