አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በተሳተፉበት ፈታኝ ውድድር ከናይጄሪያ፣ ከኬንያ እና ከሌሎች የአፍሪካ ሀገራት የተወጣጡ 14 ቡድኖችን በመበለጥ ከሰብ-ሳሃራን አፍሪካ አንደኛ በመውጣት ውድድሩን አጠናቀዋል።
ከጁላይ 31 እስከ ኦገስት 2፣ 2026 ድረስ በበይነ መረብ የተካሄደው የአፍሪካ ክልላዊ ዙር ከመላው አፍሪካ የተውጣጡ 14 ቡድኖችን አሰባስቧል፤ ከእነዚህም መካከል ኢትዮጵያን፣ ናይጄሪያን፣ ኬንያን እና ሌሎችንም ይወክላሉ።
በተከታታይ ከፍተኛ ፉክክር ካደረገ በኋላ የAAU FDI Moot ቡድን ወደ ግማሽ ፍፃሜ እና ፍፃሜ በማለፍ በመጨረሻም የአፍሪካ ክልላዊ ሻምፒዮናን አሸንፏል።
የቡድኑ አዘጋጆች ድሉን በጠንካራ ዝግጅት፣ በዘላቂነት በተከናወነ ልምምድ፣ በቡድን ስራ እና ጫና ውስጥ የመሥራት ችሎታ ምክንያት አድርገውታል። በውድድሩ ወቅት ተሳታፊዎች ውስብስብ የሆኑ የህግ ክርክሮችን እና የአሰራር ጉዳዮችን እንዲያነሱ ተፈትነዋል።
የአፍሪካ ክልላዊ ዙርን በማሸነፍ፣ አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከጥቅምት 23 እስከ 27፣ 2026 በቻይና ሼንዘን በሚካሄደው የFDI Moot Global Finals ውድድር ላይ ከሚወዳደሩት ቡድኖች መካከል ቦታውን አስጠብቋል።
የዪኒቨርሲቲው የቀጠናው ድል ለዩኒቨርሲቲው የህግ ትምህርት እና የተማሪዎች ልማት ጥረቶች ጉልህ ስኬትን ይወክላል። በተጨማሪም የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የህግ ተማሪዎች በዓለም አቀፍ የአካዳሚክ እና የሙያ መድረኮች ላይ በተሳካ ሁኔታ ለመወዳደር ያላቸውን አቅም እያደገ መምጣቱን ያሳያል።
