ఏటా జాబ్ క్యాలెండర్ విడుదల చేస్తామని, ప్రతి నిరుద్యోగికి నెలకు రూ.3 వేల భృతి ఇస్తామని ఎన్నికల ముందు చంద్రబాబు హామీ ఇచ్చారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని 20 లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగులకు ఈ లెక్కన ఏడాదికి రూ.7,200 కోట్లు, మూడేళ్లకు రూ.21,600 కోట్లు చెల్లించాలి. కానీ ఇటు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇవ్వకుండా, అటు నిరుద్యోగ భృతి చెల్లించకుండా యువతను మోసం చేసిన ఈ వెన్నుపోటు పార్టీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం.. ఇప్పుడు తమ హక్కుల కోసం ప్రశ్నించిన వారిపై తప్పుడు కేసులు పెడుతోంది.
మెగా డీఎస్సీలో రోజుకొక మోసం బయటపడుతుంటే సమాధానం చెప్పలేక చంద్రబాబు, నారా లోకేష్ ఇద్దరూ అణచివేత, నిర్బంధం, బెదిరింపులకు దిగుతున్నారు. అడ్డదారుల్లో ఉద్యోగాలు పొందిన వారిని కాపాడుతూ.. పారదర్శకంగా నోటిఫికేషన్లు విడుదల చేయాలని కోరుతున్న అర్హులైన నిరుద్యోగులను నేరస్తులుగా చూస్తున్నారు. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం యువత పట్ల అనుసరిస్తున్న వ్యతిరేక విధానానికి, అప్రజాస్వామిక వైఖరికి ఇంతకంటే నిదర్శనం ఏముంటుంది?.

| 7 | I strongly condemn the cruel, vindictive and authoritarian action of the TDP-led coalition government under Chief Minister Chandrababu in filing police cases against unemployed youth who peacefully protested in Kakinada demanding a Mega Police Recruitment Notification.
Cases were booked against Shyam, T. Raja, M. Ganga Suribabu, Rajesh and 20 police-job aspirants. Their only “crime” was asking, “Babu, where are the jobs?” and demanding recruitment. Is peacefully questioning an elected government now a criminal offence in Andhra Pradesh?
Chandrababu Naidu came to power by making grand promises to the youth. He promised an annual job calendar and a monthly unemployment allowance of Rs 3,000. For 20 lakh unemployed youth, the unpaid allowance amounts to Rs 7,200 crore annually and Rs 21,600 crore over these three years. After cheating them over jobs and allowances, this insensitive government is now rewarding their protests with police cases.
Unable to answer the undeniable evidence emerging every day in the Mega DSC scandal, Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh are resorting to repression, censorship and intimidation. Those accused of obtaining jobs through irregular means are protected, while genuine job-seekers demanding notifications are treated like criminals. This exposes the anti-youth and deeply undemocratic character of the TDP-led coalition government. Whenever the TDP is in power, recruitment scams, question-paper leaks and irregular appointments become the norm. The TDP has never respected the hopes and aspirations of the state’s youth, because it remains consumed by corruption and political manipulation instead of providing fair and transparent employment opportunities.

వెన్నుపోటు పార్టీ ప్రభుత్వం అనుసరిస్తున్న ఈ వ్యవహారం కేవలం డీఎస్సీ స్కామ్తోనే ఆగిపోవడం లేదు. వెన్నుపోటు పార్టీ ప్రభుత్వ అవినీతి, వైఫల్యాలు, అమలు కాని సూపర్ సిక్స్, సూపర్ సెవెన్ ఎన్నికల హామీలు, నిరంకుశత్వం, అధికార దుర్వినియోగంపై ప్రశ్నిస్తున్న ప్రతి ఒక్కరినీ లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకుంటున్నారు. ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం చెప్పలేక, ప్రశ్నించిన వారి గొంతు నొక్కేస్తున్నారు. ఇది పరిపాలన కాదు. నియంతృత్వ సెన్సార్షిప్!

డీఎస్సీ పరీక్ష రాయకుండానే, ఉపాధ్యాయ అర్హత పరీక్ష–‘టెట్’లో ఉత్తీర్ణులు కాకుండానే కొందరికి ఉపాధ్యాయ ఉద్యోగాలు ఇచ్చి.. మిమ్మల్ని మీరు ఎలా సమర్థించుకుంటారు? డీఎస్సీలో స్పోర్ట్స్ కోటా భర్తీ కోసం కొత్తగా జీఓలు జారీ చేశారు. ఆ నియామకాలు పూర్తి చేయగానే, ఆ జీఓలు రద్దు చేశారు. అయినప్పటికీ ఆ జీఓల ద్వారా నియమితులైన అభ్యర్థులు ఉద్యోగాల్లో కొనసాగుతున్నారు. అంటే అక్రమ నియామకాలకు ముందు గేట్లు తెరిచి.. ఆ నియామకాలు పూర్తయ్యాక వాటిని మూసివేశారు. ఇదంతా అవినీతిని సూచించడం లేదా?
అందుకే నియంతృత్వ సెన్సార్షిప్లో భాగంగా నియంత్రించిన ప్రతి సామాజిక మాధ్య ఖాతాను, పోస్టును, కంటెంట్ను తక్షణమే పునరుద్ధరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాను. అలాగే అందరూ లేవనెత్తుతున్న ప్రశ్నలన్నింటికీ స్పష్టమైన సమాధానాలు చెప్పాలి.

The DSC 2025 recruitment scam is unravelling day by day, with fresh evidence and facts surfacing from different parts of the state, exposing serious irregularities and raising questions that the Chandrababu -led TDP coalition government must answer. Instead of answering these questions and agreeing to a CBI inquiry to bring out the truth, the TDP coalition government is denying an independent probe and choosing to silence the voices raising these questions. Posts and accounts of Opposition parties, media platforms, social activists and individuals raising their voices against the DSC recruitment scam on Meta’s social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, are being restricted, removed or geo-blocked, with Meta citing “legal requirements.” The accounts and pages affected by these restrictions include Sakshi TV on Facebook, Sakshi Digital on Instagram, BIG TV on Instagram, Jagananna Connects on Instagram and other individual handles raising these questions, among others. And it does not stop with the DSC scam. Anyone questioning the TDP coalition government over corruption, failures, broken Super Six and Super Seven election manifesto promises, high-handedness or abuse of power is being targeted. When you cannot answer the questions, you silence the questioners. This is not governance; this is censorship.
Freedom of speech and expression are fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of India, and no government has the right to muzzle the Opposition, media, activists or citizens merely because their questions are politically inconvenient.
Chandrababu Naidu, what are you afraid of: the questions or the answers? If the evidence surfacing every day in the DSC recruitment is false, come before the people and disprove it with facts. Why are you denying a CBI inquiry? Why silence those exposing these alleged irregularities? Why restrict their posts and accounts? Deleting a post cannot delete evidence. Blocking an account cannot bury the truth. Face the Opposition politically, answer the people democratically and govern constitutionally.

I also challenge Chandrababu Naidu and his government: if you claim the DSC 2025 recruitment was clean and transparent, order a CBI investigation. Even after conducting one-to-one certificate verification and knowing that the candidate was ineligible, how was the post awarded? How could a person who should have been rejected at the application stage clear all the subsequent stages and secure a job? Who was the invisible force that made the officials act in this manner? Can you deny that Lokesh was behind it? There are several such irregularities and violations of rules in DSC 2025 across many districts in the State.
Mr Chandrababu, under such circumstances, when your own government is in power, can inquiries conducted by your officials be honest and independent? When the situation warrants your son’s resignation, can officials working under you act independently? That is why we have been insisting from the beginning that the DSC recruitment be investigated by the CBI. We are also fighting in court to secure justice for deserving candidates.
Mr Chandrababu, what is even more shocking is that after handing out teacher posts without examinations, you extended the same method of irregularities from DSC to APPSC. Is it not a fact that, for the 814 Forest Department posts that received financial clearance during our tenure, notifications were issued and the Main examinations were completed, but you used the same GO No. 4 applied in DSC to fill 40 sports quota posts without an examination and solely on the basis of certificates?
Is it not true that, fearing these irregularities would also come to light once the DSC irregularities were exposed, you halted the recruitment process midway? Is it not also true that you stopped the recruitment of the remaining 774 posts because releasing the list of these 40 posts would expose the entire affair?
Mr Chandrababu, it is precisely because so many irregularities have taken place, and because you and your son are behind them, that you are refusing to agree to a CBI investigation. You cannot cover up this appalling scam, which has harmed honest job aspirants, by organising rallies with those who secured jobs and making them sing your praises.
Once again, I assure job aspirants and young people fighting for transparent examinations and impartial recruitment that the YSRCP will always stand by them. I reiterate my demand that the entire Mega DSC affair, from the paper leak to the sports quota, from TET eligibility to posting orders, along with all recruitments conducted on the basis of GO No. 4, be handed over to the CBI. | 1 656 |

కర్నూలు జిల్లాలో ఒక అభ్యర్థికి తన కేటగిరీ ప్రకారం టెట్లో 75 మార్కులు రావాల్సి ఉండగా 65 మార్కులే వచ్చినా స్పోర్ట్స్ కోటాలో ఎస్జీటీ పోస్టు ఎలా ఇచ్చారు? ఒన్-టు-ఒన్ సర్టిఫికెట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ చేసి మరీ, అర్హత లేదని తెలిసి కూడా, పోస్టు ఎలా ఇచ్చారు? దరఖాస్తు దశలోనే రిజెక్ట్ కావాల్సిన వ్యక్తి, ఆ తర్వాత దశలుకూడా దాటి ఉద్యోగం ఎలా పొందగలిగాడు? అధికారుల చేత ఈ పని చేయించిన ఆ అదృశ్య శక్తి ఎవరు? లోకేష్ కాదంటారా? రాష్ట్రంలోని అనేక జిల్లాల్లో డీఎస్సీ–2025లో ఇలాంటి అక్రమాలు, నిబంధనల ఉల్లంఘనలు ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి.
చంద్రబాబుగారూ.., ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో మీ ప్రభుత్వమే అధికారంలో ఉండగా, మీ అధికారులతో చేసే విచారణలు నిజాయితీగా, స్వతంత్రంగా జరుగుతాయా? మీ కుమారుడు రాజీనామా చేయాల్సిన పరిస్థితుల్లో, మీ కిందపనిచేసే అధికారులు స్వతంత్రంగా నడుచుకోగలరా? అందుకే డీఎస్సీ రిక్రూట్మెంట్పై సీబీఐ విచారణ చేయించాలని మేం మొదటి నుంచీ పట్టుబడుతున్నాం. నిజాయితీపరులైన అభ్యర్థులకు న్యాయం జరిగేలా కోర్టులోనూ పోరాడుతున్నాం.
చంద్రబాబుగారూ… మరో నిర్ఘాంతపరిచే విషయం ఏంటంటే, పరీక్షలు లేకుండానే టీచర్ పోస్టులు కట్టబెట్టిన మీరు, మీ అక్రమాల విధానాన్ని డీఎస్సీ నుంచి ఏపీపీఎస్సీకి కూడా పాకించడం. మా హయాంలో ఫైనాన్స్ క్లియరెన్స్ పొందిన అటవీశాఖలోని 814 ఉద్యోగాలకు, నోటిఫికేషన్లు జారీ చేసి, మెయిన్స్ పరీక్షలు పూర్తి చేసిన తర్వాత, అందులో 40 స్పోర్ట్స్ కోటా పోస్టులను పరీక్ష లేకుండా కేవలం సర్టిఫికెట్ల ఆధారంగా భర్తీ చేసేందుకు డీఎస్సీలో ఉపయోగించిన జీవో నంబర్-4నే మీరు వాడుకున్న మాట వాస్తవం కాదా?
డీఎస్సీ అక్రమాలు బయటపడగానే ఇవి కూడా వెలుగులోకి వస్తాయనే భయంతో రిక్రూట్మెంట్ను మధ్యలో ఆపేయడంతోపాటు, ఈ 40 పోస్టుల జాబితా బయటపడితే బాగోతం బయటపడుతుందనే ఉద్దేశంతో మిగిలిన 774 పోస్టుల భర్తీని కూడా నిలిపేయడం వాస్తవం కాదంటారా?
చంద్రబాబుగారూ… ఇన్ని అక్రమాలు జరిగాయి కాబట్టే, వీటి వెనుక మీరు, మీ సుపుత్రుడు ఉన్నారు కాబట్టే మీరు సీబీఐ విచారణకు అంగీకరించడం లేదు. ఉద్యోగాలు పొందిన వారితో ర్యాలీలు చేయించి, మీకు డబ్బా కొట్టించుకోవడం వల్ల నిజాయితీపరులైన ఉద్యోగార్థులను దెబ్బతీసిన ఈ దారుణమైన స్కాంను కప్పిపుచ్చలేరు.
పారదర్శకంగా పరీక్షలు, నిష్పక్షపాతంగా ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల కోసం పోరాడుతున్న ఉద్యోగార్థులు, యువకులకు వైయస్సార్సీపీ ఎప్పుడూ అండగా నిలుస్తామని మరోమారు భరోసా ఇస్తూ, లీకేజీ వ్యవహారం నుంచి స్పోర్ట్స్ కోటా వరకు, టెట్ అర్హతల నుంచి పోస్టింగ్ ఆర్డర్ల వరకు, మొత్తంగా మెగా డీఎస్సీ వ్యవహారాన్ని, జీవో నంబర్ 4 ఆధారంగా నడిచిన నియామకాలన్నింటినీ సీబీఐకి అప్పగించాలని మరోమారు డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాను.

2024లో 72.6 శాతంగా ఉన్న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అక్షరాస్యత రేటు 2026లో 82.1 శాతానికి పెరిగిందని విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి ప్రకటించారు. కానీ 2026 క్యాలెండర్ సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన అక్షరాస్యత గణాంకాలను ఇప్పటివరకు ఏ అధికారిక సంస్థా విడుదల చేయలేదు. అసలు 2026 సంవత్సరమే ఇంకా పూర్తికాలేదు. మరి 82.1 శాతం అనే లెక్క ఎక్కడి నుంచి వచ్చింది?
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ గణాంకాలు, కార్యక్రమాల అమలు మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ పరిధిలోని NSSO నిర్వహించిన సర్వే ఆధారంగా PLFS (Periodic Labour Force Survey) 2023-24 వార్షిక నివేదికను రూపొందించారు. జూన్ 2023 నుంచి జూన్ 2024 మధ్య కాలానికి సంబంధించిన ఈ నివేదిక ప్రకారం, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో 7 సంవత్సరాలు పైబడినవారి అక్షరాస్యత రేటు 72.6 శాతం. 2018-19లో 69.1 శాతంగా ఉన్న ఈ రేటు 2023-24 నాటికి 72.6 శాతానికి చేరింది.
అలాగే, జనవరి 2025 నుంచి డిసెంబర్ 2025 మధ్య NSSO నిర్వహించిన సర్వే ఆధారంగా రూపొందించిన PLFS క్యాలెండర్ ఇయర్ 2025 వార్షిక నివేదికను 2026 జూలై 2న విడుదల చేశారు. ఈ అధికారిక నివేదిక ప్రకారం, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో 7 సంవత్సరాలు పైబడినవారి అక్షరాస్యత రేటు 71.4 శాతం మాత్రమే.
అధికారిక గణాంకాలు ఇంత స్పష్టంగా అందుబాటులో ఉన్నప్పటికీ, 82.1 శాతం అంటూ తప్పుడు లెక్కలతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలను తప్పుదోవ పట్టించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నించడం అత్యంత దురదృష్టకరం.
మరో ఆందోళనకరమైన అంశం ఏమిటంటే ప్రస్తుత కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ తీరువల్ల ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల నమోదు తగ్గుతుండగా, ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు పెరుగుతోందని కేంద్ర విద్యా మంత్రిత్వ శాఖకు చెందిన UDISE గణాంకాలే వెల్లడిస్తున్నాయి.
ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు విద్యను మరింత అందుబాటులోకి ఎలా తీసుకురావాలి? ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను ఎలా బలోపేతం చేయాలి? అనే అంశాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాల్సిన టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం మోసపూరిత ప్రచారాలతో లేనిపోని గొప్పలు చెప్పుకోవడంలోనే నిమగ్నమైంది.

To begin with, no statistics pertaining to the literacy rate for Calendar year 2026 were released by any authority as the year is yet to complete.

The corresponding figure for 2018-19 is 69.1%

When things are so amply clear, for a Government to make false claims and attempt to hoodwink the people of the State is most unfortunate.
A worrying aspect is that, owing to the policy changes brought into effect by the present State Government, the enrolment in Government schools is reducing and enrolment in private schools is increasing as brought to light by the Statistics released by the UDISE, Ministry of Education, Government of India. Instead of focussing on how to make education more accessible to the children from economically weaker backgrounds, the TDP alliance Government is preoccupied on making false claims through its deception tactics.
