_*Daily Morning Devotion πŸ”₯*_ *Serve With Integrity And Skill* *By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare* _Day 169/365_ _Psalms 78:72 (NIV), β€œAnd David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skilful hands he led them.”_ God blesses work that is done with integrity of heart and with skilful hands. David stands as a model of this principle. He was not only chosen by God, but also sustained and elevated because he combined character with competence. In every assignment God has given you, whether in ministry, business, or career, He expects you to reflect these same qualities so that your service will bring glory to His name and blessing to people. Here are three things you must do to serve with integrity and skill: 1. *Be mindful of people’s wellbeing* _Romans 13:10 says, β€œLove worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”_ True integrity considers the impact of your actions on others. Refuse to compromise standards for personal gain. Whether in business or ministry, never offer what is inferior, harmful, or deceptive. Let love guide your decisions. 2. *Give your best to your work* _Luke 12:48 (New International Version) says, β€œβ€¦From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”_ Excellence is a requirement, not an option. Whatever resources, time, or opportunities God has given you, maximize them. Go beyond the minimum. Stretch yourself. Deliver results that reflect diligence and honour God. 3. *Walk with sound counsel* _2 Samuel 16:23 says, β€œAnd the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God…”_ No one succeeds alone. Seek wise counsel consistently. The quality of voices around you will determine the quality of your outcomes. Align yourself with people whose insight sharpens your judgment and improves your work. _Precious one, integrity without skill limits impact, and skill without integrity destroys destiny. Combine both, and you will rise in influence and effectiveness._ *Prayer:* _Heavenly Father, grant me a heart of integrity and the grace to serve with excellence. Surround me with wise counsel and help me to honour You in all I do, in Jesus’ name. Amen._ *Scriptural References*: β€’ Philippians 1:21–26. β€’ Acts 20:26–34. β€’ Proverbs 11:14. *WordOfEternalLifeπŸ₯Ή*

She named him Samuel, saying, β€˜Because I asked the Lord for him.’”*β€’_ One of the greatest lessons we learn from Hannah is the power of persistent prayer. Despite years of disappointment, ridicule, and delay, she refused to abandon her faith in God. Instead, she continued to seek Him until her miracle arrived. Many believers become discouraged when answers do not come immediately. Yet God’s timing is always perfect. What He has promised, He will surely bring to pass. If you are waiting on God for a breakthrough, healing, provision, restoration, or direction, do not give up. Keep praying. Here are three ways to remain steadfast in prayer: 1. *Remain in God’s presence.* _Psalm 27:4 says, β€œOne thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after.”_ Hannah continued to go to the house of God year after year despite her challenges. The presence of God strengthens faith and renews hope. When you stay close to God, you receive the grace to persevere through difficult seasons. 2. *Avoid ungodly influences.* _1 Corinthians 15:33 says, β€œEvil communications corrupt good manners.”_ People who are full of doubt, negativity, and unbelief can weaken your faith. Surround yourself with people who encourage your walk with God and strengthen your confidence in His promises. 3. *Build your faith through God’s Word.* _Romans 10:17 says, β€œSo then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”_ Listening to messages on prayer, faith, and God’s promises strengthens your spirit and keeps your expectation alive. The more you feed on God’s Word, the more confident you become that He will answer in His appointed time. _Precious one, do not grow weary in prayer. Stay in God’s presence, guard your associations, and keep building your faith. Just as God remembered Hannah, He will remember you. In due season, your testimony will come._ *Prayer:* _Heavenly Father, strengthen me to persevere in prayer. Help me not to lose heart while waiting for Your promises to be fulfilled. Let my faith remain strong, and in Your perfect time, grant my expectations according to Your will, in Jesus’ name, Amen._ *Scriptural References:* β€’ Hebrews 4:16. β€’ 1 John 5:14–15. β€’ Ephesians 6:17–18. *π–π¨π«ππ¬πŽπŸπ„ππžπ«π§πšπ₯𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝πŸ₯Ή*

ππ”πˆπ‹πƒ π‚π€ππ€π‚πˆπ“π˜ You want to start a business? Build capacity! You want to get married? Build capacity! You want to be able to impact men? Build capacity! You want to be a blessing to this generation? Build capacity! You want to be heard, famous and wealthy? Build capacity! It is good that we have plans, desires and dreams but we don't just wake up to BECOME without building capacity. No ma, no sir! It doesn't work that way. You cannot wake up one morning and want to be known like Mercy Chinwo or be a generational asset like Apostle Joshua Selman. They didn't just wake up to all they are now, they built capacity before they got there and they are still building to get to where God is taking them. Many of us want to see results before we even start working on anything, we just want to "blow" like most people call it. No blue prints, no days of building, no baking or refining. We just want to become powerful, well known and famous. I laugh in Chinese. Now, instead of using our time to build capacity, become more valuable and work on ourselves, we will be striving to get the fame and wealth God is supposed to give us at the right time. We use all of our energy to make people like us, honor us and respect us instead of building capacity first and they will be drawn to you because of who you are. There's so much God wants us to become yet there are steps and processes to get there, with God you cannot just blow, you must build, you must be worked on. Plus, our focus should not be what we will get out of what we are doing but giving out our all and loving Jesus, allowing Him to raise us by Himself. You are supposed to be seeking God first not because of what you can get from Him that even if you get nothing, you will still follow. This is how we approach God, not with a yahoo yahoo mindset. I want this, so I can be this and we are trying to lie to ourselves that we want to influence His kingdom, meanwhile we just want to become everything to promote our own selves. God sees beyond, He knows you even better than you know yourself. So learn to walk step by step with Him, no rush. No hurry! You can't go out of God's will to do anything and expect Him to take the glory. We will not all stand on pulpits but let it be known that all we do on earth is for kingdom purpose so we need God to do everything and anything. You cannot bargain with the devil and expect God to bless you. Stand with God, build capacity! Wait for His time, depend on His word, fix your eyes on Jesus, don't shift from your purpose and calling. We may not be all God has said about us now but we must not cut corners if we truly want to become and work in God's plan for us that eyes have not seen neither has ears heard or has it even crossed the mind of man. Then, we must BUILD CAPACITY NOW! If we must become more, then we must dig deeper, stay in the secret place, undergo spiritual surgery, die to flesh, be refined and remoulded. We cannot show forth ordinary because what we are called for is a BATTLE. We are called to stand as soldiers of Christ in all aspects of the world, knowing our place in the kingdom and standing at our posts. Yet so many of us are still concerned about fame, money, followers! You are looking for people to call you Apostle, Prophet, man of God when you there's still more to do. God help us! A powerful ministry doesn't come like that, a godly home and godly children is not a coincidence, a successful business doesn't just happen, being a generational asset or general is not what you just wake up to. Child of God, There is more! Awake! Arise! Go to your secret place, there is a call, there is a drawing, deep calls unto deep!! Yes, we will BECOME but we must first BUILDπŸ”₯ Β©With Love, The journey of A Christian Lady #DearChristian #BuildCapacityFirst

After going through them, you’ll truly know if you are a healthy growing Christian or not. These questions has saved me from a lot of messes that has destroyed so many Christians. 1. Do you thirst for God? How often you do yearn, hunger and experience strong desires for God… If there is no hunger staring you constantly to pursue Jesus daily and be in His presence, you have a great health challenge. Jesus satisfied our hunger and thirst for salvation but never quenched our thirst and hunger to know Him. Don’t mix the two. 2. Are you governed increasingly by Gods word? Check your thoughts, words, actions, decisions on a daily basis. How many of them are influenced by the scriptures or the authority of Gods word? 3. Are you more loving? Indeed your love life is a true test for spiritual health. Your love for God, your love for the world of perishing souls and your love for Christians. It’s the test if patience, kindness, self control, meekness, faithfulness, joy, peace ….. loving Christians are healthy Christians. 4. Are you more sensitive to Gods presence? Your sensitivity to God's presence should consume you more than anything. This is the difference between David and Saul. They both sinned.. but….Saul said β€œdon't take the throne from me”, David said β€œdon't take your presence from me”. We are have Gods presence with us and in us not all of us are sensitive to it. A healthy Christian is always sensitive to that abiding presence. 5. Do you have a growing concern for the spiritual and temporal needs of others? How much of your salary or income goes into the lives of others? Who are you investing in to become a better Christian? Your deep concern for the spiritual and physical needs of others is a true test of spiritual health. Jesus constantly met these needs everyday for people when He walked the earth. Buy someone food, take care of people with the little you have, change people’s clothes, check up on people, bless the lives of people. 6. Do you delight in the bride of Christ? Do you find delight in the company of saints? Are glad to be in church? β€œI was glad when they said to me, let us go into the house of God”, said David. If meeting saints and serving the Lord with them isn’t exciting for you, you really have a great health challenge that needs immediate attention. 7. Are the spiritual disciplines increasingly important to you? Fasting, prayer, bible study, evangelism, giving, joyfulness, meditation of scripture, thanksgiving, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord. Are they very important to you so that missing them is like loosing your breath? 8. Do you still grieve over sin? David was quick to admit and grieve sin. Anyone who doesn't grieve sin is under one of these four categories: a. Not saved 1Cor 13:6 b. Very ignorant of God's word- Col 1:9-11, 1Thess 4:1-4, 1John 3:3 c. Has a bad theology- bad theology leads bad morality. Right believing leads to right living. d. Spiritual pride- deliberately giving in into a life of not grieving sin- you're not broken before God 9. Are you a quick forgiver? Uncontrolled anger and unforgiveness is a lucifarian spirit.... we are to forgive daily 490 times according to Jesus. Maturity is when brethren and sisters in Christ know how to forgive each other quickly. Healthy Christians easily and quickly forgive, sick and unhealthy believers don’t. 10. Do you yearn for heaven and to be with Jesus? Many believers are so far from their Savior. They even wished He never came. Hearing of His coming annoys them, it grieves them, it bores them. They’re so one with the world and it’s god that their Lord has faded completely from the soul. Having gone through these diagnosis, how healthy do you think you are? Judge yourself so that you’ll no be judged? Make amends quickly as you have the time and strength. Hope this blessed you? Let me know Isaac Love Pappoe

Excellence and competence are not accidental; they are the result of intentional growth, diligence, and continuous development. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary results often lies in the level of competence a person develops. A competent worker becomes valuable because of the quality of work they produce. Such people are sought after, trusted with greater responsibilities, and positioned for greater opportunities. As believers, we are called to represent God with excellence wherever He places us. Here are three ways to become a competent worker: 1. *Improve the way you think.* _Romans 12:2 says, β€œBe ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”_ Your level of thinking determines your level of performance. To grow in competence, you must continually renew your mind through God's Word, learning, and personal development. Great achievements begin with transformed thinking. 2. *Ask God to fill you with His Spirit.* _Exodus 35:31 says, β€œAnd he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge.”_ God empowered Bezalel with wisdom, creativity, and skill for his assignment. The Holy Spirit still empowers believers today with divine insight, wisdom, and excellence. Depend on Him daily for supernatural ability in your work. 3. *Continually develop your skills.* _Hebrews 5:14 says, β€œBut strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age... who by reason of use have their senses exercised.”_ Competence requires consistent training and improvement. Read books, attend training programmes, learn from experienced people, and practise your craft diligently. The more you develop your skills, the more valuable you become. _Precious one, refuse to settle for mediocrity. Improve your thinking, depend on the Holy Spirit, and commit yourself to continuous learning. As you grow in competence, God will position you for greater influence, impact, and opportunities._ *Prayer:* _Heavenly Father, grant me the wisdom, diligence, and discipline to become competent in every assignment You have given me.
