_*Daily Morning Devotion 🔥*_ *Position Yourself for Great Rewards* *By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare* _Day 188/365_ _Genesis 15:1 (BBE) "After these things, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, Have no fear, Abram: I will keep you safe, and great will be your reward."_ Most people are seeking to achieve greatness, blessings and rewards in life. However, without God, these aspirations and pursuits will be difficult to achieve and short-lived. It is God's will for you to prosper beyond your imagination and to be a blessing to others. In the opening scripture, God said to Abraham "Have no fear, Abram: I will keep you safe, and great will be your reward." God is also saying the same thing to you—He will keep you safe, and He will be your great reward. Here are three ways to experience great rewards from God: *1.⁠ ⁠Do your work heartily as unto the Lord.* _Colossians 3:23-24 "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ."_ The Word of God admonishes hired or employed workers to work as unto the Lord and not unto men. This means they must give their best with excellence, faithfulness and cheerfulness on the job. As you do so, know that you have a reward of the Lord. *2. Give yourself to the Lord's work.* _Exodus 32:29 (NLT) "Then Moses told the Levites, "Today you have been ordained for the service of the Lord, for you obeyed him even though it meant killing your own sons and brothers. Because of this, he will now give you a great blessing."_ Avail yourself to God and to the work of service in His house. This is because when you give yourself to the Lord’s work, He enriches you with His great reward and blessings. *3. Work with the little you have.* _Matthew 25:29 (ASV) "For unto everyone that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not, even that which he hath shall be taken away."_ Rewards are always given to people based on the output of their work. If you don't work or put to use your talents and gifts, you are not going to receive any great reward. Therefore, work with the little you have to experience God's great blessing. _Precious one, if you want to experience great reward from God then work heartily as unto the Lord, give yourself to the work of God and work with the little you have._ *Prayer:* _Heavenly Father, I commit myself wholly to You; I ask that You be my great reward, in Jesus’ name.
