The White Coat Ceremony is a well-known culture among medical students; it is a powerful tradition that celebrates the beginning of a lifelong journey in healthcare. It reminds students of their purpose, their potential, and the importance of compassion in their practice. So when they celebrate this little achievement, it is crucial for students for several reasons. The ceremony serves to welcome students to healthcare practice and emphasizes the core value of humanism in medicine.  It acknowledge how far they have come to reach on this day no matter what they have been through and this reflect their commitment to serving humanity and making a positive impact on the world through medicine.
