Installation of the Ganesh Pandal is going to start on 6th Sep, Sunday at the Lower Deck of Central Park.

| 4 | DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY SHUTDOWN
Dear Residents,
Please be informed that there will be a temporary water supply shutdown for the Blocks E, F, G, H, I, J, M, N, O and Clubhouse, to carry out the necessary repair maintenance works, related to the water pressure issue in the Blocks M, N and O.
The water supply will be shut down from 11:00 PM on 04-Sep-2026 to 05:00 AM on 05-Sep-2026.

| 6 | Legal Update – RERA Proceedings: Counter Affidavit Filed by CRVRGROWA
Dear Residents,
For the information of all RVRG members and residents, the Management Committee is sharing the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 4 – CRVRGROWA before the Hon’ble Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA), Hyderabad, in Complaint No. 581 of 2025 and I.A. No. 15 of 2026.
The General Secretary represented CRVRGROWA before the Hon’ble Authority on 7th August 2026 in connection with the above Impleading Petition. During the hearing, the Hon’ble Authority directed Respondent No. 4 to submit its Counter in response to the Impleading Petition.
Accordingly, the General Secretary has submitted the Counter Affidavit on behalf of CRVRGROWA, based on the records and information available with the Association.
No legal counsel has been appointed by CRVRGROWA to represent the Association in these proceedings.
The General Secretary will represent CRVRGROWA at the next hearing scheduled for 11th September 2026.
The complete Counter Affidavit submitted to the Hon’ble RERA Authority, together with Annexures 1 to 11, is being shared with all residents for their information and reference. It sets out the factual submissions and the Association’s position in response to the matters raised in the Impleading Petition.
As the matter is presently pending before the Hon’ble Authority, residents are requested to refer to the complete Counter Affidavit and avoid drawing conclusions or circulating interpretations based on individual extracts.

As part of our continued efforts to promote a safe, healthy and drug-free community, Rainbow Vista Rock Garden, in association with Udaan Events & Media House, is organising a “SAY NO TO DRUGS” Awareness Session by the Narcotics Team, Telangana Police.
The session will create awareness about the harmful effects of drugs, prevention, early awareness, and the importance of protecting our children and younger generation from substance abuse.

| 14 | **RVRG Land Survey – Key Findings and Further Action**
Dear Members & Residents,
CRVRGROWA has got a comprehensive survey of the RVRG land by appointing a licensed surveyor. The digital GPS survey of the site has been completed and the plan has been prepared.The Plan is attached for reference.
The scope of the survey included:
1. Digital GPS survey of the entire RVRG land.
2. Determination of the total land extent.
3. Measurement of the constructed area of all 13 residential blocks and 2 amenity buildings.
4. Measurement of the total open area.
5. Identification of the survey numbers pertaining to the RVRG property.
6. Certification by the licensed surveyor.
Survey Findings:
As per the survey, the total measured land extent is determined as 22.65 acres, corresponding to Ac. 22-26 Guntas.
Our registered documents mention the land extent as Ac. 22-07 Guntas. Therefore, the survey indicates an excess of 19 Guntas land existed as compared to the extent mentioned in our registered sale documents.
This establishes that, in terms of the overall land extent, the measured area is matching with the land extent assured to us by CBDL.
Survey Numbers – Further Action Required
While the survey has established the total land extent as shown in the documents, the licensed surveyor could not trace the specific survey numbers of the land on which RVRG is constructed due to insufficient information available in the online/web records.
In this regard, the matter will be taken up with CBDL to obtain the authenticated survey numbers pertaining to the RVRG land. If CBDL does not come forward to provide the authenticated survey numbers of the RVRG land, the matter will be taken up with the District Collector / Revenue Department and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) to confirm the survey numbers of the RVRG land.
This process will also assist us in ensuring that the conveyance deed is executed by CBDL with the correct survey numbers and corresponding land details.
The Management Committee will proceed with the proposed action and update the members of further developments.
For further details, members are requested to refer to the RVRG Site Plan Drawing attached above, which contains the survey details and measurements carried out by the licensed land surveyor.

Dear Residents,
Please be informed that the Outdoor Sports Center will remain operational on all days, including weekdays and weekends.
During the coaching hours mentioned below, the respective play courts will be reserved exclusively for registered coaching participants (residents):
* Basketball: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
* Cricket: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
During coaching hours, only one cricket court will be used for coaching, while the other court will remain available for non-coaching players.
* Football: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Residents are requested to kindly plan their use of the respective courts accordingly and extend their cooperation to ensure the smooth conduct of the coaching sessions.

| 20 | Important Update – RVRG Survey Numbers Removed from Section 22-A Prohibited Properties List
Dear Residents,
The Management Committee has today received a formal communication from Cybercity Builders & Developers Ltd. (CBDL) regarding the Section 22-A prohibited properties issue affecting the RVRG survey numbers.
CBDL has informed the Association that, pursuant to its representations and continued follow-up with the concerned authorities, the prohibition entry relating to Cybercity Projects and the associated project lands has been removed from the prohibited properties list maintained in the IGRS Portal, based on the ULC exemptions granted under G.O.Ms.No.2042 and G.O.Ms.No.2043 of 2005, along with the related endorsements.
Specifically, CBDL has confirmed that Rainbow Vistas @ Rock Garden (RVRG), comprising 13 towers, is covered by valid building permissions and Occupancy Certificates (OCs), and that the land pertaining to the RVRG project has also been cleared from the Section 22-A prohibition entry.
CBDL has further confirmed that apartment registrations are proceeding normally and that there are no issues or restrictions in carrying out the registration process.
This is a significant development for RVRG residents, particularly in view of the concerns recently raised regarding home loans, apartment registrations and other property transactions due to the Section 22-A entry.
Residents may kindly note that this update is based on the formal written communication received from CBDL and is being shared for the information of the RVRG community.
