Representation on Draft CURE Bill Submitted to Government in the Interest of RVRG Apartment Owners Dear Residents, We are pleased to inform you that CRVRGROWA has today (20 July 2026) submitted a detailed representation to Sri Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, MA&UD Department, Government of Telangana, on the Draft Core Urban Region (Integrated Governance) Bill, 2026 (CURE Bill). The representation contains clause-wise suggestions aimed at protecting the interests of RVRG apartment owners. The recommendations include protection of bona fide apartment purchasers, fixing accountability on developers, mandatory Project Completion Certificate and Conveyance Deed, protection of essential civic services, fair property tax provisions, and an independent adjudication mechanism before any coercive action is taken. The Managing Committee will also be meeting the Special Chief Secretary, MA&UD Department, shortly to personally submit the representation and discuss the proposed CURE Bill, its implications, and its likely impact on RVRG and its apartment owners. CRVRGROWA Update on CBDL Issues & RERA Proceedings Dear Members, The Management Committee has issued a comprehensive update on the long-pending issues relating to Cybercity Builders & Developers Ltd. (CBDL), including outstanding dues, pending statutory approvals, incomplete infrastructure works, and the current status of the RERA proceedings. The update highlights the continuous efforts made by the Management Committee since assuming office, the legal constraints arising from the prevailing court orders, the reasons preventing the Association from independently initiating RERA proceedings, and the future course of action being pursued to safeguard the interests of RVRG residents. Members are requested to kindly go through the detailed update to understand the current status of these issues and the steps being taken by the Management Committee to ensure that CBDL fulfils its pending obligations towards the Association and the RVRG Project. Dear RVRG Members & Residents, The Managing Committee (2025–2027) is pleased to present the Quarterly Bulletin for April–June 2026, highlighting the key initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and community development activities undertaken during the quarter. During this period, the Committee remained focused on strengthening community infrastructure, enhancing resident convenience, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable facility management. Various initiatives were undertaken to upgrade common amenities, improve safety, modernize essential infrastructure, strengthen water and sewage systems, and enhance maintenance practices, contributing to the long-term development of the community and a better quality of life for all residents. Resident convenience and service delivery were further enhanced through the introduction of the Elmeasure mobile application for prepaid electricity services, enhancement of the community healthcare centre with 24×7 medical support, appointment of a new security service provider, renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for critical infrastructure, and improvements to sports and recreational facilities. The Committee also continued its engagement with HMWSSB authorities to pursue sustainable long term water supply solutions for the community. The quarter also witnessed enthusiastic participation in several community engagement and welfare initiatives and other resident-centric recreational and social activities, further strengthening the vibrant community spirit of RVRG. These initiatives reaffirm the Managing Committee's commitment to infrastructure development, operational excellence, resident welfare, sustainability, and transparent governance. Power Shutdown Maintenance 1. Scheduled Power Shutdown for Electrical Breaker Maintenance – 18th and 19th July 2026 Please find the attached detailed schedule indicating the timings for the complete power supply shutdown for each block, required to carry out the planned Electrical Breaker Maintenance at Basement level Panel The maintenance activity has been scheduled to enhance the safety and reliability of the electrical distribution system. We will make every effort to complete the work within the planned timeline and restore the power supply as per the scheduled timings. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance activity. 2. Water Supply Disruption – 18th and 19th July 2026: During E, H and O block Breaker’s maintenance water supply will be disrupted in the following date and time: • 18th July 2026 (14:15 PM to 15:00 PM): Domestic water supply to Blocks E, F, G, H, I, J, M, N, O, and the Clubhouse will be temporarily disrupted due to the shutdown activity in Block E. • 18th July 2026 (11:45 AM to 12:30 PM): Flushing water supply to all blocks will be temporarily disrupted due to the shutdown activity in Block H. • 19th July 2026 (11:00 AM to 11:45 AM): Domestic water supply to Blocks K, L, P, Q, and the Sports Complex will be temporarily disrupted due to the shutdown activity in Block O. Important Note: • After completion of the scheduled shutdown activity, the water supply will be restored as per the planned schedule. However, residents on the upper floors may experience a 30 to 40-minute delay in receiving the water due to the time required to build up adequate water pressure in the distribution system. Swimming Pool Amenity – Revised Operational Hours Dear Residents, Please be informed that the operational hours of the Swimming Pool amenity are being revised with effect from 13 July 2026 (Monday). Weekdays (Monday to Friday) * 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM * 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) * 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM * 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Important Notes: * Exclusive time slot for women: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on all days. * Pool operations may be suspended without prior notice due to operational requirements, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances. * The swimming pool will remain closed every 2nd Monday and 4th Tuesday of the month for maintenance. * Parents are strictly advised to supervise their children at all times in and around the swimming pool area. **Appointment of New Curry Point Service Provider for RVRG*" Dear Residents, With reference to our earlier communication dated 9 June 2026 regarding the invitation for suitable food service providers to operate the Curry Point facility within the RVRG community, we are pleased to share the outcome of the vendor evaluation process. Following a comprehensive technical and commercial evaluation of the participating vendors, the Management Committee has finalized the selection of the new Curry Point service provider to cater to the requirements of the RVRG community. A total of five vendors participated in the evaluation process: 1. Yashasri Hospitality Services 2. Godhavari Ghumaghumalu 3. Ayyamgari Food Court 4. Mayuri Foods 5. Coastal Flavours The participating vendors were evaluated based on various parameters, including food quality, hygiene standards, kitchen infrastructure, operational capability, menu variety, pricing, service experience, the ability to cater to a large residential community, statutory compliance, and overall suitability to meet the requirements of RVRG residents. After a comprehensive technical and commercial evaluation, Godhavari Ghumaghumalu has been selected as the new Curry Point service provider for RVRG. The selection was made considering the vendor's food quality, operational capabilities, hygiene practices, service standards, competitive pricing, and overall ability to provide consistent, reliable, and quality food services to our community. Godhavari Ghumaghumalu will officially commence its operations from 1 August 2026. For the information and reference of residents, the price list submitted by the selected vendor is attached herewith. Residents are requested to refer to the attached document for the menu, pricing, and other relevant details. The Management Committee is confident that the new vendor will provide quality food and efficient service to our residents. ECI / GHMC – Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Drive Dear Residents, This is to inform you that, to facilitate and expedite the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll, the forms provided by the BLOs will be distributed door-to-door by our FM staff. Residents who have already completed the required forms may submit them directly to the BLOs or at the Facility Management (FM) Helpdesk. The collected forms will be handed over to the BLOs during their visit to the community. Kindly note that this drive will continue until 24 July 2026. Power Shutdown Maintenance Dear Residents, We wish to inform you that the power shutdown maintenance of all electrical installations at RVRG will commence today. This is a mandatory activity undertaken to ensure the continued safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our electrical systems. The maintenance will include testing of critical electrical components such as Power Breakers, Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs), Transformers, and Earth Pits. As part of this process, temporary power shutdowns lasting 45 to 60 minutes will be required at various intervals. These shutdowns will be block-specific, based on the testing schedule. To minimize inconvenience, we plan to carry out the shutdown one block at a time, primarily over weekends. All impacted residents will be informed in advance via their respective block groups and Telegram, Anacity notifications. Please refer to the attached maintenance schedule for further details. Please also note the following specific impacts: * Domestic water supply will be affected (No Water Supply) during power shutdowns in Blocks: E and O * Flushing water supply will be impacted during the Block H shutdown, as it will affect the STP operations. * There will also be a complete power disruption to the Clubhouse during the Block H shutdown period. Community Gym Update - General Gym Trainers & Personal Training Arrangements Dear Residents, With reference to our earlier notice regarding the discontinuation of Personal Training (PT) sessions by the Community Gym trainers to ensure smooth gym operations, and based on the requests received from gym users, we would like to inform you that a revised trainer allocation has now been implemented. To ensure uninterrupted support for all residents while maintaining efficient gym operations, separate trainers have now been designated for General Gym Assistance and Personal Training (PT), with each performing their respective responsibilities independently. General Gym Supervision & Assistance: These trainers will be exclusively responsible for general gym supervision and assistance during the regular gym operating hours. They will provide guidance on equipment usage, workout assistance, safety, and general fitness support to all residents using the Community Gym. Morning Session (5:30 AM to 1:00 PM): Mr. Bharath Evening Session (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM): Mr. Srikanth Personal Training (PT): Dedicated Personal Trainers will be available exclusively for residents who wish to opt for Personal Training sessions. These sessions will be offered separately and scheduled based on the resident's requirements. Personal Training Charges including Gst : Group Session: Rs.5,250/- per person (Maximum 4 persons) Individual Session: Rs.8,400/- per person This arrangement has been introduced to ensure support for all gym users. Better availability of trainers on the gym floor. Proper utilization of gym equipment. A fair, safe, and comfortable fitness environment for all residents. Clear segregation of responsibilities between General Gym Trainers and Personal Trainers. Residents are requested to make use of the services of the General Gym Trainers for regular gym assistance and opt for the Personal Trainers only if they wish to avail dedicated Personal Training sessions.
