Power Shutdown Maintenance Dear Residents, We wish to inform you that the power shutdown maintenance of all electrical installations at RVRG will commence today. This is a mandatory activity undertaken to ensure the continued safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our electrical systems. The maintenance will include testing of critical electrical components such as Power Breakers, Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs), Transformers, and Earth Pits. As part of this process, temporary power shutdowns lasting 45 to 60 minutes will be required at various intervals. These shutdowns will be block-specific, based on the testing schedule. To minimize inconvenience, we plan to carry out the shutdown one block at a time, primarily over weekends. All impacted residents will be informed in advance via their respective block groups and Telegram, Anacity notifications. Please refer to the attached maintenance schedule for further details. Please also note the following specific impacts: * Domestic water supply will be affected (No Water Supply) during power shutdowns in Blocks: E and O * Flushing water supply will be impacted during the Block H shutdown, as it will affect the STP operations. * There will also be a complete power disruption to the Clubhouse during the Block H shutdown period. Swimming Pool Amenity – Revised Operational Hours Dear Residents, Please be informed that the operational hours of the Swimming Pool amenity are being revised with effect from 13 July 2026 (Monday). Weekdays (Monday to Friday) * 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM * 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) * 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM * 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Important Notes: * Exclusive time slot for women: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on all days. * Pool operations may be suspended without prior notice due to operational requirements, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances. * The swimming pool will remain closed every 2nd Monday and 4th Tuesday of the month for maintenance. * Parents are strictly advised to supervise their children at all times in and around the swimming pool area. Community Gym Update - General Gym Trainers & Personal Training Arrangements Dear Residents, With reference to our earlier notice regarding the discontinuation of Personal Training (PT) sessions by the Community Gym trainers to ensure smooth gym operations, and based on the requests received from gym users, we would like to inform you that a revised trainer allocation has now been implemented. To ensure uninterrupted support for all residents while maintaining efficient gym operations, separate trainers have now been designated for General Gym Assistance and Personal Training (PT), with each performing their respective responsibilities independently. General Gym Supervision & Assistance: These trainers will be exclusively responsible for general gym supervision and assistance during the regular gym operating hours. They will provide guidance on equipment usage, workout assistance, safety, and general fitness support to all residents using the Community Gym. Morning Session (5:30 AM to 1:00 PM): Mr. Bharath Evening Session (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM): Mr. Srikanth Personal Training (PT): Dedicated Personal Trainers will be available exclusively for residents who wish to opt for Personal Training sessions. These sessions will be offered separately and scheduled based on the resident's requirements. Personal Training Charges including Gst : Group Session: Rs.5,250/- per person (Maximum 4 persons) Individual Session: Rs.8,400/- per person This arrangement has been introduced to ensure support for all gym users. Better availability of trainers on the gym floor. Proper utilization of gym equipment. A fair, safe, and comfortable fitness environment for all residents. Clear segregation of responsibilities between General Gym Trainers and Personal Trainers. Water Infrastructure Update - Commissioning of 450 KL Storage Tank Dear Residents, We are pleased to inform you that the 450 KL (4,50,000 litres) Water Storage Tank at J Block B1 has been completed, commissioned, and brought into service. This tank was originally constructed by CBDL and was left partially completed. The Management Committee has now completed the balance works, including the installation and commissioning of pumps, pump lines, and associated pipeline connections, making the tank fully operational. The inlet line has been connected directly from the Main Gate Transfer Tank, while the outlet line has been connected to WTP-1, from where water is supplied to the residential blocks. The storage tank was formally commissioned on 21 June 2026 by the President of CRVRGROWA in the presence of MC members. With the addition of this facility, the community now has an additional water storage capacity of 4,50,000 litres. This will partually strengthen our ability to manage water supply during periods of disruption, reduced supply, or emergencies affecting HMWSSB water supply. The Management Committee places on record its appreciation for the efforts of the Water Committee, Facility Management Team, MEP Team and all others involved in completing and commissioning this important water infrastructure facility. Community Gym Update - Discontinuation of Personal Training Sessions Dear Residents, This is to inform all residents that personal training (PT) sessions conducted by the general trainers within the Community Gym will be discontinued and will not be permitted from 1 July 2026 onwards. Numerous complaints have been received regarding general trainers focusing primarily on personal training sessions while neglecting the needs of general gym users. It must be noted that the gym has been established and maintained for the common use and benefit of all residents. To ensure fair access, proper utilization of equipment, and a comfortable gym environment for everyone, commercial personal training activities within the Community Gym will not be permitted. Please note that the gym trainers engaged by the Association will be exclusively available to provide general guidance, basic fitness support, equipment orientation, and assistance to all gym users. However, they are not authorized to conduct exclusive personal training sessions for individual residents within the gym. This policy is being implemented to ensure: • Equal access to gym facilities for all residents. • Proper utilization of gym equipment and common amenities. • Safety, discipline, and adherence to community guidelines. • A fair and comfortable fitness environment for all users. Residents are requested not to arrange, encourage, or engage in personal training sessions with general trainers within the Community Gym. If any resident observes or becomes aware of such activities, they are requested to inform the Facility Management Team for appropriate action. Accordingly, no fit-out activities will be permitted on the holidays specified in the approved holiday list, as well as on Sundays. This measure is intended to ensure a peaceful environment for residents and to minimize inconvenience caused by noise-related activities during holidays and weekends. Security Services Update – Appointment of New Security Agency Dear Residents, With reference to our earlier communication dated 26 May 2026 regarding the review of main gate and podium level security services within the community, we would like to update you on the outcome of the evaluation process. Following the review initiated by the Management Committee, a total of eight security agencies submitted their Expressions of Interest and participated in the evaluation process. The agencies evaluated were: 1. Action Group Security Services 2. Ultimate Facility Services 3. Team Craft Security Services 4. Kapston Services Limited 5. Arax People Services India Pvt. Ltd. 6. Max Security Services 7. Lotus Security Services 8. SIS (Security and Intelligence Services) These agencies were assessed based on their operational capabilities, experience in managing security operations in large gated communities, manpower strength, service quality, technology adoption, compliance standards, and overall suitability to meet the security requirements of our community. After a comprehensive technical and commercial evaluation, Team Craft Security Services was ranked L1 and has been finalized as the new security service provider for RVRG. The proposed manpower deployment by Team Craft Security Services is as follows: • Supervisors – 2 • Head Guards – 4 • Security Guards – 63 • Security Officer – 1 (provided additionally as a complimentary resource) The additional Security Officer will strengthen supervision, gate management, visitor verification, and overall security operations across the community. Considering the manpower strength, operational capabilities, experience in managing security services for large gated communities, and overall service offering, Team Craft Security Services has been selected as the most suitable agency for our community's security requirements. Team Craft Security Services will officially commence security operations in the community from 21 June 2026. We hope that Team Craft Security Services and its security personnel will contribute significantly towards enhancing the safety and security of the RVRG community.
