የግሉ ዘርፍ የሚፈልገው የሰለጠነ የሰው ኃይል በአንድ በኩል ብቃት ያለው እና ለሚሰራው ተግባር ቴክኒካል ኮምፒተንስ እንዲሁም በሙያዊ ስነምግባር የታነፀ መሆን የሚኖርበት ሲሆን በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ይህን የስራ ገበያ ፍላጎት የሚረዱና በተግባር የሚሰሩ ተቋማት ያስፈልጉናል።
ስለዚህ፤ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ከኢንዱስትሪው፣ ከንግዱ ማኅበረሰብና ከአሠሪዎች ፍላጎት ጋር ተቀናጅቶ መመራት የሚገባው ሲሆን፤ የኢትዮጵያ የንግድና ዘርፍ ማኅበራት ምክር ቤትም የስልጠና ስርዓቱ ከስራ ገበያው ጋር እንዲጣጣም እና ተመራቂዎች ያለምንም ችግር ወደ ስራ ዓለም እንዲገቡ በትኩረት የሚሰራ ይሆናል።

The establishment of the National TVT Governance Council is a critical step toward aligning Ethiopia’s human resource development with the needs of the economy and the labour market. It also creates significant potential to strengthen the initiatives currently underway.
The private sector needs a skilled workforce that, on the one hand, possesses the necessary competencies and technical skills to perform its duties effectively and is grounded in strong professional ethics.
On the other hand, we need institutions that understand labour market demands and translate them into practical training and skills development.
Therefore, TVT should be governed and implemented in close alignment with the needs of industry, the business community, and employers.
The Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) will place strong emphasis on ensuring that the training system responds effectively to labour market needs and that graduates can transition smoothly and successfully into the world of work.

የክልል ቴክኒክና ሙያ ቢሮዎች ተወካዮችም በምክር ቤቱ ውስጥ የተወከሉ ሲሆን፣ የሚዲያ ተቋማትና የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ተወካዮችም በምክር ቤቱ አወቃቀር እንዲካተቱ ተደርጓል።
የምክር ቤቱ መዋቅር በፌዴራል ደረጃ ብቻ የሚወሰን ሳይሆን፣ በክልል ደረጃ እንዲሁም በቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ኮሌጆች ደረጃ የሚሠራ መዋቅር እንደሚኖረው ተገልጿል።
በሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር አመራርነት የኢትዮጵያ የንግድና ዘርፍ ማኅበራት ምክር ቤት እና የኢትዮጵያ አሠሪዎች ፌዴሬሽን የምክር ቤቱ ሴክሬታሪያት መሆናቸውም በምስረታው ላይ ተገልጿል።

The National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Governance Council has been established to strengthen coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement in Ethiopia’s TVET sector.
The establishment of the Council took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Addis Ababa, bringing together representatives from the Ministry of Labor and Skills, Ministry of Finance, Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Industry, and other government institutions, as well as private sector stakeholders.
The Council will play a key role in providing policy and strategic directions for the TVET sector, proposing strategic solutions to sectoral challenges, and strengthening structured collaboration between the government and the private sector.
The Council’s structure will will also operate at the regional level and within TVET colleges, creating a coordinated governance framework across different levels of the TVET system.
Under the leadership of the Ministry of Labor and Skills, ECCSA and the Ethiopian Employers’ Federation will participate in the Council’s activities at the secretariat level.

ኢትዮጵያን ስናስብ፣ ሌት ተቀን በጽናት በመቆም ሀገርን ከጠላት ለመጠበቅ ወጥተው ለሚያድሩት ብርቱ የፀጥታ ኃይሎቻችን ቅድሚያ ሳንሰጥ ስለ ሁለንተናዊ ከፍታ ማሰብ ፈጽሞ አይቻልም፡፡ ለዚህም ነው በዚህ የጽናት ቀን፣ ለሀገረ-መንግሥታችን ዘላቂነትና ሉዓላዊነት ሲሉ ውድ ሕይወታቸውን የከፈሉትን የጀግኖቻችንን ታሪካዊ መስዋዕትነት በከፍተኛ ሀገራዊ ክብር የምንዘክረው፡፡
ዛሬ ላይ ሀገራችን በራሷ ዕውቀትና በልጆቿ አቅም የላቀ የቴክኖሎጂ ብቃት ያላቸውን ሰው አልባ አውሮፕላኖችን፣ ዘመናዊ የታጠቁ ወታደራዊ ተሽከርካሪዎችን፣ ከባድ መሣሪያዎችንና መድፎችን፣ እንዲሁም ተተኳሽ ጥይቶችን በራሷ ወታደራዊ ኢንዱስትሪዎች ማምረት ችላለች፡፡ ይህ በራስ የመቆም አቅም፣ የሕዝባችን ሰላምና የሁለንተናዊ ኢኮኖሚ እድገታችን ጽኑ መሠረት በመሆኑ፣ ሀገራዊ ጽናታችንን በተጨባጭ ልማትና በጠንካራ የመጠበቅና የመከላከል አቅም እያረጋገጥን የኢትዮጵያን ዘላቂ ብልጽግና እናጸናለን!

ትናንት “ኢትዮጵያ ተነሥታለች” ስንል ምኞት ሳይሆን ዛሬ በተጨባጭ ያረጋገጥነው እውነት ነው! ከታላቁ ሕዳሴ ግድብ ማማ እስከ ዘመናዊው የኮሪደር ልማት፣ ከቢሾፍቱ ሜጋ አውሮፕላን ማረፊያ እስከ ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ሪፎርም ድረስ ሀገራዊ መነቃቃታችን በተግባር ተመስክሯል። ይህ ለውጥ በዜጎቻችን የኑሮ ደረጃ፣ በከተሞች መዘመንና የሥራ ዕድል ላይ እውነተኛ ብርሃን ከመሆኑም በላይ ለልጆቻችን የነገ ብሩህ ተስፋን የሚሰንቅ ታላቅ ርዕይ ነው። ከእንግዲህ ወደኋላ አንመለስም! በጀመርነው ታሪካዊ የማንሠራራት ጉዞ የልማት ኃይላችንን ይበልጥ በማፋጠን የኢትዮጵያን ትንሣኤ ወደ ዘላቂ ብልጽግና ከፍ እናደርጋለን።"
