Ghost of SS Past
(1 of 2)
Princess Martha Louise of Norway claims the ghost of a SS general, who shot himself in her childhood bedroom, would haunt her every night – and at one point strangled her!
Waffen SS General Wilhelm Rediess had lived in the royal family's Skaugum Castle during the German occupation of Norway during WWII. He committed suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound upon the collapse of the Third Reich in Norway on May 8, 1945.
Martha, now 52, has said that she was regularly haunted by Rediess for years as a teenager, as the former general used to appear to her in her bedroom every night and stare at her.

“The Jew truly solicits anti-Semitism with his readiness to scent out anti-Semitism everywhere.” — Carl Jung, 1934
The quote is taken from the essay “Carl Jung and the Jews” by Marshall Yeats.

I think Newt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the House said it best.
“Listen up, folks! You can have a society run by Jews, and have total chaos. Or you can have a society run by Aryans, and have total order.
The choice is yours.”

This is one of my favorite books.
It is overflowing with valuable information, and some of the rare facts on Hitler and the rise of the National Socialism just prior to the Revolution of 1933.

Reconnaissance
“One should read the opposition press much more carefully, and I regret especially that I cannot read any foreign papers.
For the friendly papers and pamphlets allow you to understand what you may do, but the hostile ones tell you what you must do.”
— Adolf Hitler, according the testimony of Otto Wagener from Hitler: Memoirs of a Confidant (1946), Yale University Press Edition, 1985, translated by Ruth Hein, edited by Henry Ashby Turner, Jr., Chap. 12, p. 67

Sheep and Lions
“I am not afraid of an army of lions led by a sheep; I am afraid of an army of sheep led by a lion.” — a quote attributed to Alexander the Great
The best combination of all is an army of lions being led by another lion!

Spectrum
#ScienceSaturday No. 90
In the physical sciences, the term spectrum was first introduced by Isaac Newton in the 17th century, referring to the range of colors observed when white light was dispersed through a prism.
In Latin, spectrum means “image”, or “apparition”, and includes the meaning “spectre”.
“The Colours which appear through the Prism are to be derived from the Light of the white one…”
— Isaac Newton, from Opticks, Book I, Part 2, Prop. VIII, Prob. III

A Day in the Life
June 28, 1914
“When news reached Munich that the Archduke Franz Ferdinand had been murdered, I was at home all day and didn’t get the particulars of how it happened.
At first I feared that the shots may have been fired by some German-Austrian students who had become furiously aroused by his pro-Slav activities, and wished to free Germans from this internal enemy.
But soon afterwards, I heard the names of the presumed assassins, and also that they were known to be Serbs. I was somewhat dumbfounded by the inscrutable vengeance that destiny had wrought.”
— from Mein Kampf (1925) by Adolf Hitler, The Dual German-English translation by Dr. Thomas Dalton, Clemens & Blair Edition, 2017, Vol. I, Chap. 5, p. 315]

Martin Friedrich mentions something similar in his book ‘Hitler Avatāra’, Clemens & Blair, p. 38:
“The Avatāra exists, therefore the vessel does not; that is, the Avatāra is an event, not a man — a state of being, not a being.”
From what I can gather, this sort of sounds along the lines of Heidegger’s philosophy.

Ed Odyssey Confessional
This book sounds interesting to me, because I’m unversed (yet curious) in the philosophy of Matin Heidegger, and I’ve never seen that movie ‘The Birds’ by Alfred Hitchcock.
I think I will order it. 🙋🏼♂️

“Hawthorne argues that The Birds depicts a Heideggerian “event” (Ereignis): a sudden and fundamental transformation of the meaning of everything. Modern men believe we are masters of our own destiny. Heidegger calls this “humanism”, and rejects it completely.” — book review by Counter-Currents
