Ghost of SS Past (1 of 2) Princess Martha Louise of Norway claims the ghost of a SS general, who shot himself in her childhood bedroom, would haunt her every night – and at one point strangled her! Waffen SS General Wilhelm Rediess had lived in the royal family's Skaugum Castle during the German occupation of Norway during WWII. He committed suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound upon the collapse of the Third Reich in Norway on May 8, 1945. Martha, now 52, has said that she was regularly haunted by Rediess for years as a teenager, as the former general used to appear to her in her bedroom every night and stare at her.

Martin Friedrich mentions something similar in his book ‘Hitler Avatāra’, Clemens & Blair, p. 38: “The Avatāra exists, therefore the vessel does not; that is, the Avatāra is an event, not a man — a state of being, not a being.” From what I can gather, this sort of sounds along the lines of Heidegger’s philosophy.
