Avoid labeling the 27th night as Laylat Al-Qadr. Yes, many scholars have pointed to its strong possibility, however, it's still called the 27th night of Ramadan, not Laylat Al-Qadr. If it were known for sure, why would the Prophet a and his companions devote themselves to worship throughout all ten nights? Their actions remind us that Laylat Al-Qadr is not a night you guess, it's a night you seek. And you seek it with dedication, humility, and consistency. So keep striving, night after night. Don't slow down. One of these nights could change your destiny forever. May Allāh accept our worship and grant us the full reward of Laylat Al-Qadr. —Abu Bakr Zoud

Final nights of Ramadan — Poem by Ibn Rajab رحمه الله The years have passed so carelessly in jest and in loss How much have I lost from what I spent in the days throughout my life What do I have to say about my loss in my life, is there any excuse? How much have we been heedless of the duty of praise and gratefulness to Allāh Did Allāh not choose us a special month, and what a month it is! A month in which the Most Merciful revealed the best of all speech Is there any month like it? In it is the Night of Decree. How many narrations have come authentic about the reward in that night We have been informed through the trustworthy that it is to be sought on the odd nights. Glad tidings to the one who seeks it in the last ten nights In it the Angels descend with light and with mercy And He (Allāh has said): Peace it is until the rise of dawn [Al-Qadr:5] So secure it, indeed it is from the most precious of those things saved How many are freed in it from the fire yet they don't know #SeekingLaylatulQadr

If you are incapable of contributing with your wealth, and Allah Knows Best those who are truly excused and unable, then firstly don't hold back in making dua. Make dua that Allah frees them, make dua that Allah enables us to collect the amounts needed to release them and makes easy for us this work. Make dua Allah gives us tawfiq in freeing our honorable sisters from imprisonment. Secondly, spread the word. Share the calls for donations, repost the posts, guide people to donate and encourage them, do not belittle the deed of guiding others to doing khayr, or rather doing what's a duty upon them.

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: There are two kinds of meetings between friends: The first kind is a meeting based on sociability and spending time, in which there are more disadvantages than advantages, the least of which is the corruption of the heart, and wasting time. The second kind is a meeting for the sake of supporting one another, and recommending one another to the truth and to patience. This is the best kind, yet there are still three disadvantages therein; 1. Flattering each other 2. Being excessively talkative 3. That such meetings become a habit or routine and they fail to achieve their aims In general, the result of social meetings will be derived from the source, which is either for the soul inclined to evil, or for the heart and the peaceful soul. If the source is good, surely the fruit will also be good. Pure souls derive their nature from their Lord, while evil ones derive their nature from the devil. Hence, Allah, the Exalted and Ever Majestic, renders good women for good men and bad men for bad women. [al-Fawaa’id] @FadingShadow

A prisoner of war, one of the few who survived, recalled the horror in a letter: "The warplanes of the United States, France, and Saudi Arabia finished them off. They were bombed with chemical, nuclear, phosphorus, and napalm jelly, the bombardment continued for a full week and more until the sun of dawn rose over burning tents, and bodies in the open charred, and the bodies of women and men could only be recognized by their rised index fingers!" This was not war; this was annihilation. The innocent perished without a trial, their cries drowned out by the roar of jets and the silence of those who claim to defend justice.
