Overview: As the QA Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest standards of quality across our organization's products and services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing culture.
· Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of QA processes to ensure efficient and effective testing methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
· Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of QA activities and drive improvements in product quality.
· Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within QA or software testing and minimum 3 years as a QA tester
· Strong understanding of QA manual and automation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in agile development environments.
· Certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are a plus.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Prepare a test plan before starting software testing, read, understand and analyze customer requirements (Usecase), business requirements, analysis and design documents;
- To register the errors (bugs) discovered during the software testing in the work management system and follow up the solution of the error;
- Compile Testkeys Requirement Matrix (RTM);

Requirements:
- Higher education (higher education in IT specialty is preferred);
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of testing;

- Being aware of the types of tests and knowing how to use them during the test;
- Knowledge of preparing testcases;
- Knowledge of preparing test plans;

- Continuous learning and development orientation;
