Trust only in God and in Jesus. Thatβs the only truth you really need.

God and Jesus bring you peace, nothing else will.
Everything else is just noise, is just a dying matrix that desperately needs you in the fearporn loop. The matrix tells you, you just need one more new gadget to be happy.
