Stop the doom-scrolling. Stop soaking up fearporn energy. Read stuff that truly lights up and feeds your mind and soul. Breathe in nature, revel in the beauty of flowers, touch a tree and marvel at its resilience. Be a light in the dark. Be a smile when everyone looks grumpy. Overcome guilt, it helps no one, keeps you in the loop of those who wish to control you. Trust only in God and in Jesus. That’s the only truth you really need. Let them guide you, they are the only ones who truly mean well for you, who truly love you enough to give it straight to you. God and Jesus bring you peace, nothing else will. Everything else is just noise, is just a dying matrix that desperately needs you in the fearporn loop. The matrix tells you, you just need one more new gadget to be happy. You just need those new shoes, new anything and just loose 50 pounds with that great protein shake and then finally all will be well. And of course just wait another 5 years, eat your popcorn, listen to a trillion more political podcasts and the savior comes riding on his golden horse. God and Jesus are your saviors, no one else. Exit the matrix, don’t give them your precious energy. Pray. Talk to God, talk to Jesus. Become unfuckwithable and keep smiling. They hate your smile. They hate your light.
