تقريبا عمره ٢٠ سنة صار عندة palpitation قوي و لأول مرة بحياته. و بعد أخذ full hx تبينت ال#كارثة 😑😑 Azithromycin-induced VT. طبعاً اكو علامة بهذا ال ECG كلش كلش كلش Specific for VT، و هي أن بال V1 اكو RSR pattern، بس ال left ear أكبر من ال right ear, هاي تعتبر most specific sign for VT. إذا كانت ال Right ear larger than left one، هاي ع الأغلب SVT with RBBB. طبعا ال ECG هذا بيه كلش هواي ساينات يخبلن، الي عجبتني منهن ال RSR لأن اول مرة اشوفها. #المهم ع كيفكم وي الازثرو، حرامات مريض علمود flu-like illness يديد 🙄🙄.

خلال أسبوعين تقريبا 2 cases of STEMI presented with dental pain as the only complain. Dental pain NOT jaw pain #تعديل كيس اليوم 49 yo M, presented with upper molar tooth pain for 1-2 hr. He said " I am a medically free". Lidocaine spray was given, with no response. المريض كان شكلة مال دايبتك بس ما يعرف. ECG showed inferio-posterior MI.
