هاي مريضة Lupus صارلها كذا فترة و لا عدها renal or brain involvment. أجت ب chest pain and Dyspnea. -- chest Auscultation : absent air entry in the lower left hemithorax. CXR confirm pleural effusion. This is most likely a case of lupus pleuritis. Referred for further workup.

هلوو أحس احنه ضعيفين بالفارما, و من ضمنهم المتكلم، بس لازم نعرف الكمن ع الاقل . طفل feverish و عنده vomiting, ف كاتبيله Azithromycin و Domperidone. هذا ال كومبينيشن جدا خطر أخوان. Azithromycin and Motilium (Domperidone) combination has serious interaction, which can cause prolonged QT syndrome and sudden cardiac death. طفل يجيك لأن عنده تقيؤ، و انت تخليه يدخل ب cardiac death. شغل طيب 😑😑😑

المريض هذا تشخص ب type 2 DM قبل فترة، و رجع لل Follow up. By inspection : --- there is facial disfigurment (something as big face) ** thick sound -- يابه عندك صداع؟؟ اي عندي من الضغط Skull X ray was sent : The result is : prominent mentum (proganthism) + enlarged frontal sinus + enlarged sella turcica. The suspicion of acromegaly as a cause of 2ndry DM was made, which is confirmed later one 😍😍.

ماكو شي واحد عندة chronic back pain و ياخذ له أعشاب. طبعا هاي ال cutaneous manifestations هي أسهل شي كانت عنده. المريض كان عنده HT, DM, proxinal myopathy, cataract, osteoporosis, psychosis و كلشي. بسبب الستيرويد
