I won't waste your precious time with my sob story, but the reality is I have been struggling for the last year after my pay at The Last American Vagabond was cut to less than half due to frivolous copyright lawsuits Ryan Cristian is facing.
I've done everything I can to survive, to continue writing articles on a monthly basis, to continue releasing empowering and educational interviews, to continue releasing my monthly podcast breaking down the truth behind the big stories of the day, and, most importantly, to promote real solutions.
And yet, despite my best efforts - and lots of positive comments from my supporters - I can barely pay my bills. I need to come up with a new plan to survive and continue doing this important work that means more to me than anything in the world.
So, I am not here to ask for your handouts, or for you to support me monthly without getting something in return.
Instead, I am stepping further into faith and trusting that all of the hard work I've put into my journalism for the last 16 years will pay off and that YOU will help me finally take The Conscious Resistance Network completely independent.
I love working for TLAV, and I've enjoyed working for all the various indie media outlets I've worked for over the last decade, but my dream has always been to work for myself, and to build TCRN as an indie brand.
So here's my plan:
If I can get your financial support, I will continue writing weekly articles and doing video breakdowns of those articles, but, rather than the articles being hosted on someone else's site, they would be exclusive to TCRN. This would ideally drive more traffic to our website, grow our email list, and bring more people to the wealth of work I've produced since 2013.
The major difference between what I am doing now would be that those who sign up for monthly support on Buy Me a Coffee or Substack at $10 a month will be able to vote on my next investigations.
Additionally, those who support at $10 a month will gain access to an exclusive weekly livestream focused on discussing Exit and Build strategies. I will share my ideas and we will hear successes and challenges from the audience.
What do I need to make this happen?
I need to make at least $1500 USD a month in order to make this happen and take TCRN independent.

Both companies have gone all-in on promoting an America-First AI-Military-Industrial Complex to Make America Great Again. They position Trump as an Aragorn character wielding their products. Andurilβs Luckey and Stephens are full MAGA, as is Palantirβs Lonsdale, Thiel and CEO Alex Karp. The latter used to oppose Trump, but nowΒ haranguesΒ the last remaining liberals of Silicon Valley.

| 17 | Over the course of the last 16 years of my activism and indie journalism, I have faced accusations from haters and people who are NOT arguing in good faith attempting to discredit my work.
Now, this isn't anything new for ANYONE who chooses to put themselves into the "public sphere", especially on the internet, and I have become accustomed to it.
However, recently I noticed a wave of comments across various social media platforms claiming that my *very humble success* has come overnight and that this alleged rapid success makes me suspect.
I find this hilarious because for anyone who has actually followed my work or taken 2 seconds to look into my history, you can see that I have been busting my ass as an activist, and later a journalist, film maker, public speaker, author etc for nearly 2 decades.
Whatever limited success I have - and I am grateful for it - it certainly did not happen overnight. I am extremely shadowbanned, downranked by the algo, and have fought for every bit of audience I've gained. I've built my humble audience (about 500k across all platforms and email) by hitting the pavement and doing real journalism, and by living the message that I promote.
In fact, it was really cool to meet a few people on The Activation Tour who said they've been following me since the 2010-2012 era of my work. Not only is that so cool to know that someone has been keeping up with me for that long, but its a testament to the length of time I've been committed to this work.
Do you want to know the secret to my humbling (but growing) success?
I invest in myself and my work. It's that simple.
I'd estimate that over the last 16 years I invested somewhere between $15-20k of MY OWN MONEY into my work.
This money went towards doing in person activism and journalism in places like NYC for 9/11 from 2011-2017, protests like Ferguson, Standing Rock, COVID, etc, political conventions and events, activist and freedom events etc etc.
For the vast majority of my work I've paid out of pocket. There have been times that journalistic outlets I've worked for covered some of my costs, and there have also been times that crowdfunding covered my costs (thank you!).
Overall, though, I've covered my own costs and I've done it because going to in person events and networking with people, putting my face and name out there, and doing the real work is what a journalist does.
THIS is why people know my work. NOT because I blew up overnight and have questionable funding.
