The most valuable lesson I’ve learned about lean development is this you can genuinely create something people love, something that truly solves a problem. I used to think solving a problem meant I had to fully understand it myself and have the “right” solution from the start. But that’s not it at all. You don’t have to be perfectly right from the beginning. Instead, the people you want to help become your guides. By testing everything and learning from their feedback, you can adapt. pivot if needed or stick with your original idea if it’s working. Real solutions emerge not from being right on day one but from listening, learning, and evolving with your users. @tiletsolution
