There is a concept called constraint or bottleneck. I’m not much familiar with it, but there’s also TOC, which stands for Theory of Constraints. It says there is always a bottleneck in our system, and it determines our productivity. Even if we have very nice and well-equipped machines, it doesn’t make our productivity go higher unless we really focus on the constraint and try to optimize it. That thing might only account for 10% of our system, but it determines the whole thing. So, what I can say is, you should always find the bottleneck and constraint in yourself and try to optimize it, so everything else can flow smoothly with it

Think in your life how many things do you think you can handle at the same time? like your capacity? Because it doesn’t mean you will accomplish them. in fact, you might get stuck. Now think about the things you can concurrently do or accomplish without getting stuck. It may be one at a time or many at a time, but it should have flow not get stuck like a traffic jam where you can’t even move any of those @tiletsolution

Hey peeps I came across the terms "capacity" and "throughput." I've seen them in software testing somewhere, but I’m not talking about software stuff here. more like a general way of measuring how well we’re doing things. So, think of capacity as “how many things fit” in a space like, imagine how many cars you can fit on a highway. But here's the thing: just because you can pack a lot in doesn’t mean they’re actually moving. That’s where throughput comes in, it’s about flow, like the maximum number of things that can actually move through in a given time. You could have high capacity but low throughput. For example, picture a highway jammed with cars (high capacity), but they’re all stuck, barely moving (low throughput). Everything is about flow! If things aren’t moving, what’s the point of fitting more in? So, generally, we don’t just care about capacity; we need flow. We need to get the max throughput, keeping things at their max where they can flow, not just fit in and get stuck. Add your reflections and ideas in the comments. This concept is more of a company or production thing, but we can definitely bring it into our lives too. @tiletsolution

The idea is that the more you understand what's going on and figure out the problem by yourself, the more options you’ll see, and the better you’ll know what to do. That’s what guarantees success. Just knowing what to do without understanding or figuring it out yourself isn't enough. That’s why we need someone to help us see, not to look for us. @tiletsolution
