Learn to Read It
Every symptom, every diagnosis, every physical discomfort has a story that begins long before it shows up in the body.
Quantum physics has shown us something remarkable: matter is the surface of reality. Energy is the foundation. Every cell in your body vibrates at a specific frequency, and that frequency is shaped by your thoughts, emotions, and unresolved experiences. Disease begins in the energy field, and only then does it arrive in the physical body.
The Quantum Blueprint of Disease
Before anything manifests physically, it exists first as a disruption in your biofield, your body’s electromagnetic and subtle energy system. Think of it like a blueprint becoming corrupted before the building is even constructed. Suppressed emotions, chronic stress, and unprocessed trauma create energetic blockages that lower the vibrational frequency of specific organs and systems. Over time, what begins as an energetic pattern eventually densifies into physical symptoms.
This is biology as much as it is spirituality.
▪️Chronic stress hormones suppress immune function.
▪️Unresolved anger drives systemic inflammation.
▪️Prolonged fear keeps the adrenal glands in a constant state of overactivation.
The body is always keeping score.
The Emotional-Organ Map
Different emotional patterns consistently show up in different areas of the body. This is something Reiki practitioners can work with directly:
▪️Anger settles into the liver, cardiovascular system, and creates systemic inflammation. Suppressed anger is one of the most common root causes behind chronic inflammatory conditions.
▪️Fear weakens the kidneys and adrenal glands, and over time compromises the entire immune system. People living in chronic states of anxiety or existential fear often experience persistent fatigue, lowered immunity, and hormonal dysregulation.
▪️Grief lives in the lungs and heart. Unprocessed loss constricts the breath, tightens the chest, and can over time contribute to respiratory and cardiac conditions.
▪️Shame is one of the lowest vibrational emotions that exists, and it tends to lodge in the skin and reproductive system. Shame operates largely below conscious awareness, quietly shaping the body from within.
The Root Always Comes First
Every physical disease has a mental and emotional root. The physical symptoms are the last stop on a long journey that began in thought, belief, and unprocessed emotion. Treating only the physical layer means managing the symptom while the root continues to generate new ones.
This is exactly why Reiki is so powerful. It works at the energetic and quantum level, addressing the disruption at its source before it has a chance to re-manifest.
As a Reiki practitioner, you are participating in the recalibration of a human being at the most fundamental level of their existence. You are working with the blueprint, and the building transforms as a result.
This is the work. And you can go much deeper.

One of the deepest ideas woven into The Matrix is the ancient teaching of Maya, the illusion that keeps consciousness identified with the material world. Many of the film’s most memorable moments closely reflect the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
According to the Gita, Maya is sustained by three fundamental qualities of nature, known as the gunas. These are subtle forces that influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the way we perceive reality.
1️⃣Sattva (Goodness)
Brings clarity, wisdom, peace, and self control. A person influenced by sattva responds with awareness instead of reacting emotionally.
2️⃣Rajas (Passion)
Creates desire, attachment, restlessness, and constant activity. A person under the influence of rajas is driven by ambition, craving, and emotional highs and lows.
3️⃣Tamas (Ignorance)
Produces confusion, laziness, fear, delusion, and resistance to growth. It clouds judgment and keeps a person trapped in unconscious patterns.
These three gunas constantly interact within the mind, shaping our experience of reality. Although the soul is eternal and exists beyond them, identifying with the body, the ego, and worldly desires causes us to become bound by their influence.
The spiritual path is the journey of awakening beyond these forces, seeing through Maya, and remembering our true nature.
Perhaps that is the real message hidden within The Matrix:
Freedom begins when we stop identifying with the illusion.

The Sacral chakra, Swadhisthana, is also known as the creativity and sexual chakra. The word swadhisthana can be translated as “the dwelling place of the self,” and the element of the second chakra is water, which equals cohesiveness. The energy of this chakra is feminine, passive, and lunar.
Sacral Chakra Functions:
🟠responsible for the health of the lymphatic system, kidneys, reproductive system and all organs located in the pelvis;
🟠this is the place of sexual energy concentration;
🟠responsible for the reproductive functions of the body and sexual life;
🟠provides the conception of children and the pleasure of sex (imbalanced Svadhisthana is responsible for infertility, frigidity, impotence);
🟠affects the psycho-emotional state;
🟠responsible for accepting yourself, others, the world, and for any kind of social interaction;
🟠affects the perception of yourself as a person of a certain sex and sexual orientation;
🟠responsible for the choice of sexual partners, sexual desires and emotions that a person experiences in the course of an intimate life;
🟠associated with physical beauty and naturalness;
🟠responsible for the formation of stereotypes imposed by society in the process of socialization and education;
🟠responsible for the manifestation of creative potential;
🟠gives energy for self-expression;
🟠motivates to reach success;
🟠gives the ability to make life changes;
🟠provides energy for achieving goals
A balanced sacral chakra leads to feelings of wellness, abundance, pleasure, and joy. When this chakra is out of balance, a person may experience emotional instability, fear of change, sexual dysfunction, depression, or addictions.

The Root chakra is the energy center responsible for anchoring your soul into the physical plane. It holds the original energetic imprint of your arrival into this lifetime. More than just a center of survival, it is your sacred foundation, your interface with the laws of the material world, and the seat of your karmic agreements with the Earth.
This chakra governs your relationship with time, discipline, structure, your body, your family system, and your ancestral lineage. It is deeply connected to your bones, blood, immune system, and elimination processes. It is also the container for inherited karmic memories and unprocessed fear stored in the etheric layers of the lower spine and pelvic floor.

“Archangel Raphael, divine physician of the heavens, I call upon your healing light now.

Say this from your heart. Feel his light enter your field, soothing, illuminating, mending what was fragmented.
🪽PRACTICE🪽
1. Sit or lie down in stillness. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your solar plexus.
2. Breathe deeply and imagine a soft emerald green light descending from above.
3. See this light gently swirling through your entire being, clearing stagnation, pain, or emotional heaviness.
4. Visualize Archangel Raphael placing his hand over your heart, radiating healing energy through your body.
5. Silently say:
“I surrender to divine healing. I allow love to restore me now.”
6. Stay in this frequency for several minutes, allowing the light to recalibrate your field.
You can do this practice when you’re sick, emotionally burdened, fatigued, or simply longing to reconnect with your inner radiance.
