🧡SACRAL CHAKRA🧡
The Sacral chakra, Swadhisthana, is also known as the creativity and sexual chakra. The word swadhisthana can be translated as “the dwelling place of the self,” and the element of the second chakra is water, which equals cohesiveness. The energy of this chakra is feminine, passive, and lunar.
Sacral Chakra Functions:
🟠responsible for the health of the lymphatic system, kidneys, reproductive system and all organs located in the pelvis;
🟠this is the place of sexual energy concentration;
🟠responsible for the reproductive functions of the body and sexual life;
🟠provides the conception of children and the pleasure of sex (imbalanced Svadhisthana is responsible for infertility, frigidity, impotence);
🟠affects the psycho-emotional state;
🟠responsible for accepting yourself, others, the world, and for any kind of social interaction;
🟠affects the perception of yourself as a person of a certain sex and sexual orientation;
🟠responsible for the choice of sexual partners, sexual desires and emotions that a person experiences in the course of an intimate life;
🟠associated with physical beauty and naturalness;
🟠responsible for the formation of stereotypes imposed by society in the process of socialization and education;
🟠responsible for the manifestation of creative potential;
🟠gives energy for self-expression;
🟠motivates to reach success;
🟠gives the ability to make life changes;
🟠provides energy for achieving goals
A balanced sacral chakra leads to feelings of wellness, abundance, pleasure, and joy. When this chakra is out of balance, a person may experience emotional instability, fear of change, sexual dysfunction, depression, or addictions.

| 5 |  ❤️THE ROOT CHAKRA❤️
The Root chakra is the energy center responsible for anchoring your soul into the physical plane. It holds the original energetic imprint of your arrival into this lifetime. More than just a center of survival, it is your sacred foundation, your interface with the laws of the material world, and the seat of your karmic agreements with the Earth.
This chakra governs your relationship with time, discipline, structure, your body, your family system, and your ancestral lineage. It is deeply connected to your bones, blood, immune system, and elimination processes. It is also the container for inherited karmic memories and unprocessed fear stored in the etheric layers of the lower spine and pelvic floor.
Signs of Imbalance In the Root Chakra:
✅Constant anxiety, even when life is relatively stable
✅Feeling disconnected from your body or wanting to escape it
✅Difficulty with routines, commitments, or long-term plans
✅Money obsession or financial instability
✅Lack of boundaries or fear of confrontation
✅Resistance to physical rest or stillness
✅Chronic fatigue, lower back pain, issues with legs or feet
✅Feeling like you don’t belong in your life or on this planet
These symptoms are often the result of interrupted embodiment. In other words, part of you is not fully here. The energy of survival, if not healed and integrated, can override your spiritual growth and trap you in cycles of fear, scarcity, or dissociation.

| 7 |  ✨Archangel Raphael’s Healing Light✨
Archangel Raphael is the divine healer, restorer of balance, and messenger of wholeness. His presence is gentle yet radiant, like emerald light bathing the soul. When you call upon him, you are inviting divine intelligence into the body, mind, and spirit. This activates deep restoration and renewal on all levels.
Whether you’re going through physical illness, emotional pain, spiritual stagnation, or energetic depletion, invoking Archangel Raphael opens the door to miraculous healing and guidance. His light travels through every cell, reweaving the blueprint of health and aligning you with your soul’s natural vitality.
🪽PRAYER🪽
Call this prayer when you’re in need of healing, clarity, or peace:
“Archangel Raphael, divine physician of the heavens, I call upon your healing light now.
Shine your emerald flame through my body, mind, and soul.
Cleanse every cell, every thought, every emotion that blocks the flow of divine health.
Guide me to what restores me.
Infuse me with your light of wholeness, balance, and divine vitality.
Surround me with your wings of compassion and grace.
So be it. Amen.”
Say this from your heart. Feel his light enter your field, soothing, illuminating, mending what was fragmented.
🪽PRACTICE🪽
1. Sit or lie down in stillness. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your solar plexus.
2. Breathe deeply and imagine a soft emerald green light descending from above.
3. See this light gently swirling through your entire being, clearing stagnation, pain, or emotional heaviness.
4. Visualize Archangel Raphael placing his hand over your heart, radiating healing energy through your body.
5. Silently say:
“I surrender to divine healing. I allow love to restore me now.”
6. Stay in this frequency for several minutes, allowing the light to recalibrate your field.
You can do this practice when you’re sick, emotionally burdened, fatigued, or simply longing to reconnect with your inner radiance.

As a Reiki practitioner, you can invite Archangel Raphael to assist in healing sessions, especially when working with physical ailments, heart chakra imbalances, emotional wounds, or chronic fatigue.
How to integrate Archangel Raphael into Reiki:
Begin your session by placing your hands in Gassho and silently say:
“I invite Archangel Raphael to oversee this healing.
May his emerald light fill this space and flow through my hands.
May divine intelligence guide every movement, breath, and vibration.
Let this be a session of divine renewal, clarity, and restoration.”
As you invite Reiki into your healing space, visualize a soft stream of emerald light moving through your hands, clearing energetic toxins, bringing balance to the organs, and calming the nervous system.

Have you ever wondered what reprogramming actually looks like? This footage shows it in real time, with brain cells forming new connections and creating the physical structure of change. This is the true essence of manifestation. It is not forced positivity.
