| 4 |  FWIW I'm very saddened that Dolly Parton died today (was just listening to her and Kenny singing a duet!). Many good people passing lately - This should remind everyone how short life is, no matter how long you live it.
Make sure to take care of your health, eat clean and exercise.
I've been a Natural Bodybuilder since I was 17, and that lifestyle has had a positive impact on my entire life - mind, body, soul.
I eat lots of organic vegetables, fruit, legumes, and whole grains, some lean meats and fish, don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. Plenty of water. Supplements (vitamin, minerals, protein powders and aminos) are fine, but I avoid any artificial anabolics. Don't need them if you do the right thing.
Exercise daily (if you have a doctor's clearance) - stop making excuses, get off your butt and at least walk 30 mins a day. Lift weights to preserve and build lean muscle.
Age doesn't matter - you can build muscle well into your 70s and beyond, naturally. Look, 80 is the new 65 and 50 is the new 35.
Consistent training balanced with rest, diet, and nutrition has kept my Testosterone levels, naturally, very high.
Cortisol, Growth Hormone, Insulin, are easy to balance with the right approach and low stress. I shall detail my routine and stats on @Roxie_Balboa's channel soon.
Spend time relaxing during the day with a good book, or being around those who are positive. Avoid stress.
Be anxious for nothing. Life is too short to worry about things beyond your control. So take care of YOU.
Get a good doctor and listen to him or her advice.
Sleep 8 hours, awake to pray and talk to Jesus, daily.

I went for a walk this morning and then hit the gym for an hour and a half...now my news Round-up...
-For July we shed -23,000 jobs. Even worse, prior months (May-June) were revised down by a combined -103,000 jobs, per the Trump Administration's U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
-This makes US average monthly job growth over the prior 12 months (with revisions) a paltry +34,000. Going on two years of flat jobs growth.
-For comparison, during the 1980s and 90s, we created an average of 2.1M jobs annually or +175K a month, with a much smaller population.
-Now, the good news: Prez Trump is working hard to bring the Iran war to an end, with an agreement that will keep Iran from developing nukes. If he can pull this off, the economy will stabilize.
-Also, Repubs are strengthening their positions in key Senate races ahead of November. I'e got the list. If they hold the Senate, as they did in 2018 during a Blue Wave, we can stop the Socialist Dem advance. I'll be discussing Election 2026 on premium.

Sleep 8 hours and pray and talk to Jesus daily.
Recharging with the Lord is the most beneficial thing you can do for your mental, spiritual, and physical health.
