FWIW Sen. Graham's (R) tragic death from a heart attack at the age of 71 should remind everyone of how short life is.
Make sure to take care of your health! We only get one shot at this. Eat clean - lots of vegetables and whole grains, some lean meats and fish.
Don't smoke, drink, or do drugs.
Exercise daily: stop making excuses, get off the couch and walk at least 30 mins a day.
Lift weights to preserve muscle.
At any age, weight training 3 days a week will hold your current lean body mass, with correct diet and nutrition.
Spend time relaxing and being around those who are positive. Avoid stress, this largely means avoid negative and toxic people.
Sleep 8 hours and pray and talk to Jesus daily.
Recharging with the Lord is the most beneficial thing you can do for your mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Affirms 14A's "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" is applicable to children born to noncitizens; overturning Trump's EO.
Huge blow to us all.
If we lose an election, the doors can be opened wide for illegals to come here, have a child which now automatically becomes a citizen.
This was NOT the original intent of 14A. I'm sick at heart.

| 9 | FYI Vance restores Obama era deal requirement to allow UN nuclear inspectors in Iran. Good! Very good news...this makes me happy.
In exchange, the US will immediately lift certain sanctions and allow Iran to sell their oil on the open market in US dollars. Not so good.
Btw The United States provided Israel with over $174B in total economic and military assistance since 1948.
Now, "The United States, along with regional partners" is giving Iran $300B, plus unfreeze another $24B in assets, per the MOU.
If you're against giving Israel - or any country - foreign aid you should be freaking out over what Iran is getting.
