There is a quiet arrogance in Biden that is noteworthy. Either he’s totally delusional and thinks he’s the most popular president ever... Or, he knows something we don’t and there is something coming that will change this election in his favor. Stay vigilant and be prepared.

George Stephanopoulos clearly wanted to cement his legacy by taking down a president. But he didn't quite pull it off. Biden loyalists will claim the president vindicated himself. But everyone else saw more of what we saw last Thursday: An old man who struggles to complete a thought. The good news for conservatives: This fight isn't remotely over.

ABC: I've never seen a president of 36% approval get re-elected... BIDEN: I don't believe that's my approval rating!

Biden, when asked directly whether he would submit to an independent cognitive test, repeatedly evaded, then simply refused. Nothing would shut down the calls for Biden to quit faster than acing a simple cognitive test. It’s simple: Biden knows he would fail.

"This seems to be a pattern of decline ... are you the same man today that you were when you took office?" BIDEN: "In terms of successes, yes!"

HOST: Why are you so behind President Trump? BIDEN: "Do you think polling data is accurate?" HOST: Well, President Trump is certainly ahead... BIDEN: *confused*

Joe Biden says everyone is telling him to "stay in the race" and that he's in it until the end: "If the Lord Almighty came down and said, 'Joe, get out of the race,' I'd get out of the race, but the Lord Almighty's not comin' down."
