Patriotic Alternative North West Today, PA NW activist Callum Hewitt was the runner-up in the local elections in the Central & West Bank ward of Halton Borough Council, with Labour winning, the Green Party in third place and the Conservatives last. We are very proud of him, for he has beaten two established parties in his first election. Not only did Callum manage to achieve a respectable result in the election; because of his campaign, we have several new activists in the region.
