Vorcaro não é um “caso isolado”: as conexões entre a grande burguesia – especialmente o capital financeiro, mas não só ele – com o crime organizado e a política institucional burguesa são estruturais. Em particular, salta aos olhos as relações profundamente imbricadas entre Vorcaro, o crime organizado e a extrema-direita: ao mesmo tempo em que o cunhado de Vorcaro foi o maior doador das campanhas eleitorais dos fascistas Tarcísio de Freitas e Jair Bolsonaro no segundo turno de 2022, o governo reacionário de Cláudio Castro no Estado do Rio de Janeiro enfiou mais de R$ 1 bilhão de reais em papéis podres do Banco Master.

Os comunistas brasileiros entendem que não há solução fácil para esse conjunto estrutural de mazelas, malfeitorias e escândalos que envolvem a pilhagem do dinheiro público. Remendos aqui e acolá, promovidos pelos que detêm o poder e estão à frente do governo, não resolveram o fundo do problema como sugerem os burocratas de plantão e a burguesia. É necessário, e isso o PCB sempre afirmou, uma reforma radical, profunda, em que a classe trabalhadora possa participar ativamente e de forma organizada das tomadas de decisão em favor do seu próprio destino.
