There wasn't much to go off of, but luckily the Mosque's Facebook page published this photo of the site, which is located 300 meters south of Al-Rashid Road, at 31.343012, 34.248384. Comparing Nov 2023 vs Feb 2026 imagery, the site is still there, just now with two tents on top.

Moshik Kovarsky: "There are increasing signs that, as I described last night on Channel 14, the main goal of the US in the memorandum of understanding with Iran was to remove as many stranded vessels as possible from the Persian Gulf, with an emphasis on the giant tankers, each with a capacity of 2 million barrels. These tankers are needed to transport oil from other sources (e.g. the US and Venezuela) and thus reduce the oil shortage in the following stages. In the past two weeks, the US has been taking advantage of the lull to clear naval mines and send ships out of the Strait of Oman, which bypasses Iranian checkpoints. Hundreds of ships have already left, far more than are entering, because insurance companies are reluctant to insure ships that are now entering the Gulf. In return, the Americans were willing to let the Iranians sell oil to China again, which they did in the first 50 days of the war until the blockade was imposed. The Iranians are watching with dismay how they are losing a key bargaining chip, the stranded ships, and from time to time they try to attack them with drones, but the Americans have a good defense capability. In Iran itself, there is great anger at the negotiators who gave promises in exchange for the frozen assets, which have not yet been released.
