I am a non-native English learner. I will upload a story that I have written in English. Please assess my writing objectively and assign me an English proficiency grade from Grade 1 to Grade 12, where: - Grade 1 = approximately Standard 1 level - Grade 12 = approximately Standard 12 level Do not judge the story based on how interesting, creative, or original the story is. Focus primarily on my English language ability. 1. Overall Grade Give me: - My overall grade (Grade 1–12) - A short explanation of why you assigned this grade - An approximate CEFR level (A1–C2), if possible 2. Detailed Assessment Evaluate these areas separately: - Grammar - Sentence structure - Tenses - Articles and determiners - Prepositions - Subject–verb agreement - Vocabulary - Word choice and collocations - Spelling - Punctuation - Sentence variety - Paragraph structure - Coherence and flow - Ability to express complex ideas - Naturalness of English Give each area a score out of 10 and identify my most important weaknesses. 3. Error Analysis Identify the important errors in my story. For each error, show: My sentence → Correct sentence → More natural/native-like version → Explanation Do not correct every tiny stylistic issue if doing so would make the analysis overwhelming. Prioritize recurring mistakes and mistakes that reveal gaps in my English. 4. Strengths Tell me what I am already doing well and which aspects of my English show that I am progressing beyond a basic level. 5. My Top 5 Problems Identify the five problems that are limiting my English the most. Rank them from most important to least important and explain why I should work on each one. 6. One-Month Improvement Plan Create a 30-day English improvement plan specifically based on my mistakes in this story. Divide it into 4 weeks: - Week 1: Grammar foundations - Week 2: Sentence construction and vocabulary - Week 3: Fluency, coherence and natural English - Week 4: Integration and independent writing Give me specific daily tasks that I can realistically complete in 30–45 minutes per day. Include: - Grammar exercises - Vocabulary exercises - Reading - Writing - Speaking/thinking-in-English exercises - Revision activities 7. Progress Measurement Give me measurable targets for the end of 30 days. For example: - Reduce specific grammar errors by X% - Write X words without major errors - Use a wider range of sentence structures - Correctly use specific tenses/structures - Write a second story for reassessment 8. Rewrite Test At the end, give me a short writing task similar to my original story. I will write it again after 30 days. When I submit it, compare it with my original writing and tell me: - Whether my grade has improved - Which mistakes have disappeared - Which mistakes remain - What I should focus on next Be honest and objective. Do not inflate my grade to make me feel good. At the same time, don't focus only on mistakes—evaluate my actual ability to communicate ideas in English. My goal is not merely to write grammatically correct English. I want to develop natural, fluent and sophisticated English.
