#DailyHadith: Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman (ra) tha the people used to ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about the good but I used to ask him about the evil lest I should be overtaken by them. So I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! We were living in ignorance and in an (extremely) worst atmosphere, then Allah brought to us this good (i.e., Islam); will there be any evil after this good?" He said, "Yes." I said, 'Will there be any good after that evil?" He replied, "Yes, but it will be tainted (not pure.)'' I asked, "What will be its taint?" He replied, "(There will be) some people who will guide others not according to my tradition? You will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of some others." I asked, "Will there be any evil after that good?" He replied, "Yes, (there will be) some people calling at the gates of the (Hell) Fire, and whoever will respond to their call, will be thrown by them into the (Hell) Fire." I said, "O Allah s Apostle! Will you describe them to us?" He said, "They will be from our own people and will speak our language." I said, "What do you order me to do if such a state should take place in my life?" He said, "Stick to the group of Muslims and their Imam (ruler)." I said, "If there is neither a group of Muslims nor an Imam (ruler)?" He said, "Then turn away from all those sects even if you were to bite (eat) the roots of a tree till death overtakes you while you are in that state." (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: "Having already seen with my own eyes the clear fulfilment of a hundred and fifty or so prophecies that I received from God, how can I deny for myself the title of Prophet or Messenger? When God Almighty Himself has so named me, how can I reject these titles, and how can I fear anyone but Him? I swear by God—Who has sent me, and to attribute imposture to Whom is to be accursed—that He has sent me as the Promised Messiah." (Essence of Islam Vol. 4, p. 68)
#DailyHadith: Narrated Az-Zuhri: From Salim, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When one of you eats, then let him eat with his right hand, and let him drink with his right hand, for indeed Ash-Shaitan eats with his left hand, and he drinks with his left hand." (Tirmidhi)
#SpiritualTreasures: Wherever you fall weak, raise your hands in prayer with sincerity and faith. For hands that are raised with a spirit of humility and meekness as a result of sincerity and faith are never returned empty. (Malfuzat - Volume I, p. 143)
#DailyHadith: Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever killed a person having a treaty with the Muslims, shall not smell the smell of Paradise though its smell is perceived from a distance of forty years." (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: The Sufis have written that there are two paths for attaining progress. Firstly, the spiritual quest and secondly, spiritual magnetism. (Malfuzat – Volume I, p. 25)
#DailyHadith: Abu Musa Ash'ari reported on the authority of his father that Allahs Apostle (ﷺ) used to supplicate in these words: "O Allah, forgive me my faults, my ignorance, my immoderation in my concerns. And Thou art better aware (of my affairs) than myself. O Allah, grant me forgiveness (of the faults which I committed) seriously or otherwise (and which I committed inadvertently and deliberately. All these (failings) are in me. O Allah, grant me forgiveness from the fault which I did in haste or deferred, which I committed in privacy or in public and Thou art better aware of (them) than myself. Thou art the First and the Last and over all things Thou art Omnipotent." (Muslim)
#SpiritualTreasures: [Surah Fatiha] may be compared to a camel carrying every needed provision by way of food, drink, clothing etc. that transports its rider to the land of the beloved. Or it is like a reservoir with an abundant supply of water as if it were the confluence of many streams or the channel of a mighty river. I find that the benefits of this noble Surah and its fine qualities are beyond count and defy computation and that it is not within human capacity to enumerate them, even if one were to dedicate a whole lifetime to this enterprise. (Commentary on The Holy Quran Vol. 1 Surah Fatihah, p. 21)
#DailyHadith: Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (p.b.u.h) saying, "We (Muslims) are the last (to come) but (will be) the foremost on the Day of Resurrection though the former nations were given the Holy Scriptures before us. And this was their day (Friday) the celebration of which was made compulsory for them but they differed about it. So Allah gave us the guidance for it (Friday) and all the other people are behind us in this respect: the Jews' (holy day is) tomorrow (i.e. Saturday) and the Christians' (is) the day after tomorrow (i.e. Sunday)." (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: The victory at Badr had already been prophesied and there was every reason to believe that the Muslims would triumph. But the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, continued to weep and pray to his Lord. Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq inquired as to the need for such fervent supplication when victory had already been promised. The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, ‘God is SelfSufficient.’ That is to say, perhaps hidden conditions lay beneath the surface of this divine promise. (Malfuzat - Volume I, p. 10)
#DailyHadith: Narrated Ibn `Umar (ra) that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "While I was sleeping, I saw that a cup full of milk was brought to me and I drank my fill till I noticed its (the milk's) wetness coming out of my nails. Then I gave the remaining milk to `Umar Ibn Al-Khattab" The companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "What have you interpreted (about this dream), O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) !?" he replied, "(It is religious) knowledge." (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: These verses [Quran 102:2-9] teach us that our true happiness lies in nearness to God and love for Him. The moment we turn away from Him and lean towards the world, we begin the life of hell, and everyone is bound to realize this sooner or later, even if he does so when he is at death’s door and is about to leave behind all his worldly possessions and relations. (Lecture Lahore, p. 16)
#DailyHadith: Jabir (ra) said, "I went to the Prophet in the mosque and he paid me my right and gave me more than he owed me. (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: It is well known that Babu Ilahi Bakhsh had aggressively risen to oppose me and that he left no stone unturned to degrade and insult me. He had misled people by means of his book. Every day, he eagerly awaited my death and destruction and used to regale his friends by reciting hundreds of such [false] revelations. And very specifically he had announced in his book that I would die by the plague, but what happened was that he himself died of the plague in total frustration. And God helped me in every way and it is clearly written in the Holy Quran that, [Arabic] "Allah has decreed: ‘Most surely I will prevail, I and My Messengers’" (Quran, 58:22). Meaning that, it is a categorical promise of God that those people who come from God triumph over those who oppose them. (HaqIqatul-WaHI—The Philosophy of Divine Revelation, p. 704)
#DailyHadith: Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Bath on Friday is compulsory for those who have attained the age of puberty." (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: Atheism has, however, become rife in this age. Hearts have hardened and have no fear [of the Almighty]. Who should I liken these people to! They are like that blind man who denies the existence of the sun but is unaware of his own blindness. (The Miracle of Ahmad, p. 6)
#DailyHadith: Narrated Abu Huraira (ra) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah said, "I have prepared for My Pious slaves things which have never been seen by an eye, or heard by an ear, or imagined by a human being." If you wish, you can recite this Verse from the Holy Qur'an:--" فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ and no soul knows what joy of the eyes is kept hidden for them, as a reward for their good works." [32.18]. (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: It is evident from this discourse that such persons are the objects of human existence, nay, they are the very core of life. What to talk of the human race, they are in fact the pillars for the survival and existence of all creatures. What use would be the idols and what would [human] endeavours avail, if it were not for them? This is a fine mystery which cannot be grasped through worldly wisdom alone; rather it requires the light that is given to the enlightened ones. (The Heavenly Decree, p. 35)
#DailyHadith: Abu Humaid as-Sa'idi reported: They (the Companions of the Holy Prophet) said: Apostle of Allah, how should we bless you? He (the Holy Prophet) observed: Say:" O Allah! bless Muhammad, his wives and his offspring as Thou didst bless Ibrahim, and grant favours to Muhammad, and his wives and his offspring as Thou didst grant favours to the family of Ibrahim; Thou art Praiseworthy and Glorious." (Bukhari)
#SpiritualTreasures: The thought of having committed a plethora of sins ought not to hold back a sinner from supplication. Prayer is an antidote. Ultimately, such a one will observe how prayers serve to foster within him an aversion towards vice. In the end, those steeped in sin who despair of the acceptance of prayer and do not seek recourse to repentance, lose faith in the Prophets and their effects. (Malfuzat - Volume I, p. 4)
