BE THANKFUL EVERY DAY

Whoever offers praise glorifies Me…
Thanksgiving is more than giving offerings in church or talking about what God has done sometimes. It should be your way of life as a child of God. The Lord wants you to thank Him every day, not only when something special happens.
A thankful heart is always joyful and ready to receive more from the Lord.
Jesus lived this way. Before raising Lazarus from the dead, He first gave thanks to God (John 11:41). When He fed five thousand people with five loaves and two fishes, He also gave thanks before the miracle happened (John 6:11). Jesus showed us that thanksgiving comes before great results.
So learn to always thank the Lord. Make praise and thanksgiving your daily habit, and you will live in joy and see His goodness in your life.

CARNAL OR SPIRITUAL?
(Discover the Difference and Grow in God)
TO THE BIBLE - 1 Corinthians 3:1
“And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.”
LET’S TALK
Grafting is an agricultural technique where a branch (or scion) from one tree is joined to the rootstock of another.
That branch then draws nutrients from the new root system to which it is attached and begins producing fruitm with better qualities as a result. However, if the grafting isn’t complete, the branch might still try to produce its original less desirable fruit or fail to thrive entirely. The key is that the connection to the new root system must be fully established.
The Bible reveals two categories of Christians: the spiritual and the carnal. As the Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians: “for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?” (1 Corinthians 3:3). In other words, they weren’t spiritually mature. Their lives weren’t governed by the Word of God. Meanwhile, the spiritual Christian is the one whose life is regulated by the Word; he’s not just a hearer but a doer of the Word. He holds God’s Word as the final authority in his life.
These two classes of Christians exist in the Church today: the carnal Christian and the spiritual Christian. The carnal Christians are easy to spot: they gossip, fight, or act like everyone else online, even though they’re supposed to be following Jesus. As a newborn babe in Christ, you may find yourself still speaking the language of the people of the world, since you’re still growing in the knowledge of God’s Word; however, to remain at that babyhood stage is unacceptable. Some folks in the Church still talk worldly, months and even years after coming to Christ; they’re the ones Paul refers to as “carnal.”
He further highlighted the characteristic of the carnal Christians: Carnal Christians walk in jealousy and live like unbelievers because they lack understanding of spiritual things. But in contrast, the spiritual Christian has matured in God’s Word. They live it out in school, at home, and even on social media; they speak the Word, make choices based on it, and stand out for the right reasons. That should be you.

SPEAK
As I study and meditate on the Word of God, I’m growing in Christ unto maturity. The Word of God is building me up, causing my faith to grow and prevail, working in me and producing what it talks about! I’ve left behind all carnality and childishness; I’m functioning at the level of a spiritual man in Christ. Glory to God!

THE SPIRIT HAS BEEN POURED OUT
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh… (Joel 2:28).
What a remarkable declaration from God through the prophet Joel! He said, “I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh.” This was God unveiling His eternal plan for humanity, a time when His Spirit would no longer be only on a select few, but would be made available to all humanity.
And blessed be God, that prophecy has been fulfilled. On the day of Pentecost, the Bible says, “...there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind… And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost…” (Acts 2:2-4). This changed everything. The Spirit has been poured out. And today, the Gospel can be preached in every nation and to every person with the assurance that men and women can receive and believe the truth.
No one can truly know or believe in Jesus Christ without the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It’s the Holy Spirit who brings conviction and unveils the righteousness and reality of Christ to the human heart (John 16:7-8). Remember, when the Lord Jesus asked His disciples, “...Whom say ye that I am?” (Matthew 16:15), Peter answered, “...Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:16).
Then, the Master immediately responded, “...flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 16:17). Furthermore, in John 6:44, the Lord said, “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him….” How does the Father draw men today?
It’s through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. He’s the One at work in the hearts of men everywhere, making them receptive to the Gospel and granting them the ability to believe. This is why you must never be discouraged when preaching the Gospel.
The Holy Spirit has already been poured out upon all flesh. He’s working in the hearts of men in every city, in every nation, and in every culture. Your responsibility is to proclaim the truth boldly and faithfully, knowing that the Spirit of God is convicting, convincing, drawing, and transforming lives through the message. Glory to God!
Prayer / Confession
Dear Father, thank you for the outpouring of your Spirit upon all humanity. Thank you for the privilege of being a minister of the Gospel and a partaker of the ministry of the Spirit. As I proclaim the Gospel, hearts are opened, lives are transformed, and many are brought into the knowledge of Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Christ is my wisdom. I’m filled with the fullness of God; loaded with all power, glory, might, and grace! The totality of divinity is fully present in my spirit and uniquely expressed through me! I display the perfections of Christ in sound health and with a life that is sickness-free. I am empowered with might from within; therefore, I am victorious at every count and in everything. I refuse to live or function by natural abilities or within human capacities. I make full proof of God’s limitless power that has been deposited in my spirit; thus, I reign, rule, and dominate my world.
I am guided and propelled by God’s divine wisdom to do His will and fulfill my destiny in Christ. I function today and always from the standpoint of advantage, victory, dominion, and power because I am born of God and conscious that whatever is born of God overcomes this world. I am mightily blessed of God! Christ is my divine immunity. He is my defense and fortress. Satan has nothing in me because I am full of the Holy Spirit at all times. The environment in which I live is Christ. Here, there is no health scare, infection, or pandemic. No matter what happens to those in the world, I stand firm in faith, and I enjoy my glorious life in Christ now. I bask in the provisions of Christ for my life, health, and all that concern me.
I have been graced to reign in this life through righteousness. I make decrees, and they’re established because I function in, and with, the authority of Christ. I refuse sickness, failure, defeat, and death. I reject anything that’s not of God, and I endorse only that which is consistent with His perfect will for me. I’m complete in Christ! I’m sufficient in His sufficiency; there’s no shortage in my life. I don’t lack or want for anything: ideas, inspiration, wealth, prosperity, and all the goodness of God are in my spirit, and I bring them forth from the fullness in my spirit. I am an heir of the whole world, my prosperity is unlimited; all things are mine! God’s strength is working in me. So, I can do great things and win every day. I don’t depend only on my own strength. God’s power is in me, and His power helps me to be brave, strong, and victorious.
Christ is my protection. He is my safety and my strong place. The Holy Spirit lives in me, so I am not afraid. I am born of God, and I overcome every challenge. I live in victory, I make progress, and I am greatly blessed. Everything I need is in Christ, and I am walking in His abundant blessings in Jesus' name. Amen.
