A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. As God’s child, His life shines in you like a bright light. The Bible says you’re the light of the world. This means your life can help others see God’s goodness. When you speak kindly, show love, and do what God’s Word says, you’re shining His light. Just like a lamp brightens a dark room, your life can brighten the world around you. Everywhere you go—at home, at school, or with friends—you can let God’s light shine through you. Remember, God’s light is in you, and it blesses everyone around you. SCRIPTURE READING 1 John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. LET'S PRAY Dear gracious Father, thank you for making me your light. My life shines with your love and goodness everywhere I go, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TEEVO PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME SATURDAY, 29TH AUGUST 2026 IT’S ALL TO YOUR ADVANTAGE (Everything Works Together For Your Good) TO THE BIBLE - Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." LET’S  TALK Have you ever felt like life is totally unfair? Like,no matter what you do, things just keep going wrong? Maybe friends have let you down, school is tough, or your dreams feel so far away. That’s what we’re discussing today. If you ever find yourself in a difficult situation where things look bleak, don’t despair; rather, rejoice, because that seemingly negative situation is part of the grand process for your promotion. Joseph’s brothers sold him as a slave in Egypt (Genesis 37:28), but from prison, Joseph rose to become the Prime Minister of Egypt. No wonder the Bible says, “count it all joy when you fall into various trials” (James 1:2), because the result is certain: they’ll turn out for your good! Think  about  this:  everything  around  you—your friends, your school, even social media—can somehow work in your favour when you trust God. Just like the stars in their courses fought for Deborah against her enemies (Judges 5:20), the things in your world can line up to help you win. Even in moments that feel totally out of your control, God has your back. Remember Joshua commanding the sun and moon to stand still (Joshua 10:12-14)? God made creation work for Joshua’s advantage. In the same way, God is setting things up in your life, even the stuff that seems random or frustrating, to make sure you win. God has ordained your life, so no challenge can truly overwhelm you. When trials and pressures come, face them with the mindset of someone who already has the advantage. Praise God! GO DEEPER Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Judges 5:20 They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera. PRAY Dear Father, thank you for this wonderful life you’ve brought me into. I rejoice to know that I function from the position of advantage every day. Every situation I face is an opportunity for my promotion, as you’ve ordained all things to work always together for my good. Amen! RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. SATURDAY AUGUST 29 2026 THE FATHER ALREADY KNOWS Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things (Matthew 6:31-32). Part of the reason the Lord Jesus told us not to worry is because our heavenly Father knows all things. He knows what’s in your heart. He knows all your needs and desires and has already gone ahead to grant them. He’s fully aware, completely informed and already ahead of every situation you’re concerned about. Sadly, many still live as though God is unaware, acting anxious, pressured and uncertain. They think constantly about what to eat, what to wear, and how things will turn out. That’s the life of those who don’t know God. Jesus said the Gentiles seek after these things. That’s their pursuit and focus. But you’re different. David understood this and declared in Psalm 23:1, “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” Let this dawn on your spirit. Don’t function by anxiety; live by the revelation of God’s Word. Respond to life’s circumstances in faith and with faith. Always be calm, assured and unshaken. Not because there are no challenges but because you know you’re not alone, and you’re not without help and supply. Your heavenly Father daily loads you with benefits (Psalm 68:19). This is the consciousness you must have. All your needs are plugged into God’s supply system; you lack nothing; you have all things because you’re the seed of Abraham. Therefore, when situations arise, don’t panic; remind yourself, “My Father knows!” That settles your heart and strengthens your faith. Trust Him and stay on the Word. You’re not trying to get God’s attention; you already have it. You’re not trying to convince Him to care; He already does. 1 Peter 5:7 (AMPC) says, “…He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.” Therefore, walk in the quiet confidence that your heavenly Father is mindful of you, gracious and kind towards you, always watching over you to do you good. Hallelujah! Prayer / Confession Dear Father, I thank you for your lovingkindness and lavish grace towards me. I live in the confidence that you’re mindful of me, gracious and kind towards me, always watching over me to do me good. My heart is at rest, and I walk in faith, assurance and peace, in Jesus’ Name. Pray-A-Thon 2026 - Fri Aug 28 Your priority in life should be to seek God's kingdom and His righteousness. Learn more about living for the kingdom in this Friday's Rhapsody. Habakkuk 2:14 says, 'For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea'. I am not moved by circumstances, because my faith is anchored in God’s unfailing Word. God’s goodness surrounds me, and His mercy follows me every day of my life. I am advancing and making remarkable progress in every area of my life. The Lord blesses the work of my hands, and He gives me wisdom to create, build, and accomplish great things. My ideas produce excellent results, my efforts are fruitful, and my opportunities increase. I am diligent, productive, and consistent. I walk in divine wisdom and understanding. The Holy Spirit teaches me, guides me, and gives me insight for every situation. I make sound decisions and choose the right paths. I am never without direction. My mind is alert, creative, focused, and filled with excellent thoughts. I receive fresh ideas and solutions that make a difference. I have everything I need to fulfil God’s purpose for my life. I refuse a mindset of lack, fear, or insufficiency. I am a good steward of every blessing and resource God places in my hands. God blesses the work of my hands and gives me wisdom to do great things. I have good ideas, and my efforts bring good results. The Holy Spirit teaches and guides me. He helps me make good choices. My mind is smart, creative, and focused. God gives me great ideas and helps me solve problems. I always know what to do. God gives me everything I need to do what He has planned for me. PROSPERITY CONVICTIONS I affirm  that the wisdom of God is at work in me illuminating my mind and unveiling hidden riches to me. I see, hear and know by the Spirit, which contracts to execute, which projects to pursue and business to invest in. The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places, Yes, I have a goodly heritage. My mind is open to receive ideas from God and to take advantage of opportunities presented by the Spirit of God for me to make wealth. As a faithful steward, God has entrusted me with all that  is required to advance the kingdom. I do not walk in confusion, there is no darkness in my finances because I have the light of life. In the volumes of the books it is written of my financial partnership with the gospel and I am fulfilling that. I have the key to unlock doors to wealth untold. I am fruitful and productive. Glory!

The moment you received Jesus, something amazing happened—you were born again. This means you became a new creation in Christ. God gave you a brand-new life through His Spirit. Your life now comes from Jesus, the Lord from heaven. Even though you may look the same on the outside, something wonderful has changed inside you. You now belong to God’s family and carry His life in you. Because of this, you can live with joy, confidence, and victory every day. Always remember who you are—a new creation with God’s life shining in you. SCRIPTURE READING Galatians 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. SAY THIS I’m a new creation in Christ.
