—❗️🇮🇷/🇺🇸/🇨🇭Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Ismael Baqaei, at the end of today’s talks in Switzerland: – Talks between the delegations have ended for now, and our main delegation has completed its work. – Technical teams will continue discussions throughout the night, focused on a variety of issues including Iran’s frozen assets and the necessity of issuing sanctions waivers on Iranian oil and petrochemicals. – Quadrilateral talks tonight focused mainly on the situation in Lebanon, and this situation must be solved before final negotiations start. – A mechanism for safe passage has been established for the Strait of Hormuz, which is an important matter. – A mechanism for monitoring the ceasefire in Lebanon was established. – After Trump’s threatening statements earlier today, the Iranian delegation announced their ‘unwillingness to continue’ in the quadrilateral format, so talks proceeded in a different format. @Middle_East_Spectator

Donetsk/Dnepropetrovsk oblast, Prosyana direction. Ukrainian forces continued their counterattacks and were able to recapture most of the town of Ivanovka, and at least enter Zelenyy Hay. Ukrainian forces continue to utilise their successful consolidation along the main road in order to infiltrate Piddubne, Tolstoy and Novokhatske.

Donetsk oblast, Slavyansk direction Russian forces were able to advance from Kalenyky down Pidhirna Street into Ray-Aleksandrovka, where they were able to infiltrate the town deeply from several directions and mostly collapse the Ukrainian defence. Some of the geolocations presented as evidence of Russian control over the town were fabricated and misleading. There is no evidence of consolidation by Russia. Slightly further north, Russian forces were able to push west of Kryva Luka to the Kreydova Flora park, where consolidation is unconfirmed as of now.

Kharkov oblast, Kupyansk direction. Russian forces have begun collapsing the eastern bank of the Oskil river over the last week or so. Ukrainian presence on the eastern bank between Kupyansk and Hlushkivka is now extremely limited, with only a small pocket of permanent presence north of Podoly. Russian forces consolidated control of Petropavlovka and advanced to its south, and proceeded to infiltrate Podoly from the northeast and from the south near Kupyansk-Vuzlovyy. Meanwhile, they entered Kivsharivka from the north, establishing solid control in the first streets of the town. Further north, Russian forces re-entered Kindrashivka and Radkivka following recent Ukrainian counterattacks that drove them out of the towns.

The fuel shortages for Russia in Crimea seem to be slowly improving. A significant amount of fuel has been brought in via the Kerch Bridge, some of which is accompanied by mobile fire teams (this has also been recorded in other parts of occupied Ukraine). Additionally, over the last few days, we have seen a decrease in the number of Ukrainian mid-range drone strikes on Crimea, which can likely be at least partially attributed to this increase in mobile fire team activity.

Israel immediately violates it, of course. Israel, your ethnostate has lost the right to exist long ago.

Israel is not going to adhere to a ceasefire after 4 of its soldiers, including a battalion commander, were killed. Also, you can just look at the recent rhetoric from Israeli officials about how Trump has "betrayed" them. It is not in Israel's strategic interests to stop fighting now, especially as they are yet to capture the rest of the main Hezbollah strongholds near the forward operating line of their troops. My prediction is that Israel will carry out some artillery shelling and limited drone strikes, Hezbollah will respond with FPV drone strikes on IDF vehicles, and the IDF will launch another airstrike campaign like we saw today.

Regarding the situation in Rai-Oleksandrivka. I've had several people ask me about the status of this key town east of Slovyansk following the recent geolocations of Russian flag raises and the claim of its capture by the Russian Ministry of Defence. As of now, I can confirm that claims of its capture by Russian troops are false. It is definitely contested, but the scale of Russian control is currently unknown. I'm working to confirm which streets Russia has been able to consolidate on, if any. It is known that the first Russian soldiers were able to enter the town in mid-April, but were unable to ever consolidate due to the presence of several uncleared Ukrainian strongpoints east of the town. Since then, the number of Russian soldiers present in the eastern streets has steadily increased, but because there are areas up to 7 km east of Rai-Oleksandrivka not yet under Russian control, I personally doubt the Russian control in the town is more than 50%. For now, I have extended the grey-zone from the eastern streets to include most of the town. I will subsequently add any control zones for Russia if/when I am able to determine their extent.

During the night, 4 Russian Tu-22m3 strategic bombers redeployed from Olenya Airbase to Engels-2 Airbase, where they are being equipped with Kh-22/32 cruise missiles. These bombers will likely take part in the upcoming combined Russian missile and drone attack. Additionally, more deliveries of Iskander-M ballistic missiles and Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles took place recently, while Geran-2/Gerbera drones continue to be accumulated at all major launch points near Ukraine. 7 Tu-95MS (2 at Engels-2 Airbase, 5 at Olenya Airbase) and 2-3 Tu-160M strategic bombers (at Ukrainka Airbase) are also equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles. All signs point towards the next large-scale attack taking place this weekend, however this will become clearer closer to the time. This is not a retaliatory attack for Ukraine's drone strikes on Moscow, as it was being prepared before Ukraine even carried out these strikes.
