Meet Sokhim Suy, whose journey from law student to public policy scholar showcases the power of curiosity, initiative, and continuous growth. Currently serving as a Legal and Policy Officer at the Digital Government Committee (DGC), Sokhim contributes to legal and policy initiatives that support Cambodia’s digital transformation.
This year, she will take the next step in her academic and professional journey after being admitted to the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and awarded a Singapore Government Scholarship to pursue a Master of Public Policy.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sokhim has represented Cambodia as a delegate in the Digital Economy Standardization for ASEAN Countries program in Beijing and Chengdu, China.

Our AUPP students have successfully completed the in-person phase of their internship experience in Singapore, wrapping up weeks filled with professional growth, international exposure, and unforgettable experiences.
Throughout their time in Singapore, students gained hands-on industry experience, explored workplace culture in a global environment, expanded their professional networks, and developed valuable skills that go beyond the classroom.
The journey now continues in a hybrid format. Students will return to Cambodia to continue their internships online, collaborating remotely with their host organizations, before heading back to Singapore for a final two-week in-person wrap-up phase.
