Event manager (Exhibitions & Expo Projects)
📝 Key responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage exhibitions, expos, trade fairs, business forums, and conferences from concept to completion.
• Develop project concepts, timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
• Attract and manage exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and delegates.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, industry associations, and international organizations.
• Coordinate venue preparation, exhibition floor plans, booth construction, logistics, and technical services.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize opening ceremonies, networking events, B2B/B2G meetings, and conference programs.
• Monitor project budgets, contracts, schedules, and overall event performance.
📌 Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, expos, or large-scale business events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with exhibitors, sponsors, government institutions, and international partners.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent Russian is required; English (Intermediate or above) is required; Uzbek is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site during event setup and execution.
