Here's a good advice if you're using AI to write some of your code: review it - actually read what's written and understand the flow (if it's a good model you'd be surprised by the things you'll learn), instead of just accepting whatever's written suggest solutions and go through multiple options of solutions understanding pros and cons of each.
Then prototype a few iterations instead of settling on one path. This's really important to experiment and understand some workflows, efficiency and more.
