PRAYER
To Saint Jude Thaddeus
Make use I implore thee, of that particular privilege given to thee, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly— (Here make your request) and that I may praise God with thee and all the saints forever. I promise, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, to always honor thee as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to thee. Amen.

| 2 | PRAYER
To Saint Jude Thaddeus ~ To be said when problems arise or when one seems to be deprived of all visible help, or for cases almost despaired of.
Most holy Apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered thy beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused thee to be forgotten by many, but the Church honors and invokes thee universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone.

| 3 | BINDING PRAYER TO BLIND THE DEMONS
Most gracious Virgin Mary, thou who wouldst crush the head of the serpent, protect us from the vengeance of the evil one. We offer our prayers, supplications, sufferings and good works to thee so that thou mayest purify them, sanctify them and present them to thy Son as a perfect offering. May this offering be given so that the demons that influence us (or could influence us or name the person) do not know the source of their expulsion and blindness. Blind them so they know not our good works. Blind them so that they know not on whom to take vengeance. Blind them so that they may receive the just sentence for their works. Cover us with the Precious Blood of thy Son so that we may enjoy the protection which flows from His Passion and Death. We ask this through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.

PETITIONS of ST. AUGUSTINE
Humiliem me, exaltem te.
May I humble myself and exalt Thee.
Nihil cogitem nisi te.
May I think of nothing except Thee.
Mortificem me et vivam in te.
May I die to myself and live in Thee.
Quæcunque eveniant accipiam a te.
May I receive whatever happens as from Thee.
Persequar me, sequar te.
May I banish self and follow Thee.
Semperque optem sequi te.
And ever desire to follow Thee.
Fugiam me, confugiam ad te.
May I fly from myself and fly to Thee,
Ut merear defendi a te.
That I may deserve to be defended by Thee.
Timeam mihi, timeam te,
May I fear for myself and fear Thee,
Et sim inter electos a te.
And be among those who are chosen by Thee.
Diffidam mihi, fidam in te.
May I distrust myself and trust in Thee.
Obedire velim propter te.
May I be willing to obey on account of Thee.
Ad nihil afficiar nisi ad te.
May I cling to nothing but to Thee.
Et pauper sim propter te.

Aspice me, ut diligam te.
Look upon me that I may love Thee.

Call me that I may see Thee,
Et in æternum fruar te. Amen.
And ever and ever enjoy Thee. Amen.

PRAYER TO THE NINE CHOIRS OF HOLY ANGELS
after having besought you benignantly to accept the inviolable resolution we now take to have a special devotion to you for the remainder of our days, and to promote its establishment and increase by every means in our power wherever we can, we implore the aid of all your glorious bands, for the advancement of the reign of the Adorable Jesus and the amiable Mary over all heathens, heretics, schismatics, over all persons who live in true submission to the Holy, Catholic, Apostolic, and Roman Church, and particularly over the Sovereign Pontiff, who is its one visible head on earth, and over all other prelates; so that, all people professing the same faith, cleaving to the purity of its maxims, and leading a life conformable to its rules, the sacred interests of God Only may live and reign in all hearts throughout all ages.
This is the grace for which we ask, O mighty princes of the heavenly host, from the Father of Mercies, through your powerful intercession; this is the consolation which we beseech the God of all consolation to grant us; that His Name may be sanctified, His Kingdom come, His Will be done on earth as it is in heaven; that the empire of sin and of the devils may be destroyed; that the Gospel may be preached to all nations, and received throughout all the earth; that the Holy Name of God may be honoured and glorified; that all spirits may bless the Lord, adore Him, love Him, and live in perfect and entire submission to His Divine Will.
Come, then, O ye Angels and Archangels, hasten to establish the dominion of God in kingdoms and provinces, in towns and country-places, and in all who dwell therein; ye sacred Principalities, rule all hearts, possess them, that you may subject them to the empire of Jesus and Mary; ye admirable Powers, confound the devils, who oppose themselves thereto, defeat the designs of hell, and the malice of all sorcerers and magicians, and other enemies of God; ye divine Virtues, lead souls to walk in the solid paths of Divine love; ye glorious Dominations, make known to men, to this end, the will of God concerning them; ye amiable Thrones, establish in their inmost hearts that peace which our Lord bequeathed to us; ye Cherubim, princes of heavenly science, communicate its excellent light to our earth; and ye Seraphim, princes of pure love, cause men to live only by its flames, that God Only may be the true Sovereign and the absolute Master of all we are, and all we do.
Amen. Amen. Amen.
God Only, God Only, God Only.

Blessed spirits of the heavenly court, invincible champions of the cause of God, after having adored, praised, blessed, and given thanks to the God of all goodness, for the incomparable graces with which He has enriched you; after having made a sincere protestation with our whole heart, that we take all possible interest therein, rejoicing because of the joy and ineffable glory which you possess;

Glorious St. Anne, who is filled with compassion for those who invoke thee, and with love for those who suffer, heavily laden with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at thy feet and humbly beg of thee to take the present affair which I recommend to thee, under thy special protection. [Name your request.]
Vouchsafe to commend it to thy daughter, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy issue. Cease not to intercede for me until my request is granted. Above all, obtain for me the grace of one day beholding my God face to face and with thee and Mary and all the Saints, praising and blessing Him for all eternity. Amen.

Prayer for Monday
(continued)
All blessing and thanksgiving be to God, Who in His mercy giveth me this trust in thee. True it is, that in past time I have fallen miserably into sin; but by the merits of Jesus Christ, and by thy prayers, I hope that God has pardoned me. But this is not enough, my Mother. One thought appalls me; it is, that I may yet lose the grace of God. Danger is ever nigh; the devil sleeps not; fresh temptations assail me. Protect me, then, my Queen; help me against the assaults of my spiritual enemy. Never suffer me to sin again, or to offend Jesus thy Son. Let me not by sin lose my soul, heaven, and my God. This one grace, Mary, I ask of thee; this is my desire; this may thy prayers obtain for me. Such is my hope. Amen.
Then say thrice Ave Maria to the Blessed Virgin Mary, in reparation for the blasphemies uttered against her.
