Dear MIM Family, We are honored to host esteemed teachers and scholars Shaykh Ahmad Saad Al Azhari and Dr. Mariam Shaibani for an enlightening discussion on "Foundational Knowledge and Lifelong Devotion." This session will delve into the essence of foundational knowledge in Islam and its role in nurturing lifelong devotion to spirituality and learning. Shaykh Ahmad Saad Al Azhari is the Founder & Director of the Ihsan Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies. He has a BA Honours in Islamic Studies from Al-Azhar University) and is a PhD Candidate in Theology and Religion at University of Birmingham. Dr. Mariam Sheibani is Associate Academic Director and Head of Research at Cambridge Muslim College. She received her PhD in Islamic Thought from the University of Chicago and postdoctoral training at Harvard Law School.
