Dear Parents/Guardians,  While the registration period for returning students for the 2019 E.C. academic year has officially ended, we are pleased to offer our students a last and final chance to register, as we mentioned in our previous communication. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you come to our school campus on the dates specified below to finalize your child's registration. The designated time will be from 2:30 in the morning to 11:00 in the afternoon local time.   Grade 1: Monday, August 3, 2026 G.C  Grades 2, 3, and 4: Tuesday, August 4, 2026 G.C  Grades 5, 6, 7, and 8: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 G.C  Important Notice:  Parents/students who fail to attend in person and finalize their registration during the designated time frame will be deemed to have forfeited their spot at Ozone. Required Documents for Registration The following requirements apply only to students who have successfully passed the entrance examination and have been offered admission. Please bring the following documents when coming for registration: 1. Original report card and one photocopy. 2. Student's Fayda ID and the parent/guardian's Fayda ID, or another valid government-issued ID. 3. Student's birth certificate. 4. Transfer/clearance letter from the previous school. 5. Student conduct (behavior)recommendation letter from the previous school (mandatory for Grades 5–8). 6. One recent passport-size photograph of the student (3 × 4 cm). 7. One passport-size photograph of each parent/guardian. 8. For students enrolling in Grade 7 only: Original transcript and a printed copy of the Ministry examination results. 9. EMIS Code is mandatory. Fees First Quarter Tuition Fee: ETB 14,000 Registration Fee: ETB 1,400 Note: Payment should be made only after you have received your Admission Card from the school.
