ቀን፦ ሰኔ 3 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. ለየ6ኛ እና 8ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች ወላጆች እና አሳዳጊዎች ጉዳዩ፦ ስለ ሚኒስቴር ፈተና ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ  (ኦሬንቴሽን) መርሃ ግብር ​ውድ ወላጆች እና አሳዳጊዎች፤ ​የ6ኛ እና 8ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች በፈተና ክፍላቸው ውስጥ የሚካሄድ እና ከለሚ ኩራ ክፍለ ከተማ ትምህርት ጽሕፈት ቤት በሚመጡ ባለሙያዎች የሚሰጥ የባለሙያ የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ (ኦሬንቴሽን) መርሃ ግብር ላይ ዓርብ ሰኔ 5 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. እንደሚሳተፉ እንገልጻለን። ​ይህ የኦሬንቴሽን መርሃ ግብር በስኬት ይከናወን ዘንድ ተማሪዎች የሚከተሉትን መመሪያዎች መሰረት በማድረግ ራሳቸውን እንዲያዘጋጁ እንድታደርጉ በትህትና እንጠይቃለን፦ ​1. የትምህርት ቤት መግቢያ ሰዓት እና ትራንስፖርት ​ሰዓት፦ ሁሉም ተማሪዎች ከጥዋቱ  1:00 ሰዓት በፊት ትምህርት ቤት መገኘት አለባቸው። ​የዚህ በፊት የመደበኛ ክ/ጊዜ ሰርቪስ ተጠቃሚዎች፦ በትምህርት ቤቱ ሰርቪስ የሚጠቀሙ ተማሪዎች በመጀመሪያው ዙር አገልግሎት መጠቀም ይኖርባቸዋል። ​በግል የሚመጡ፦ ልጆቻቸውን በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት የሚያመጡ ወላጆች ተማሪዎቹ በትክክለኛው ሰዓት (ከጥዋቱ 1:00 ሰዓት በፊት) ትምህርት ቤት መድረሳቸውን ማረጋገጥ አለባቸው። 1. ​የመጓጓዣ ሁኔታ፦ ተማሪዎች ከትምህርት ቤት ተነስተው ወደ ፈተናው ማዕከል የሚጓዙት በትምህርት ቤቱ አውቶቡሶች (ሰርቪሶች) አማካኝነት ነው። ​2. ተማሪዎች ይዘዋቸው ሊመጡ የሚገቡ ነገሮች ሀ. ​ምግብ እና መጠጥ፦ ቁርስ , ምሳ  እና በቂ የመጠጥ ውሃ። ለ. ​የጽሕፈት መሣሪያዎች፦ እርሳስ ,መቅረጫ እና ማስታወሻ ደብተር። ሐ. የት/ቤት መታወቂያ እና አድሚሽ ካርድ። ​3. ይዞ መምጣት የተከለከሉ ዕቃዎች ​ተማሪዎች የሚከተሉትን ዕቃዎች ወደ ትምህርት ቤትም ሆነ ወደ ፈተናው ማዕከል ይዞ መምጣት በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው፦ ሀ. ​የኤሌክትሮኒክስ መሣሪያዎች (ሞባይል ስልኮች፣ ታብሌቶች፣ ላፕቶፖች፣ ስማርት ሰዓቶች እና መሰል ዕቃዎች) ለ. ​የውበት መዋቢያዎች (ኮስሞቲክስ)​ ሐ. ሹል እና ስለታም ነገሮች ወ.ዘ.ተ:: ​4. የደንብ ልብስ እና የግል ንጽህና ሀ. ​ሁሉም ተማሪዎች መደበኛውን የትምህርት ቤት ደንብ ልብስ (ዩኒፎርም) መልበስ አለባቸው። ለ. ​ተማሪዎች (በተለይም ወንዶች ልጆች) ጸጉራቸውን በአግባቡ የተስተካከለ፣ ንጹህና ስልጡን በሆነ መልኩ ተቆርጠው መምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል። ​5. ወደ ቤት የመመለሻ ሰዓት ​የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ መርሃ ግብሩ ከተጠናቀቀ ተማሪዎች በተለመደው የጉዞ መስመራቸው መሠረት በግምት ከምሽቱ 9:30 ሰዓት ላይ ወደየቤታቸው  በመደበኛው ስርቢስ ይመለሳሉ። የት/ቤቱ አስተዳዳር

የ6ኛ እና 8ኛ ክፍል ከተማ አቀፍ መልስ መስጫ ወረቀት አጠቃቀም መመሪያ ለተማሪዎች፣ ➊ የተማሪዎች መለያ ቁጥር እና የትምህርት ዓይነት መለያ ቁጥር ለእያንዳንዳቸው በተቀመጠው ሳጥን ውስጥ ከላይ ወደ ታች መፃፍ አለበት፡፡ ❷ በተፃፈው መለያ ቁጥር ፊት ለፊት የተፃፈውን ቁጥር የያዘውን ክብ ብቻ መጠቆር አለበት፡፡ ➌ ተማሪዎች የመረጡትን መልስ ትይዩ በተሰጠው ክብ ላይ በትክክል ማጥቆር አለባቸው፡፡ ❹ ተማሪዎች ያጠቆሩትን መልስ መቀየር ቢፈልጉ መጀመሪያ ያጠቆሩትን ክብ በደንብ ማጥፋት አለባቸው፡፡ ❺ በአንድ ረድፍ ከአንድ በላይ ክብ ማጥቆር የተከለከለ ነው፡፡ ❻ ለመፃፍ እና ለማጥቆር ከተፈቀደው ቦታ ውጭ ምንም አይነት ፅሁፍም ሆነ ጭረት ማድረግ የተከለከለ ነው፡፡ ❼ ለመፃፍ ከተፈቀደው ቦታ ውጭ ተፅፎ ወይም ትንሽ ጭረት እና ነጥብ ከተገኘ የመልስ መስጫ ወረቀቱ ሙሉ  በሙሉ ተቀባይነት አይኖረውም፡፡ ❽ መልስ በሚጠቆርበት ጊዜ እርሳሱ ከተሰጠው የክብ ሳጥን መውጣት የለበትም። ከወጣም በማጥፊያ (Eraser/Rubber) ማጥፋት ይጠበቅባችኋል። ❾ መልስ መስጫ ኮርነር ላይ ያሉትን አራት ጠርዞች መንካትም ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው፡፡ ➓ ተፈታኞች የመልስ መስጫ ወረቀታቸውን በንፅህና መያዝ አለባቸው ማለትም እንዳይቆሽሽ፣ እርጥበት  እንዳይነካው፤ እንዳይቀደድ እና እንዳይታጠፍ መጠንቀቅና ሙሉ ኃላፊነት መውሰድ አለባቸው፡፡ ⓫ በእስክሪብቶ መፃፍ አይፈቀድም። ስለዚህ እርሳስ፣ ላጲስ እና መቅረጫ አይለያችሁ ⓬ ፈተና ጨረስኩ ብሎ አላስፈላጊ የሆነ ነገር፤ ስዕል ወይም ሌላ ከጀርባም ይሁን ከፊት አይፃፍበትም። ⓭ በጣም የተቀረፀ ሹል እርሳስ በምንጠቀም ወቅት ወረቀቱ እንዳይቀደድ መጠንቀቅ አለብን።
