(“And I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed”)
When Allah chooses you to recite, memorize, and act upon His revelation, know that He has selected you. Realize that this choice is a matter of divine election; reflect on the interests of people around you:
One is consumed by the world, another by wealth, and another by late-night entertainment... while you repeat verse after verse to engrave them in your heart.

| 4 |  On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:
"That I say: 'Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no deity except Allah, and Allah is Most Great' is dearer to me than all over which the sun rises." [Narrated by Muslim]

| 8 | لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله
There is no power and no strength except with Allah
Nothing opens closed doors or removes hardships like saying "لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله" If a person in need truly knew the help, success, and guidance contained in these words, he would never stop saying them.
لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله
is one of the simplest yet most amazing remembrances of ALLAH ﷻ. If you want a treasure from the treasures of Jannah, if you need strength for your heart and body, if every way out seems blocked, or if you seek Allah's help and ease in your affairs, then say it often. Its benefits come either quickly or at the time ALLAH ﷻ knows is best.
قال النبي ﷺ : من قال لاحول ولا قوة إلا بالله كان دواء من تسعة وتسعين داء أيسرها الهم.
"Rasoolullah ﷺ said: Whoever says 'Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh,' it is a cure for ninety-nine diseases, the least of them is worry." | 32 |
| 9 | Ibn Taymiyyah Raḥimahullāh said: "The punishment of the bad deed is (another) bad deed after it and reward of the good deed is (another) good deed after it."

| 10 |  +1Is it permissible to vote in elections and run for them knowing that our country is ruled by other than what Allah revealed?
"It is not permissible for a Muslim to nominate himself in a system which rules by other than what Allāh revealed and operates contrary to the Sharī'ah, nor is it permissible for him to vote for anyone who nominates himself for that [purpose]."

| 11 | The purpose of Fasting is to come closer to Allaah, and this is what our intention should be, not to make it about losing weight and getting fit. All the other physical benefits you get from Fasting are secondary; the most important is to gain Taqwa.

| 16 | Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:
«"One person eats simply to satisfy his desire, while another eats in obedience to the command of Allah:
﴿وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا﴾ الأعراف ٧
'Eat and drink.'
For the latter, eating becomes an act of worship, whereas for the former, it remains nothing more than a habit."»
He then mentioned the statement of some of the scholars:
«"The acts of worship of the heedless become mere habits, while the ordinary habits of those who are spiritually conscious become acts of worship."»

| 18 | إذا أرهقتكَ همومُ الحياةِ
ومسَّكَ مِنها عظيمُ الضرر
If the worries of life have exhausted you,
And its profound hardships have touched your soul.
وذُقت الأمرينِ حتى بكيت
وضجَّ فؤادُك حتى انفَجر
And you have tasted bitterness until you wept,
And your heart cried out until it burst.
فَيَمِم إلى اللهِ في لَهفةٍ
وبُثْ الشكاةِ لربِّ البَشر
Then turn to Allah in deep longing,
And pour out your grief to the Lord of mankind. | 39 |
| 19 | How Can I Renew My Relationship with the Quran?
Through the following:
Complete its reading once every month.
Stand in night prayer (Qiyam) using what you have memorized.
Increase your portion of memorization and consistently review what you have previously learned.
Listen attentively and receive it with your heart.
Apply it in your life, making it your provision and your ultimate reference.
Learn its words, meanings, and secrets, for its wonders never end.
Strive against yourself every day to draw more and more from it. | 34 |
| 20 | Al-'Allamah 'Abdur-Rahman al-Sadi رحمه الله said:
"There is no pleasant life for those who are not obedient, no true pleasure for those who do not remember (Allāh), no comfort or peace of mind for those who are not content with Allāh's provision and satisfied, and no true bliss for those who are not of noble character and good to others."
